AI Highlights
  • - Gunstock was excellent for the dining room years ago.
  • - In the living room, cartons were short and unusable; tongues split, grooves missing, knots bad.

Several years ago, I bought Gunstock for my dining room. My son and brother are professional installers.

They did a great job. Your product was excellent.

Since we had such a good experience the first time, we did it again, in our living room. However, our experience was very different THIS time! Three cartons had all short pieces, NO long ones.

One case was not usable. The tongues were split, the grooves either did not exist or were splintered. On several boards, the knots were so bad that they were not usable. The equivalent of one entire carton had to be thrown away.

At a little over $100.00 per carton, that was an unacceptable amount of loss. When the floor was done, there are a lot of joints that are not "married" to one another adequately. We did not have that problem with our first floor. What are you going to do to make us whole, to correct the situation?

Your quality control this time was horrible! Neal Relyea
