RETURNED MERCHANDISE CREDIT IN LIMBO.
- - Size didn't fit; no larger size available; forced to return.
- - Shipped over 12 days ago; no email update or callback from customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes for my husband and the size did not work. There was not a bigger size available and was forced to return them.
It has been over 12 days that the box was shipped and i hv not received an email and the worst thing is that you call customer service and get a recording which asks to leave a message and they r incapable to return a call. Never, never again i will buy from them online. I cannot believe in these times that a company of this price range cannot hv a customer service life line to speak to customers.
When you spend $350 on a pair of sneakers you should be treated a little better and i am not underestimating a lower price range what i am saying is that ths kind of retailer should hv readily available help to its customers. Very much disappointed!!!
