Have not received order
Still haven't received my order it says it's been in LA for a week and hasn't moved this is ridiculous temu delivers faster I'm very upset about my experience I need that stuff for work my boots now are no good and I don't want to go buy some because I already did I thought so I almost feel like I got scammed

Can’t track my order
Couldn't find the tracking number, so I was worried that it got misshipped or if I didn't order them, but the tracking number was wrong.

I would like to have a new pair of laces sent for my front work boots please
I am not a *** customer. I am a very happy customer brunt workwear is amazing.
Absolutely nothing went wrong.
I was just trying to order a pair of shoelaces for a pair of boots that are over a year old and customer service was awesome and they have my shoelaces being processed now. Thank you so much.

Resolved: Returning shoes
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Trying to use return portal. I'm unable to figure it out.
The shoes are to big and you do not carry a smaller size.
I'm looking for a refund. Ty

My order
I tried to talk to somebody to exchange a jacket for another one and no one responded. And now I see, my order is canceled.
But yet something is being shipped. No one is contacting me about this situation I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service.

Junk *** Boots
I order boots in June they fell apart by End of August. It was a defect.
They sent me a different model because they didnt have the ones I had in stock and would have them for a while. So I tried them they were horrible. I shipped them back . They received them on Oct 9th and I still havent received my money back.
I have called and left numerous messages no call backs. I finally emailed them
And they said there nothing they can do.
So I guess Im out $190 and have to buy another pair of boots so. Total lost of $400 *** this company!!!

Worst boots ever
Too tight , too heavy and very un comfortable. The company claims 100% money back but thats not true . I wore the boots to drive in and the killed my feet.
