Grease Monkeys
This shop is comical. They remind me of the old Key Stone cops routine.
The shop is run like a three ring circus with Wayne the owner in the center ring. I brought my car in for a simple tune up and the car would barely run after they got done with it. Had to have are fixed properly by another shop. I spoke to the owner and got no satisfaction.
All the mechanics seen to have no direction going from one car to another without finishing the first.
I was watching them while I was waiting to pick up my car. I am considering legal action.

Unskilled shop
Had to bring my car back multiple times for repair. It seems like they use the trial and error approach.
Each time you bring into the shop they will charge you for different parts until it is repaired costing a lot of extra money. You wind up replacing a lot of parts that were not needed. In my case I was told by Wayne I needed a thermostat, then a water pump, then a new fan motor. When the job was done The car sounded terrible.
Wayne tells me it is normal. I brought the car to another shop and the car was fixed properly. Spoke to Wayne and he had no response.
I consider this shop a sham. Well done Wayne you are able to rip off people and get away with it.

Harassing phones calls and cussed me and my father
Bryant Motor Co. of Wilson NC harassed me daily and used derogatory vulgar language over a car that my estranged husband bought from him without my knowledge or consent.
He left messages cussing and calling me names-that my 12 year old daughter listened to when she got home from school. When I hung-up on him he kept calling back and said he would call me all night if he wanted to.
I told my father-so my father called him-he cussed out my 70 year old disabled father!! Very unprofessional-I urge everyone to stay far, far away from this unethical, foul-mouthed dealer.
