AI Highlights
  • - Lied about loan term, from 30 years to 20 years.
  • - Escrow removal was delayed; taxes increased.
  • - I would not recommend them.

i bought a home in mead, ok 2 years ago. they lied to me from the start.

the agent in Durant told me i could only do a 30 year note. i was 64 then. i talked to a lady telling her i was not happy with the "30" year note. she brought him back in and did a 20 yr.

note in 2 minutes! at first i was told i had to have it on escrow which is ridiculous. i am not a first time home owner. i always paid my property tax and insurance out of pocket.

the idiot in Durant told me now i can take it off escrow and just to tell them. well i did. in the meantime Bryan county tripled my taxes from 464 to 1311 which made my escrow go in the red. guild said if i paid the overage of 692 i could take it off escrow.

i noticed from my bank that they did not take it off escrow. so now i am paying home insurance out of pocket and they are still taking money out for escrow! i called them and now i am told that i cannot take it off escrow until 2024! they just keep on lying.

i would never recommend these idiots to anybody. run as fast as you can if you see them coming. i would also suggest to stay out of Oklahoma for they are after your money.

they do not care about their seniors or vets. i wish i never left Texas.
