Poor customer service

The Lund Boat company will NOT talk to customers or provide any service to Lund Boat owners. They insist Lund Boat owners only contact a Lund dealer. So Lund boat owners are at the mercy of dealers, goofed or poor. Most manufacturers selling vehicles, or boats in excess of $100,000 will talk to their customers directly. Perhaps this is a policy of Brunswick - seems they are also horrendous when it comes to customer relations.

User's recommendation: Make sure the dealer you purchase from will be likely to be in business for a while.
