Question about hand sanitizer

- - Calling produced no response; extension 114 shows on the line and no one answered, and the questions or comments feature did not provide answers.
Literally nothing happened. I called and I think the number is like a fluke or something.
Because when I called it just said the person for extension one one four is on the line and literally nothing happened.
I don't know what was going on. I know I pressed the right number, but you know nobody answers or anything, so what is the point of the questions or comments thing on the back of the hands and tiser if you're not actually going to give me the answers to my question.
- I got a pretty effective hand sanitizer
- I do not know if it will work an extreme situations

Refund needed

Good morning, I bought a large pack of 10 charcoal toothbrushes on October 27, 2024 and recently tried it out. I really did not like how my gums and teeth felt after using the toothbrushes.
I brussels are too soft and the rubber area in the middle was really rough on my gums. I would like a refund, I have tried calling more an 10 times everyday and no one seems to answer the customer service number that is provided. I want to make sure I get this email in before the 30 day mark. I already emailed as well and havent gotten a response.
I have the proof of receipts if needed. Thank you.

I sent for a product, paid for the product, received paperwork stating I would get this product but when I opened the package it was not what I paid for. I then Attempted to contact Brush Buddies many times without success. I first tried by phone that did not work so I text that did not work next I emailed & still have not received any reply to my complaint.

You might get to floss one tooth per pick and then they break and then you'll be stuck trying to get the broken floss from between your teeth.

I had gotten a Justin Bieber singing toothbrush for Christmas and it came with the batteries corroded then I contacted them and they said they would call me and they never did so I contacted them again the next day and they said they would get a hold of me and they never did what a frickin rip off!! Plus I don't think it is very safe to have easy to get batteries in a toothbrush for kids especially if they are corroded!
SOUNDS SOOOOO SAFE TO ME!! NOTTTTT!

No parent would buy this for a child of choking-hazard age.
Anticipating baulking fear of any of the innumerable gems ending up in a uterus or rectum and more importantly as the source of the ruse itself, see description in photo!
Toothbrush has unnecessary heft, suggesting batteries that aren't there.
The company also manufactures a one that simultaneously plays Justin Bieber songs.
No tween is going to understand this deception initially and they won't complain later.

I ordered my toothbrushes in March and received 2 broken brushes after 3 weeks of waiting..unbelievable!! so I contacted support and they took another week to respond..
whenthey did respond they told me they would send me replacements..AND NOTHING for 2 WEEKS!!..i called in and the girl who answered was kind enough but I was put on hold for another 20 minutes and passed around from 1 sales rep to the next. How hard is it to get a simple order exchanged?? i was so upset!
The shipping was expensive, i expected 2 weeks maximum but this whole mess took more than a month!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Cheap toothbrushes
- - Justin Bieber toothbrush was exchanged twice for music stop and DOA.
- - Third unit arrived and was used once; customer service gave the runaround.
I have had my justin Beiber Toothbrush exchanged 2 times. 1 on stopped playing the music and the 2 nd on DOA Dead On Arrival Sad!
Then finally the 3rd one arrived I have used it once we will see what happens. The customer service department is not so bright you get the run around before you can actually get an answer on your replacement. I understand these are made in china but come on Brush Buddies sell something well worth our money.
They claim to Be thee number one seller and Bravado approves this message. Research bravado they are huge why would they approve such a *** company.

At least you received yours. We ordered back in June and were told it was shipped to Australia on 30 July but it has not arrived and no-one will respond to our email enquiries.
We paid over $100 for the order ...not happy!!!
I bought one of those Brush Buddies singing toothbrushes too. It had 2 buttons so I could play 1 song in the am and 1 in the pm. When I got it home and used the brush - it was the same *** song for BOTH BUTTONS!
Total rip off for $15 and now I see them all over the pace for $4
