I order from DR. Sheths on 10th of march and I still have not received my order even after 18 days. I keep getting messages as well as emails from your end that my order will be delivered today (this has happened twice) but not once have I received the order. Your delivery partners never contact me and the reason I get for the order not being delivered is that the customer refused to accept the order. How am I to refuse it, when I am not even contacted for the same. I will not be accepting the order now, even if it is delivered. Kindly cancel my order and initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

Dear Daraz Team, I have placed an order id: 182211****576064 on 10th March 2024 from Daraz Mobile App and paid PKR. 21,718/- through my Standard Chartered credit card on 10-03-24. I have informed by Daraz that my order will deliver on 18th March 2024 but it's doesn't deliver on that day and then i got another message from Daraz that your delivery attempt unsuccessful however no one from Daraz or delivery team contact me in this regard. I have waited for next whole day but no one contacted me. So I tried to contact daraz help to report this issue but failed to register any complain. I have sent email to Pissed customer so i got another ETA of 26th March 2024 but i faced the same experience as earlier. I tried to contact on helpline no: 11173**** its says that this no is not in use. Being a Daraz Customer, I reserve the right to ask you guys, if you guys can't provide a quality support then cancel my order and return my money back or provide me the answer to below mentioned queries. I used to be proud of Levi company. Now I an discusted . Siding with this weak crazy anti LGBTQ sports Wacko with this XX-XY line of clothing is very disappointing. I have been wearing Levi's my whole life. 67 years. That is about to change.and I will dump all that I have. There are plenty of other brands that make nice jeans and clothing. You could have stayed quite, and kept your low pro image with the support for the community that you have created. But seems like you opened the doors and let the stray dogs in. WORST EVER If UPS is an example of USA Service, we do not want it in the UK. Waited in all day for a parcel to be picked up by UPS for next day delivery. I tried ringing at 17.30pm and got their 0845 premium rate line at 5p per minute plus call charges. Stayed on the call long enough to get the Local 0345 number and tried calling again. The UPS automated telephone system is awful because it does not recognise your voice or give enough options, and it took 3 more calls to get to speak to a real person. My optimism was short lived when I was told the parcel that I was looking at on my desk had been picked up earlier that day. When I asked how it would be picked up for the Next Day delivery, the response was, "we can pick it up in the morning". So next day delivery was not going to happen now and I would not be in the following day. The only other option was for me to travel 3 miles to drop it off at the local UPS Pick-up Point and I had to beg a favour to get someone to do it for me. With 3 hours to go before the Pick-up Point closed, I was told it would not be picked up until the following day. I am expecting a full refund for this as I paid for next day delivery, which will not happen now, because it will be picked up on the day it should be delivered. Last time I used UPS the delivery was a disaster and it took two extra days to be delivered on a timed delivery, which got me a full refund. The positive side is, if you can put up with total incompetence, a total disregard for customer service and it is not urgent, then use UPS and get a full refund for not fulfilling their promises." Unfortunately UPS is not alone and I see numerous examples every day from companies of all sizes who have no idea about their User Experience #UX or Customer Experience. Here the recent email "correspondence" with the "Payoneer Payment Specialist" after one month of delaying transfer is for all the cheated readers and unfortunate Payoneer customers out there to recognize patterns used by this questionable platform. Payoneer Payment Specialist: " I hope you are well. My name is Fritzy, and I am the Payoneer Payments Specialist that will assist you today Thank you for your response. We are sorry to hear you have not received your payment yet. Please be advised, our provider bank has informed us that your payment is in invalid status with Post Bank due to: registration with incorrect bank account details. Please note, we have contacted our bank to request to recall the funds. Please note that the process can take up to 21 business days and its success relies on the responsiveness of your bank to our bank provider inquiry, but may be resolved sooner. In the meantime, we know delayed payments can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated about the process regularly. We thank you for your cooperation and wish you a wonderful day!" My response: Hi Fritzmyre, As no surprise comes your explanation for your delayed/ failed transaction. The fault is with the customer, of course. The account information at registration is identical with the official bank information (PDF format) from the postal bank. And you should know that by now. It takes a "Payments Specialist" more than a month to come up with this? If in fact the bank info was wrong which it wasn't - the money would bounce back within 35 business days. Won yourself another delay of minimum 21 days off on my expenses? "Rest assured" that this is either fraud or utter incompetence. You can choose. Have a wonderful day! PS: For the 3rd time I am attaching bank info for your orientation Also, since Payoneer works "internationally", my name is written in Hebrew in your transaction sheet. Not sure I just continued to take it, but every single time I end up waiting at least 5 minutes in line at the St. Paul Highland Park, MN store. Been going to the store for over 10 years. After recently waiting closer to 10 minutes in line, I get the inquisition about how often I buy dog food and get the sales pitch to sign up for repeat delivery. I told the clerk (who reeked of smoke by the way) that I just wanted to purchase dog food. The icing on the cake was the snotty tone of you could have paid $10 less if you signed up. First, I will not return to Petco. Second, I really dont think this is the best customer experience to feel that you overpaid for an item on your way out the door. No more for me. I think I will try Costco dog food (recommended by friends as high quality at a cheaper rate - we always used to buy Merrick dog food).

Very very bad experience with Mashreq. I don't recommend to anyone to use Mashreq account. I opened my account in Mashreq in 2021. It was zero balance account, no need to maintain any minimum balance also no minimum salary was required. I opened my account only that conditions. But Suddenly they changed the policy and start cutting service charges for not maintaining the minimum balance in account 21 AED PER MONTH. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I had no idea about new policy or about charges. They didn't even call or text message for inform us. According to them, they just send an email to inform customers. Wallah they are eating Haram Money. How is that possible that I opened my account only for this condition no minimum balance required, otherwise I didn't open my account. Now they suddenly start cutting service charges 21 AED PER MONTH.Very very bad experience. They are doing fraud with people. Please I request to everyone don't use Mashreq account even If they tell you it is free or no minimum balance required.

Zazzle - Non-existent customer service, potential import/export tax fraud

I placed 2 orders between 2021 and 2022 for my business. I received no invoice which I need for my books. I sent several emails requesting the invoices which were never answered. I called their service hotline which never answers and doesn't leave any possibility to leave a message, and therefore, no return call. In addition to that, the export/import tax documents were falsified, meaning a fake import/export tax reference number and missing invoice was given to UPS who gave that number to the import authority which made it look like import tax had been paid, but apparentlynever was. This put ME under investigation by the import tax authority and triggered an audit for my business. And, on top of all that, what they claimed was shipped was not ever ordered! I only ever ordered name tags from them, yet they reported to the import tax authorities that they had delivered Notebooks, of all things, with a sum of three times what was actually purchased. This is highly fraudulent and it is clear with their non-existent customer service that they give no value to their customers. I will never order from this company again!

Do you have copies of your original purchase orders and cancelled checks or some other provable debit ? It's thin ice to think the vendor keeps 2-3 years old paperwork handy for reference.

Ha! What I do have is the payment coming from PayPal and the paperwork given to UPS which was forwarded to the Import Authority.

You can't make this up! I keep immaculate books, but how am I supposed to show proof of an order that never existed other than provided from Zazzle to UPS.

If you're going to ship to foreign countries you need to follow proper international protocols. Also, a company is supposed to keep its financial records for 7 years.

A simple Google search will clear this up for you. And, by the way, what you think of as idiotic name is also a medical spinal procedure in the USA.

Be careful with Homeaglow uncleared fee and subscription

The cleaning lady is good and nice. But Homeglow company has hidden fees that was not clear at the beginning. Also, the company doesn't care and they are not responsible. My case, the co. gave a wrong address to the cleaning lady, lead to my appt was canceled because the lady was an hour far away. They did not let me know promptly that they canceled my appointment, they let me waited... I cancel subscription because they didn't give the good customer service and unclear fee. And THE THING THAT THEY WANNA CHARGE ME $223 FOR THE UNSUBSCRIBE FEE!? The very first time they gave me 5 hours cleaning service and charged me $53 and $49. (I had no idea what $49 for because they didn't let me know at the beginning.) All together they wanna charge me $325 for 5 hours. Wow! $65/hour! How do you think

Family Dollar - I'm upset with an employee

I was followed around the entire time by an employee, from the second I entered the store to the second I paid for my things and left. Disgusting. Won't be returning for that kind of treatment. I make triple what those employees make and have absolutely no reason to steal, yet I was followed around like some kind of criminal. I called family dollar to try to tell them about the experience and no one picks up. They are impossible to reach. Even using your company I am unable to get a response. Horrible customer service from both store employees and corporate. Those employees were even changing clothes to pretend they were customers! I saw it with my own eyes. Workers pulling several different sweatshirts over their red workshirts like they were some kind of private investigators on a major case. It was absolutely ridiculous. I might write the BBB it was such a disgrace.

Forget all about the BBB ; they are privately owned and have no legal authority. None.

Anywhere. Ever. They will take your report and allow it to be reviewed by other consumers, but that is all. It is privately owned and supported by "member" businesses who want that little foil sticker for their cash register or front door.

It exists for self promotion yet has become an urban legend regarding its ability (ne : lack thereof) to represent consumers or execute legal actions. It's the tricky name and logo that people fall for. Employees are allowed to follow you around, throw you out, anything.

Their inventory shrinkage is probably horrible and the minimum wage folks instructed to watch everyone or lose your job. Don't be such a snowflake.

Ordered a phone in 'AS GOOD AS NEW' condition.. It was meant to be shipped in 3 days from inside of Australia.. 3 weeks later it was drop shipped from China. It had been rooted so I cant add my bank card. The battery takes 3 times longer as my previoys phone of the same model. The screen blinks..its slow and im sure its counterfeit. And because its not Australian I cant even replace the battery or screen if something happens. Customer service shrugged after many messages with them and offered me a $50 refund (as though thats even slightly good enough). So im enjoying reviewing this company fir its deceibtful sales practises as well as making complaints to consumer affairs. All I can say is even considering their cheaper prices... AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

The Etsy website is not good when it comes to customer service. I received my bangle bracelet and do not want a refund. But my furst communication with Etsy was that I did not receive my bangle bracelet. Later that day I got it in the mail. I think Etsy should tell their customers where the entity/product provider/store is located even if it is in a foreign country. Nothing wrong with that! And Etsy should also state that they use the USPS, not FedEx nor UPS. But getting back to my problem, I do not know how to tell my product provider that I do not want a refund even if the bangle bracelet I ordered does not fit me. My order wasnt delivered . They gave a refund . But when you have a little girl waiting for her dinner and I cant reorder it because the store is closed the refund wont feed her or help with her disappointment . Also we called 3 times and two customers service agents hung up the phone on us . Driver wouldnt answer the phone . Usually by protocols they take a photo of the delivery at the entrance . No photo and no show . I have security cameras . Person never showed up at my property . The money back is not a favor its an obligation . But the time waste and we didnt solve the fact that we dont have dinner .

I ordered a head gasket set and everything was fine but they sent the wrong seats we didn't know and we put them on we thought they were the right part and they were supposed to they were supposed to not have the umbrella on them which made them a quarter inch higher than they were supposed to be and we didn't know and we put the rocker arms on and tried to crank it and broke the rocker arms I'm going to I'm going to send the seats back to you see if I can get the right ones you gave me The l4 and I don't think I need The l4 I don't know what day or the wrong ones and it broke my rocker arms and that's why I'm mad cuz now I got to do it all over again and spend more money on parts and labor I don't know we'll see how this return policy is I've never had to return anything to them they were always right it's a good discount part and quality some things are lacking though that's all yeah I would use them before I go to a parts store

On March 27,2024 at the location (2010 E Elliot Rd Tempe, AZ 85284 United States) Smashburger around 5:20pm I told my boyfriend lets eat at smashburger before we ordered I used the bathroom. When I arrived in the bathroom I noticed the toilet paper was very hard so I told my boyfriend to bring me my baby wipes out the car. When he came in the bathroom to bring them to me he forgot to pocket the door behind him so about 4 minutes later a employee walks in and started screaming and yelling OH MY GOD and starting at me and my boyfriend I looked at her and said sorry she closed the door and continued screaming in the hallways then I felt so uncomfortable I immediately washed my hands and left on the way out I heard her say Thats them right there and started laughing at me then the employees behind the counter continued to laugh at me as well. I asked what was so funny and they all continued to laugh in my face. I have never in my whole entire life felt so much shame and discomfort in a place . I understand the door wasnt locked but dont think it was necessary for the whole restaurant to know my business. I definitely think some actions need to be taken. I felt very uncomfortable and didnt even wanna eat there after all that happened.

I have been shopping at Pottery Barn for a very long time, got most of our furniture pieces from them. But until this day, I had never seen such a horrific customer (dis)service! I ordered a sectional sofa+bumper 4 months ago, which was just made and delivered, except the sofa piece was missing! I basically only got a useless bumper part. I called them multiple times and spent hours on the phone with them. The agents were mostly nice and understood I was missing a component, but they needed approval from leadership to do something about it and their leadership were all terrible people. They gaslighted me that it was my fault and I had only ordered the bumper part! Even though it's impossible for you to just go on the website and deliberately only order a bumper! My order confirmation and the image in it all indicated I had ordered the entire sectional, yet they didn't accept any returns because they said it was "made to order", any partial refunds for the missing piece, or even offering to send me the sofa part! In fact I couldn't even order the sofa part even if I wanted to (re)pay myself because they don't have the matching fabric anymore. Anyways I was almost convinced I messed up in ordering this thing until I went to the store today to order a whole new sectional and saw that the designer is ordering the same exact thing for me! Even the price point indicated what I had paid for was the entire sectional and not just the bumper part! The designer of course agreed and called customer service yet again, but of course she kept repeating, like a robot, the same meaningless sentence that "what you purchased is what you received" without bothering to think about why the price I paid for that bumper (on sale) was much higher than the price I was seeing for the same bumper on the designer's screen and close to the price of the entire bumper+sofa on that damn screen! I couldn't do anything of course, except to get out and make sure I never shop at Pottery Barn again. So long story short, they stole my money because the 2000$ I had paid was supposed to be for a sectional not just this useless bumper piece. And worse than that, they are very dishonest and don't even accept it was their fault, let a lone accepting a return or partial refund or any sort of trying to fix their mess up.

McDonalds - Always wait for 45 mins or longer for food

I ordered my food at 7:41 pm. I paid for my food at 7:48. I started to wait for my food at 7:50 pm. The store Manager came to my vehicle 3 different times asked me what did I order. I told him. He kept telling me I will be right back. I look up at 8:15 pm and the manager leaves the McDonald's and goes to a smoke shop and takes his break. I was never checked on for another 15 minutes. It is now 8:20 pm. I have now waited for 30 minutes. I go inside and had to raise my voice and ask where is my food. I tell someone inside that hey I have been waiting in the Drive through for now 30 minutes where is my food. A young man takes my recipt and then comes back and says she is bagging it. I said good then bring it out to my car. I sit and wait another 10 minutes. It is now 8:35. I am now tired and ready to go home. I waited for nearly and hour for food that should've only taken 20 minutes at the most to make. The manager did come back and he was shocked to see that myself and 3 other people were still waiting for food. It was like when he left everything just stopped. I want someone to acknowledge the fact that my time was and is valuable and I am valued as a customer. My children look forward to coming to this location at least once a month sometimes 2 times a month but even they were fed up and felt like they were not valued.

I purchased the item for one local grocery store near me however after discovering this issue with both boxes of Crackers I Returned them to the store I ordered from believing that someone dropped the boxes causing the cracked, broken and crumbly crackers. Therefore I went to a different grocery store in the area and bought (2) of the smaller size boxes (13.5 oz). To my surprise both of the smaller boxes were cracked, broken and just crumbled when removing a few crackers from the sleeve. Therefore I returned these as well. My belief is that Kellogg Co reduced the thickness of the crackers or change an ingredient in the recipe which in turn causes the crackers to crack and crumble. Not thick enough to hold together. Companies are cutting back in so many ways to compensate for the higher price of ingredients and in doing so has comprised the quality of the product thus is loosing customers. I will NOT purchase this brand in the future. Another lost customer!
