You were lucky to have 2 guys show up. Usually Menards only has one person delivering appliances.

They will bring them in on a 2 wheeler across whatever type of flooring you have. You are much better off purchasing appliances at a store that has a crew of at lest 2 that will carry the appliances into your home...no 2 wheelers.

Rooms To Go - A very bad botched up repair on my TV console

My TV console which was purchased 1 year ago. The problem is white staines started coming up The repairman came and cleaned them with a solution wich turned out so bad There are scratches and spots where he cleaned wich did not come off. It looks really bad. A second repairman came and he noticed all right away but he could not fix as had to remove my TV I live alone and do not have someone to remove, so he said he would let company know about this situation. That was roughly about 1 month ago and have not heard any word since. If you look at my records I have purchased lots of furniture from you and feel this is so inconsiderate. i was waiting in a line inside 4 deep as they were busy inside and outside nobody was getting nasty or *** well the manager was running the counter by himself so one of the other employees asked if he needed help he said when did you ever know me to need help and if we didnt wanna be *** patient we could go somewhere else to *** eat! The guy in front of me we looked at each other in amazement but stayed! Then this old man ordered something I didnt hear exactly what but as loud as could be hes like nope nope cant do that order no explanation why but shued this poor old man away with his hand! Then he and the guy in front of me got into with the manager threatening this guy, saying *** this and *** that to him! This manager was way out of control and very unprofessional and said customers arent right! I got my order home and it was missing 2 of the chicken little sandwiches, my chicken breast (extra crispy had almost no meat and the part with bone was this nasty black stuff) chich thigh were barely nibbles, they messed up the sides, for the cookies! The only good things were the famous bowls! I was to scared to call the store to complain and I left a call back request on the survey and just now I waited 15 minutes on hold my time is valuable!

Meijer - Complaint for Pharmacist: Ryan

I requested the Pharmacist called in a prescription went to pick it up a week later tech said didn't show it, and she would take care of it. No problem. The next picked up only one I didn't notice it until I left the store I didn't want to spend any more time in the store considering Pandemic issue. Called tech said there was nothing under my profile for that medicine she stated didn't look like anything was done. Didn't want to get into details with her, so I requested the Pharmacist. Ryan got on the phone, long story short Ryan shouldn't be in customer service! Very poor listening skills, unprofessional, rude, argumentative. He continued to point the finger at everyone except Meijer. His attitude was so " who cares I don't" the conversation got so ugly I ask for his bosses name. He tried to send me in circles he finally gave it to me. I filed a complaint with his boss Store Director: Mr. Shakur. He informed me he will be speaking with Ryan. The actions by Ryan was so unprofessional I felt like I deserved an apology from Ryan which Mr Shakura didn't feel the same way. He apologized for Meijer and said he will not make him apologize to me. That's fine, I understand I will say this; I will be removing my prescriptions my families and anyone else that I can convince to remove theirs. Word of mouth is powerful!;

User's recommendation: Don't use Meijer Pharmacy.

DOORDASH - Worst Delivery App

So, today I ordered off of DoorDash. It was raining, late, and I’m sick. I have had issues with DoorDash in the past especially when it comes to their very poor customer service. Well I decided to give them another chance. Boy was that a mistake. Even though my food showed up quicker than expected. It was cold my biscuits were soggy and it was missing the main ingredient. So, I contacted customer support. I was basically told that I could get five dollars in DoorDash credit. I don’t plan on ordering from DoorDash anymore not to mention, that five dollars is nothing compared to the 18 to 20 bucks I wasted on this meal. Because I’m not going to eat it. I called when my email response was not up to my standards and I was again offered DoorDash credit. But why would I want DoorDash credit When this company can’t do anything right. I have had more issues with DoorDash than not. Literally the only reason I used them as much as I did is because my sick husband could not be at home alone and I didn’t have time to cook. After those experiences it took me probably a year to use them again. Save yourself some money and don’t use them. Use Uber eats they are much quicker and I have never had an issue with them.

First National Bank - Calling for informations

Tuesday 18 March 19 at 16:20 pm I called the bank to give my new property taxes amounts (was in the mail) and it was more and started to ask some questions and asked the man on the phone ( french) the procedure to pay my taxes myself , because I was not happy with the amount the bank was taking monthly . The man kept explaining me the same thing over and over when he knew I understood he just needed to argu and make me shut up . I was just asking for the email adress to send the request to pay my taxes myself thats it ! He kept saying If you would let me talk I would say it to you and was explaining again why the bank does that! I said it was enough arguing , I am the customer and dont want to pay 600$ on my taxes for 2020 yet he said it is the way it is and you will have too . He could have stop and just give me the adress but too stuborn he kept going telling me I was insulting his intelligence I said make me talk to someone else I dont wanna hear you anymore . The next man was very nice and he answered me in 2 seconds and I could send my request right away . What a bad customer services ! I hope he get cut in is bad way to answer the poor people calling at he bank .

UPS Store - To buy insurance I had to unpack my item for them to see the materials used

They told me they weren't liable for damages to the item shipped, even if it was due to poor handling (dropping, throwing the box, etc). They said in order to buy insurance I either had to allow them to unpack my item (which is bulky,heavy& the box was completely covered in heavy duty tape) so they could see what packing materials were used OR I could bring the item to them, along with the shipping box and all the packing materials that would be needed but WITHOUT PACKING THE BOX. They said I would have to pack it at their UPS store so they could confirm it was packed correctly! Imagine trying to figure (maybe this, maybe that) out everything you'd need to pack a large, heavy item without actually packing it & then carrying all that stuff to a UPS Store so they could see it &I have you pack it in front of them? That's total lunacy! Meanwhile, this is what their website (copied directly from https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/sri/insure-package.page) says: UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100.00 for each domestic package Why does the UPS website say they ARE LIABLE for loss or damage but they gave me such a big BS story that unless they could confirm packing materials used, it wasn't covered for damages? How are they allowed to stay in business?

The UPS Store and UPS are two different companies, so if your package gets damaged in transit then UPS (not The UPS Store) is responsible for reimbursing you as long as the items are packaged properly. UPS tends to deny a lot of damage claims due to items not being packed up to "UPS standards". Since the stores end up dealing with the upset customer and having to explain that it is out of our hands, when UPS denies the claim, it's usually easier to inspect the packaging ahead of time to avoid any confusion on the box being packed properly.

Megabus - Insane turn around mid trip - added over an hour to trip.

After stopping at a rest stop, the bus driver waited an extra 5min to ensure all passengers were on board. After setting off and driving for over 30min, we were hailed by a policeman who ordered the bus driver to turn around and drive back to the rest stop to pick up 2 people who had been left behind (despite clear instructions and extra time given...) The poor bus driver had no choice, and so turned around to return and added over 2 hours to our trip (once we got to the rest stop, the lady wouldn't get on the bus because everyone looked angry...). Almost 50 other passengers were on board the bus and so were all inconvenienced. I called megabus support to ask why this was happening and to get a refund on my tickets (my family had a booking in Houston that we would now be late for), and I was put on hold then disconnected, then after calling back and asking to speak to a supervisor I was denied any information about what was going on, being told that was 'internal details' that she couldn't discuss with passengers and that if I was unhappy I should write them an email. When I asked for a reference number for the call to put in my complaint email, she hung up on me. Pretty great service.... I'll see

To get this matter resolved. I had kept records of the persons name,time and date whenever I spoke with them. All Frontier does is lie. They claimed I did not pay a deposit when I had service with them. How else would I have service. I had service with Verizon before Frontier brought them out. Poor service. Every time that it would rain my telephone and internet service would go out. It was so on going. I had to contact the BBB ,the headquarters of communications and my congressman to help me with this matter. Then Frontier did not want to answer their calls. it took a long time but this matter was resolved. When ever that I spoke with them their attitude was bad except with a few good apples. Some of the people that I spoke with I could not understand a word that they were saying. When some one tries to speak English when they are not an English American, their English was terrible broken. I became so tired of asking them what did you say, I can not understand you. I would have to hang up and ask for some one that spoke true English.I like Verizon and I hate that they sold out to Frontier. I would advise any one not to deal with Frontier. My rating for them is FFFF. They flunk in my case. Sorry business and they do not stand by with what they say.

Yelp - Harassing Sales Calls, over-charged account

In my many years of being a business owner I have never experienced sales calls that have been more rude and more pushy. After saying no multiple times they continue to push and ask why I won't advertise with them. It was even to the point of them degrading my intelligence by asking do you not want more business. I finally lost my cool and told them how rude they were and how I was likely never going to advertise with them. I thought maybe this was just one pushy salesman but I got a call from another a month or so later and they did EXACTLY the same thing. It's as if they are reading from a script specifically written to harass and bully business owners. Adding insult to injury, they sent me an email offer giving me $300 in advertising credit. I thought what could I lose? I set my ad with a maximum budget of $300. It went to $300 then right on past. I was lucky that I happened to log in and check on the ad when I did. They allowed to go over $30. If I had not checked on it who knows how far that ad would have gone. And by the way, it didn't translate to any additional business for me. Yelp is absolute garbage. Put your money towards google ads. They work and they won't harass you either!!

To Whom this may concern, Coupon was not applied during order so I telephoned for credit. I got hung up on 4 times from customer service and from one supervisor, NOT ACCEPTABLE !! Another supervisor (after 2 hours) came on line on line and said no, as they said it wasn’t processed correctly and also hung up. Is this how your business runs?? Hang up on customers with legitimate complaints???? I should get my $15 off even more for the ridiculous and humiliating customer service given. This may be our last interaction for ridiculous service. Nothing ever comes out correct with Door dash, I’ve ordered before. Chance after chance but nothing EVER COMES OUT RIGHT! Drivers do not really check out orders, food comes cold or crazy late. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT WITHIN 48 hours, I will report to better business bureau & YELP /Social Media. I deserve my credit or entire bill wiped as I spent 5 hours on the phone disputing poor representation and emails that don’t correctly expand on details for discounts. Your Company should be ashamed. If I do not hear a correspondence within 48 hours, I will report this claim to BBB. I appreciate your time within this matter.
