Ubereats - Money taken from me for something beyond my control. I want my money back asap

I want someone to call me. I canceled the damn order seconds after I submitted it and seen the they has a Nashville address for me and I've never ordered from ubereats before so I don't know where this address they had on me came from to begin with. And the order hadn't even had time to reach the restaurant to even begin. To be prepared so they had no reason to take my dawn money and I want it back tonight now. I'm so turning this in. I had to turn around and spend my last few dollars on my kids some food. And that's *** I want my money back tonight. Never use yall again and I'm reporting yall if I don't get my money back.

Uptown Cheapskate - Took additional items without telling me or paying me.

I took 2 large bags of clothes and shoes, the majority of them still had tags, or worn once, etc. The lady gave me attitude like I was putting her out just to go through my items. Then at last they finished going through my things and told me they were going to take x, y and z. That is it, literally like 3 items. I was paid 32 dollars which I was annoyed because I had such nice things in better shape then through Shein merchandise they sell at 3 times the price currently hanging on the rack, but I accepted. Whatever right? Well I run an online boutique reselling my clothing, and as I start putting all their rejects back I realized there was quite a lot missing from my bundles. What do I do about that? I didn't have time to recheck all of my items as they are shoving me out the door. So basically they stole some of my clothing. I wanted to just try them to see if I could get a good price on a larger amount of items than selling online piece by piece. Please beware, I would not sell here or shop here again. Back to the whole Shein thing, I have a real problem with that. You can purchase brand-new items from Shein for 3 and 4 dollars a piece, yet uptown cheapskate has the audacity to mark it up 3 x as much, used! Sorry, this place really sucks. The people that work there act like you are bothering them, whether you are selling clothing or buying clothing, and it's just a whole attitude of a bunch of high school girls.

I purchased a microwave a few months ago & it just stopped working. Called customer service, and I am being told that they do not want to refund me for the installation of the microwave because they are refunding me full price of the microwave. A microwave I would not need to replace if it wasn't deflective, so them I told them to send a service person to fix it and was told no that they buy it back because it is cheaper for them to just refund the money, then replacing it!! So, Now I am losing here, since I have to repay to have it installed, OK, so if your product wasn't defective then we won't even be having this conversation!! FRIGIDAIRE DO BETTER & Your CUSTOM SERVICE DEPT IS NO BETTER!

I am absolutely disgusting by the service that I received tonight. I walked in after waiting 20 minutes for my drive-through order. They forgot about me. My food was sitting there. Nobody brought it out to me. I had maybe 10 to 15 cars that pulled in after me get their food and pull off. I went inside asked where my food was, the young lady that was sitting at the counter completely ignored me. I asked her if she worked there. She said yes and continue to have a conversation with the man that was standing at the counter came over looked at me, turned around. Excuse me Im still waiting for my order. He proceeded to tell me we brought it out to you already. I said you most certainly did not , grab my food off the counter and then proceeded to tell me that they were too busy and forgot to bring it out to me. The food was cold. I had to ask for fresh warm fries because he refused to give them to me and told me that my order was perfectly fine , I think the manager completely acted like he didnt hear or see anything that was going on and continue to stand in a corner in Healthcare and Ive never gone to a place and literally been treated as if I was getting free food or didnt pay for my food or requesting too much cannot believe the way that I was treated and the service that I received at the Work Street location

I ordered a Mother of the Bride Dress for Wedding and waited a long time for delivery. Wrong item was sent--nothing like pic on Amazon website. Amazon said it was a third party seller and they would send me a return label--they did not, only the address to return it to. Paid $18.60 for shipping and called Amazon. Talked to a rep from India. who repeatedly told me "Because Its a third party seller-there is nothing amazon can do until they receive the item back--call us then". It is extremely difficult to get an overseas rep to do anything and they won't transfer you to the US. I ordered through Amazon and expected their A-Z guarantee to apply. Wrong item sent and had to pay to return it--should be Amazon's responsibility.since they allow this seller to be on their site.

Today I went to return two items Red Grapes that was purchased on March 25,2024 and Centrum 50+ for men and both of these items were sealed and never opened @ COSTCO location 55 New Huntington Rd, Vaughan, ON L4H 0S8. There was this woman Aditi who mentally harass me when returning these items. Not only Aditi asked stupid irrelevant questions but also opened sealed bottle of Centrum and red Grapes box. I am a 66 year old person and I stood for over 60 minutes for my turn to get this type of treatment from Aditi was not expected. I would like to request that disciplinary action should be taken against such customer service person. This was my first worst experience @ COSTCO.

If you had receipts for both, she should not have held up the return. If you did not have receipts, she can ask whatever she wants.

Also, your age has no place in your complaint. It is useless information as is you standing in line and waiting your turn.

Why should they be disciplined they were doing their job and did nothing wrong. In the future make sure you buy what you need so you do not need to make returns. Just be glad you got to make the return as many places would not allow to return medication.

Cigna - The MOST incompetent billing department!!!

In December 2023, we were notified that due to a glitch in Cignas software our dental insurance was cancelled due to non-payment of premiums. My husband and I have our payments on automatic withdrawal. At the time, Cigna employees told us that somehow our payment info had been deleted from Cigna system. After two VERY FRUSTRATING HOURS on the phone in January 2024we were reinstated and payments were back on automatic withdrawal. TODAY, 3/27/24 I received a robo phone call informing me that payments have not been made & I will be cancelled. IRONICALLY, after checking statements, there was a payment on my husbands policy & none for me. I immediately called and it took forever to get a human to speak with! The gentleman who assisted mumbled and it was beyond difficult to understand him. It took another hour of our time to start the automatic payment process FOR THE 3rd TIME! AND STILL, no real explanation for what the issue is that is causing this!!!

Epson - Printer froze during update

Tried to update printer about six months ago. Followed directions , screen froze as update firmware. Have tried every diagnostic they have sent and screen is still froze at update firmware I am using genuine Epson ink cartridges and connected via usb to my Mac, etc. Im either throwing out this printer (sad because it is fairly new and hardly used) or sending it back to Epson to recycle. Knowing all the problems Epson has faced with their printers, I wish I could send it back and have them fix it or they should offer a new printer . No one at Epson has offered that though, dont think they care.

Sezane - Customer service very poor experience

I have reached out to this vendor 5 -6 times via email, they don't provide any phone support. They owe me 950 USD in returns I have made. I have returned in person and received the refund at the SF store. I returned rest of the items via mail it say in my returns tab the item was returned and refunded yet no refund no response from CS. I go back and start looking at the label they sent me the tracking number that is part of the UPS label says it is not found. I am not sure how these french companies operate. I know they are not well know for customer service but selling in US requires a different experience. Btw all their products are produced and made in China nothing french about it that is fine. The materials and sewing is cheap to medium.

Good evening, My return flight on March 9, 2024, flight # LH6790 was cancelled not once but twice. It was re-booked for March 13 flight # LH2559 and that was cancelled. Due to these two cancellations, it put me in a difficult situation, leaving me to spend more than what I had anticipated for my trip. From Hotel to having meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner for the extra unexpected days, it resulted just over $1600. Not only financially but had only packed clothes for my trip. These 2 delays had also made me lose time from work. I am not asking for much just to be compensated for what I had to pay out of pocket for cancellations not by my doing. I was not offered any vouchers or sir, are you okay is there anything we can help you with. A representative from the company named Ahmed Ali emailed me on March 20 we cannot accommodate your request, but we would appreciate the chance to earn back your trust in our service and welcome you on board again soon. We invite you to take a survey. This is so unacceptable.

So yesterday I was in a hurry and I rushed all the way from Coolidge just to make it in time I made it two minutes before they closed my appointment was at 6:45 and they had to do a physical because it was my yearly well it took them an hour just to finish my physical well the guy doing medical told me you could still go through with the donation and have a sample would you like to and I said yes well he said that he put down that I just wanted them to the sample and so I couldnt continue with the donation I couldnt do the donation I was very upset I rushed all the way to get there on time just to wait an hour just not to donate.

Skinny NZ - Internet not up and running over a week after signing up!

We have spent the last week trying to get our internet running with skinny. We have had Chorus out twice and they have assured us that the line is fine and that it is a ISP problem. We were even sent a replacement modem (because apparently the 1sf brand new modem was a problem). We have spent over 200 airtime minutes over the last week to skinny over the phone, requested that a manager or someone who can actually can help. No luck!! No call backs nothing. We have even asked that our contract be cancelled because we have no internet, the response to which is : '' There is a cancellation fee''. How can they charge a cancellation fee if the services were never up and running in the first place. I am beyond livid and never before have experienced this level of incompetence and lack of customer service.

Uber refused to assist me in this urgent need

My sister bought me an Uber E gift card for emergency. I have sent and verified all info. It's asking me for a code of a card that has been counciled. I have verified my email & phone number, but it's going a bit far asking me for as a two step verification. The help center isn't helpful. They're telling me it's not my account, but that's robotics lie. They respond quick to the drivers, but you proved to me today that u don't give a damned. This phone company promised me I could keep the same #, but changed it to a new one. I had to walk home a couple of times because I couldn't get into my account;they don't respond to their customers. It's sad to do business with a company that when trouble arises you can't contact them...I'll share my store & let folks know they don't have their customers safety & needs. SHAME ON YOU YOU.

I am not able to get your recent deal for the 2 for $16 because none of the local restaurants have online ordering working. Ive send your company a copy of the screenshot showing this. I attempted to order in the store and your employees are apathetic robots who insist it be ordered online. When I showed them it wasnt possible, they said they couldnt do anything. Your Facebook messenger is of no help, nor your online help! Ive never been so ticked at a companys lack of intelligent response. I guess we just need to stick with Subway. It should be I am unable to get, not I am not able to get. 4-7 Company's should have an aprostophee . Same with I'm, could've, and I've. So four more mistakes making your total to seven.

8.. Since Facebook Messenger is the name of a program Messanger should also begin with a capital letter. 9. You should put nor IS your online help.

10. Grunt-level needs a hyphen.

So before you go around saying they have poor English and IQ work on your own English, because it seems like you have the IQ of 30, 40 at the most. If you passed first grade English you barely passed.

This is by far the worst dating app. It is a central hub for, disgusting, dull minded, numbing, down right ugly, entitled and atrocious looking women (unless maybe youre in a massive city like LA or NY). Im from a city not of the size of LA or NY but big nonetheless. These women cant keep a conversation if a gun was to their head. None of them dont know what they want unless you flash cash in front of their face.
