So I go to Walmart and purchase a Google Play store gift card for $100. Everything went smooth until I scratched the card you get the code key and noticed 2 digits were missing.
I talked to Google 1st because it's there card. They kicked off the excuses "your card is faulty and you should speak with store mgr." They tell me I needed okay third party and they don't have that information on file. The card also did not have the serial number fully at the bottom when Google tried to look up the info. Oh and yes you guessed it then send me back to Walmart in Walmart sales they don't have the information in their systems so I got sent back to Google.
Google tell me since the card is affected Walmart should have the rest of the serial numbers talking to Walmart they call me they don't do refunds or have any cards information on Friday but they would help me find them right channels. That's $100 that they just can't tell me what actions to take in order to retrieve it.
I can't imagine how many people just left their money and where would it go? That's just wrong on so many levels.

RUN AWAY, NOW!! Run as fast and far as possible. I can not tell you the ways this company has made my daughter (16) life a living *** in the last two weeks. She do the course, paid $30 for overnight shipping and theres where it all started.
First, overnight shipping took 3 days.
Second, the form they sent is useless to the DMV because it does not have the control no. The one thing the DMV needs! On Monday after HOURS on hold my husband finally got someone. They promised they would overnight a corrected form. LIES. Still nothing. They are no longer responding to email, chat, hours of wait on the phone, Facebook messenger and even a review on BBB. Four straight days of trying to get someone to answer anything. Nothing.
For the love of your sanity and your teens emotional health go anywhere else but here.
They still owe her a corrected for! *** At this point they owe her $30 for overnight shipping, too.

Instagram is the most unethical platform to date operating under the guise of content sharing when infact what they actually are is a platform that reels in kids and adults alike into addictive content whether that be non censensual shares, nudity, abusive or harrassing posts; if they get the views. No reporting system that looks into what the actual issue is or is willing to enforce their laid out prosepctive guidelines. No messaging, call or chat system to get in touch for life shattering issues with posts nor any means of realistic contact with the company or its parent meta.

On 3/6/24 driving home in the pouring rain, the windshield wipers on my 2022 Kia Sorento stopped working. I was terrified on the rest of my ride home because I had 0 visibility, but thankfully I made it home safe.
The following morning I contacted my healey kia dealership in Newburgh NY and was told to bring in the vehicle (no one cared that it was still raining and my windshield wipers were nothing more than decoration). After sitting there for about 4 hours, I was told they could not figure out the problem and that I need a new windshield wiper motor. After 3 weeks, I am getting the run around from the dealership and Kia customer care. I keep getting told my windshield wiper motor is back ordered, not in the country, and no one knows when it will arrive.
At no point has anyone offered a loaner vehicle, a solution, or even sympathy to my situation. However, everyone mentions that due to the unsafe situation, my case is being escalated. How many times can this be escalated until someone repairs my vehicle? Since 3/6, it has rained ALOT in New York causing me to be unable to drive my vehicle.
I pay $700+/month for this vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it. This issue has by far been the worst and is a SAFETY concern. I am a CUSTOMER, a part of the Kia family as healey Kia states. WHEN WILL I BE HELPED AND BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER?
And most importantly, WHEN WILL YOU MAKE ME SAFE AGAIN??? I will NEVER purchase another Kia in my lifetime and I will also ensure no one I know ever does either. Ps tell the woman I spoke to today in Kia customer care that I waited for her to contact me all day and she never did.
Great customer service!!! Give her a trophy.

either everyone in your organization is brain dead or this is the most mismanaged company i have ever dealt with. how does acompany with your stastus get this far operating and treating customers the way you do.
after 7 times being told someone will text you with no results someone would get off there paycheck and try and earn your salary. absolute amazing to put anyone throw this

Groupon - Unable to get a response from Customer Service
I booked a trip at the Skylands Castle Manor in Ringwood,NJ. The venue advised a day before check-in that half of the facility would be unavailable to guests during my 2 night trip, due to them booking a movie shoot last minute, 2 days prior.
I contacted the venue and wanted to cancel. They completely understood and said it was their fault, stating they would give a full refund. They said I had to cancel through Groupon, but they would authorize the refund in full. Ive been trying to get in touch and get a response from ANYONE from Groupon, and I have emailed them several times.
No response to date, and Im out $500 right now. Unheard of that you cant speak to anyone. They say there is a live chat, but there is zero option for that either. Ridiculous.
Still waiting. I wont be ordering anything through Groupon again.

I contacted your customer service setup first agent or roughly under the conversation without handling any issues second agent persisted and wasting my time so well over an hour they're choosing me of using profanity that I never use would not answer when asked about this so I know that it was a direct attack on their behalf or your my character this happened the second time and then a third time the agents tried to explain this away and I know that the explanation was false but it was done by an automatic translation system because I used the same statement and that conversation and it did not appear or come back as profanity you have 24 hours to contact me to resolve this situation or I will file an incident report was the Federal authorities here in the United States and be seeking legal professional help with this matter.
Del Taco - Food quality and customer service
We frequent this location at least once a week.The food is usually very good,they would be generous with the ingredients in the beef tacos and burritos.
However the fries are usually cold I did complain about this once before.Today 3/28/24I went inside to order and got my food and left.We were on our way home and I tasted the fries and they were barely lukewarm and the burrito was 1/2 the normal size and the tacos very skimpy. made my husband turn around and went back.
talked to the manager and he made sure to give me hot fries and he told the woman worker to make me a bigger burrito.He then walked away from her and I heard her sayin Spanish to the other worker Im not making this any bigger Im making it the same way .
I told the manager what she said and he said she didnt say that and she did make the burrito the same way exactly.In other words he called me a liar. I speak and understood Spanish.Made me very mad and upset and caused me to have a low blood sugar and totally ruined my appetite.Terrible customer service and he never apologized.

I went on the tracker and it said driver was 15 mins away. Less than 5 minutes later the tracker moved to 'sorry we missed you'.
I was in and had been all day, my husband had the day off work and was actually working in the garage next to the driveway. No attempt was made to deliver. No card was left because they didn't even try. Then told I have to wait 5 days unless I pay more money - pure extortion.
Then you can't actually get hold of anyone to speak to.
The chat lines don't work. The phone lines are useless as you can't get through and they cut you off.
Customer service is terrible. I have no idea why any reputable company uses them.

The driver did not deliver my order although I have told him that the address which is related to Deliveroo app is wrong and. I told him about my a new address in Platform, block c, flat 3/17, 5 Warroch Place , G3 8JH.
He said that is OK but give your code in order to deliver your order. However, after I told him the order code, he disappeared and I have recieved a message telling that my order is delivered. I immediately contacted with my old address reception team asking them if they recieved my order but they said that no one delivered any order to them.
This means that the driver took my order with him . He did not deliver it to the old address (solasta riverside) nir my new adress (platform)

Ordered correct size from store on 17 th
Delivery date was 20th.
Delivery date automatically got deferred and I received message from Delivery partner load share delivery is delayed as per customer request.
Load share guy called on 21 St saying it's not my area someone else will deliver.
I called thrice to Decath customer care and they assured it will get delivered in 48 hours Max.
I received message on 25 th saying I have requested cancellation, so order is cancelled .
Another message came saying delivery was attempted more than once , customer couldn't be reached so order is cancelled.
No attempt was made to deliver. I have CCTV footage of my society to provide if required.
I already told customer care that I cannot take calls due to my work commitments ask delivery guy to directly deliver.
The product is now not available at same price. Why should I bear loss of time and money too by paying extra when I have not requested for cancellation .
Money is blocked for me from 17 th till now as I have not received refund.
This is simply apathy towards customer.
Please get product delivered as still money is with Decathlon.

Can't contact can't get any help with problems from the system. I have a major issues with Monopoly game my 2 account was messed up together.
My main account Juulee which is connected with Facebook account Juulee Nguyenwin Degraziazzia is completely gone back to zero. It was messed up with my other account Juliee which is connected with my Facebook account Julie Ditto. The username showed up under Juulee but the points under Juliee. My Juulee account is a hight networth with over 24k in points and my Juliee is over 7 5k points i don't know why it messed up like that.
When I able to go back to my Juliee account in monopoly and tried to connect to my Juulee account then it gone . The system want me to start over from 0 . This is ridiculous.
My account completely lost. And I was looking for help but no help at all .

I signed up for an anti-inflammatory meal plan on advice from my GP.
For the first 3 days of my subscription, the app didn't even work.
When it DID eventually work after having to send e-mails, I discovered that the so called "meal plan" is eating EXACTLY THE SAME THING FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER for the week. Nothing different to eat.
But the worst part and most surprising, is that BREAKFAST is a waffle containing coconut sugar.
Anyone who knows anything at all about food, knows that SUGAR IS INFLAMMATORY!!! It will give you heart disease before anything else, along with teeth problems. There is no science behind this meal plan. It's a complete joke and waste of money.
No offence to our friends from USA, but this a very unhealthy meal plan.
Where are the greens? And vegetables that have been proven to reduce inflammation...
Do not purchase this so-called meal plan if you are aiming to reduce inflammation...
