I registered to open carbon app early in the year 2022 & i tried to apply for a loan but it was unsuccessful because I did not meet the stipulated requirements to obtain the loan. Fast forward to the year 2023, I received an information from another loan company that I defaulted in loan payment from carbon.
When I received this shocking news, I was bewildered and I asked myself how can I default in loan repayment or better still pay for a loan I never received from you. It doesn't add up.
Please note, I have sent countless mails to you via e-mail without any positive response, hence my reason for sending this message is for a resolution to address this salient issue since the error is from your end. When I Googled Long John Silver's local store located at 1707 E. Fowler Avenue, Tamp, Florida 33612 is your advertised hours listed 7 days a week, 11 AM until 10 PM?
And there was no note stating that everyday the grill shuts down 1 hour before the local store closess.
So, Sunday, 3/24/2024 @ 8:15 pm est, I pull up to the local Fowler Avenue LJS drive thru to place my order of order for 2 grilled salmon meals.
Your associate tells me that the store closed
the grill @ 8 pm, 1 hour before your local Fowler Avenue store closes at 9 pm.
But when I Google my local LJS store, it stated your hour are 7 days a week, 11 am - 10 pm, are those the correct hours?

I am profound frustrated and disappointed regarding the ongoing issues I have encountered with my Gold Account and I guess now the other three accounts Despite my repeated and diligent efforts to resolve these issues, I am yet to receive effective assistance or a satisfactory resolution. Since the inception of this account, I have faced numerous challenges.
Most recently, I have complied with all the requested procedures, including utilizing Notary-Cam services, physically leaving my house to get documents notarized, and incurring related expenses. On March 1st, I again faxed all necessary documents to the number provided (+1 62*-***-****), as instructed. I have proof of these documents being sent and received successfully. Despite these efforts, my accounts are paper weights American Express seems to be the only company I am experiencing issues with, despite having multiple accounts with different institutions.
Security is a major concern and I appreciate your efforts however the exaggeration stressed me out. Is this because I Am a new member. American Express, now saying that my account would be closed pretty much. I have submitted complaints to the Ive once contacted Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding this matter.
I did receive a call from a representative, from AMEX Executive office, but there has been no follow-up since then.I have fulfilled my part of the necessary procedures more than adequately. Ive submitted want they wanted am I a fake person??

Not only was my breakfast, not corrbut. I had to go second time.
I asked for the biscuits sandwiches to be remayed because they were falling apart. And drawer and I asked him them to be fresh and she got real attitude. And disrespectful and said they are made fresh. Don't tell me.
I didn't make them fresh. That's no way to speak to a customer. And I didn't even stay to get a refund for the biscuits. After that, attitude is somewhere tould call me back to rectify the problem.

TracFone - NOT BEING ABLE TO USE YOUR PHONE FOR 4 DAYS
I have had a tracfone for over 20 years, since Verizon took over, every time I try to add minutes I have to go through a war. I have not been able to use my phone for 4 days.
They just keep saying we're not sure turn it off and turn it back on, take the sim card out put it back in. This is horrible and I am looking for another carrier now.
Chipotle - Rude supervisor
The supervisor or manager at the Snellville Georgia restaurant was not a very nice person Daisy Garcia. She wanted to argue with me about a salad dressing saying that only one comes with the meal and i would have to pay $.50 extra.
All the other locations willingly give me 2. I only got lettuce, vegetables and mild salsa on the salad I did not get any other toppings or ingredients other than those three. I didnt get anything else added toppings she couldve said to me heres an extra salad dressing but remember next time to pay $.50 I had no idea that they were $.50. she also refused to refund me my money after I did not want to sell anymore.
Very rude. I will never patronize that store until everyone else that I know never to go there.
ASDA - PHONED THEM THREE TIMES TODAY DROM 9 AM TO 12.50PM
i PLACED AN ORDER AND BOOKED A DELIVERY SLOT, THIS WAS MY FIRST ONLINE ORDER WITH ASDA. WHEN IT CAME TO PAYMENT AND CONFIRM IT KEPT ASKING FOR A MOBILE NUMBER WHICH i DO NOT HAVE NOR WANT BUT i HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER WHICH IT REJECTED AS INVALID.

Nova Furnishing - HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!!!
BEWARE!!! DONT BUY FROM NOVA!!
My wall feature and tv console was supposed to be fixed on the 12th Mar.
When it was installed, one switch was missing, there was no opening for the sound bar wires. I just wonder how they can forget to do this as this it what they are doing day in day out. This happened even with a sketch and description provided. The workmanship is below par.
Today they were supposed to be rectified.
Opening was made. BUT there was no wire for the switch. Then we found out that there was no driver for LED lights. Then they damaged one of the shelves.
Then they abandoned the job. I made numerous calls to the salesman, Jacky Ong, but this guy didnt respond.
This is really a horrible service.
I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!!

I have had so many problems with this delivery service! Even when the drivers has my information to contact me like my phone number and my gate code to get into my complex!!
My packages still never get delivered!! Its absurd that a delivery company has this many problems communicating when they have the resources to get a hold of the person they are supposed to be delivering to! I spoke with a uni uni representative where they assured me they would tell the driver after the first failed attempt that they will call me and that they had my gate code to get in my complex!!!
There should be absolutely NO REASON WHY MY PACKAGE COULDN'T BE DELIVERED!! I need this for Easter!!!

I never used my own personal bank account to pay for my orders. I always used my Visa Card.
On March 21, 2024 I saw a payment from Temu.com for $50.13 of which I found unusual.i was able to connect with your automated phone service and I was told that there was a charge made on August 2023 for$49 and change. I spoke to your customer service agent and upon checking on my Temu account the last charges done was from my VISA most recently . No $50.13 recorded. So my question is how did this charge come out of my personal account when I never used it to pay for my orders from Temu.
Please look into it. Im now considering cancelling my account with Temu.

These are booking details made through Direct Ferries for travel with Condor Company from Poole to Jersey (24.03, 11.45) that was cancelled due problems with ship. Initially was offered a possible alternative trip on 25.03, 19.30 from Portsmouth.
I asked for a cabin as compensation and double time to travel and I was informed by Direct Ferries that I have to buy it as Condor told them the trip was cancelled due bad weather, and this is not true. This is a false information as Condor's operators told yesterday to people from terminal that are issues with their ship.
After I insisted to receive a cabin as compensation, Direct Ferries informed me that Condor offered an alternative trip on 28.03.
I made request to be refunded my money and hope to not have further issues.
My feed back is:
- Direct Ferries doesn't have a contact number and is necessary to wait long time for their email responses.
- Both companies are not offering easy and straight solutions, and are not assuming responsibility for their mistakes.
- it is my view this doesn't show any respect and care for customers and actually are bad practices.
- I will not book future travels through Direct Ferries.
- Certainly I will avoid to travel with Condor.
- I strongly Nrecommending the services of Direct Ferries and Condor.

My Husband bought a ring that needed to be resized..I went to Sterns Centurion Mall on the 18th of March 2024 , I was told i will get it on the 22nd March only to find out they didnt capture my details so that repairs department can fix it . Till this day i haven't received it back.
The lady who assisted me Grace cannot even give me a clear answer to why i haven't received the ring back.
Back after several calls or Transportation which cost me money. I AM HEAVY PREGNANT ..This is very poor service and her lack of empathy for me as customers is very unprofessional considering the mistake is from her and store.

If yes, have you a digital copy of delivery with signature ? * How is it possible that mail can get lost in the twenty-first century ?

My car was clamped as it wasnt taxed, I didnt get reminder as car hadnt been registered to me. I had to take evening and following morning off work as this happened at 4.30pm and I couldnt get to post office in time.
Sales Manager at Cumbernauld road branch was very off hand eventually agreeing to cover the cost of the ยฃ100 fine I had to pay plus ยฃ25 for a new V5.
He didnt think he should have to pay anything towards loss of wages or inconvenience, but after a week ยฃ205 was paid into my bank.
I would not recommend this branch as Ive had two major issues that Ive had to fight to get sorted. The first one costing me over ยฃ300 and now this, its not what I expected from this company as my friend (who used to work for them) recommended them, but as she worked in Edinburgh and left the company three years ago I can only assume this was not the experience she expected me to have
I am too busy and rely on my car too much to have unsupporting sales staff, they are quick to take your money

Menards - Horrible Customer Service
I purchased several items including lumber from the Owensboro Menards 3/24. I told the lumber yard that I purchased 2 X 6 X 10 pine.
Upon entering the lumber yard, there was a person in the yard that asked my purchased. I told him. He said go there and I will load you. After loading that purchase, I then had to go to another location and showed the getleman my reciept.
He told me that he had loaded pre-cut instead on std grade. Little cheaper. HE told me I could go to the front desk and get a discount. I then spoke to the front end manager "Maury"?
not sure thats correct, but she was absolutely disgracing, and humiliating. After telling her my story, she just stood there like a lazy tree and said "what you want me to do about it, very hatefully. I simply asked if she could take a look at what I purchased vs what was loaded, she said what you load, said I didnt the person back in the yard did. She said did you get 2 X 6 X 10'?
96" long. What a stupid question, because a 10' is not 96" long.
After making a complete scene in the store front, and treated horrible, I just left the store. What a horrible representation of the store front for Menards in Owensboro, KY

Laid complaint regarding item that i bought & was broken within a month, sent email 29/11/2023 no response, contacted Facebook page i sent an inbox, contacted the store several times up to the point i got tired, then got message on the 05th of March that my refund is processed will be refunded on the 14th day which is today. I contacted the lady by the name of Lynn whom i have been liaising with regarding this she told me that she is busy, and she doesn't have a say in this then going to give me the number of the manager, when what must i do with that number now?
I don't know Rochester's processes but to be treated this way is unfair, when i am expecting my refund.
I am expected to call warehouse how? who is employed to deal with customers and see that their needs are met.
I am disappointed i regret the day i get into your shop will even warn everyone about your services.

This is to express my concern about this matter once more. It appears that your accounting and finance department did not take this matter seriously because my requested refund has still not been received.
Ms. Shaira, your account officer, informed me that processing a refund usually takes two weeks, but I've been waiting for nearly six months now. She insisted that the cheque was still needed signatures from your cheque signatories. I want to emphasise once more that your account officer was not responding to my concern in a timely manner and she will only do so if I bring up the issue on this website.
My only request was that this refund be processed immediately because your accounting and finance department continues putting it off.
Secondly, I am requesting a daily update regarding the status of this refund so that I could be sure your account officer was handling it carefully. Make sure my refund is sent to me before the end of this month.
