Shoes were cheaply made and not true to size.
After receiving 3 pair of sneakers, sent them three email requesting return instructions. No followup.
No customer service number. Nothing.
My money gone. Shoes not even worth giving to someone with nothing.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Did not receive order and won't acknowledge my requests
I placed an order for Skechers shoes on 9/39/23 and pd with credit card. On 10/6/23 I had an email the order was shipped. They did not respond to my email asking about the status of my order.D

I ordered shoes which were too small.
As stated, the shoes are too small and I would like to return them. I notified them by email and got a response..send us pics of shoes and package which I did.
Since then have followed up with several followup emails and no response. Where is customer service. This is a rip off. Shoes are of poor quality.
The opening for sliding feet in is very narrow and does not stretch and there is no support in the shoes. I want my money refunded!
