Little scoops
I paid $8.13 for little scoops that barely filled waffle cone. 3 young men at the table had huge scoops but Kamaryn gave me 4 baby scoops

Not happy
Always go to Brusters for my chocolate milkshake. Never ever had the crap that they served me at this Brusters.
Instead of giving me a chocolate milkshake. They took vanilla ice cream and put chocolate syrup on it,!!!??? what the *** is that??? When you have chocolate ice cream??
Wouldnt it make sense to use your REAL, chocolate ice cream for a chocolate milk shake?? I didnt ask for milk with. Never happened before?
In other Brusters shops. Never again!!

Missed points , every time I try to add my missed points it tells me that I have to wait 48 hours and its already been 3 days and the last time it said it couldnt find the ticket number.

Ice cream
went with my son to get a ice cream on sunday may 17 and got a chocolate mint ice cream cone, paid 5.54 tasted it and the ice cream was bad had my son try it and we both ended up getting sick later. reported it to hq and they reimbursed me 4.00 they suck and i will never go back there again
