Account was verified under my name and phone number using an android and no one in my family has android I tried contacting them through the phone number just has a pre recorded message saying to email them. Ridiculous that there isnt a feature to get some actual help immediately.

Scary that someone has my name, number and can verify the account when its not even using my device but track records are being sent to my email which is how I caught it.

What is MOST TROUBLING IS I HAVE NOT USED THIS APP EVER WITH MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NOT USED OR HAD THIS APP DOWNLOADED ON MY PHONE SINCE 2 phones and 2 phone numbers ago so how is my name and number being used!!!

Amazon - Delivery driver came but didn’t leave package - we were home

For the second time in two days the Amazon delivery driver failed to leave our package. The info he posted was dog hazard.

We were home both times. If he/she has sent a text we could have walked out and received the packages. We are in rural Texas and we have two dogs. I would be glad to put them in the house if I were notified.

I cannot keep them in the house 24 hours a day just in case a delivery driver is afraid of them. Neither dog bites but I understand the concern.

Just send a text or honk the horn - something - UPS etc doesnt seem to have a problem and most Amazon drivers dont either. With Christmas coming up I would like to get a driver who will

Hannaford Supermarket - Shady brook farms rotted and diseased turkeys

I as well as many other is purchased Shadybrook from turkey from Hannaford supermarket in Lewiston Maine. These turkeys seem to be obviously a second class of turkeys.

Now granted they were selling them for $.39 a pound, which is normally a great deal.

Unfortunately these turkeys were borderline disgusting. The one that I purchased had black stains throughout the skin along the breast and legs. I had to cut off part of the skin and a slice of the breast itself in order to cook it.

I normally wouldve thrown it in the garbage but on Thanksgiving morning when you have guests coming, theres nowhere else to buy a new turkey

So I was curious about it and I posted on the Facebook page Lewiston rocks and asked if anybody else have an issue.

To my surprise, people came back, saying that they had turkeys with black spots on them. One person had tumors on the turkey which I have a picture of.

This is unacceptable as well as disgusting as for other products. Many people came back, including myself and found that all of the fresh potatoes that were just harvested here in Maine a large portion of a rotted you cut them open in their black and nasty inside carrots that are soft and mushy Well within the date of expiration. *** I bought them the day before Thanksgiving and they were thrown away luckily I had canned vegetables to replace them.

There was a very large group of people in Lewiston that will not be buying Shadybrook Farms turkeys anymore. In my opinion. I will certainly be buying my Christmas dinner at a different grocery store because you buy a dinner 2 to 3 days before Thanksgiving, and the turkey is bad. The potatoes are bad and the carrots are bad then theres a problem.

I have been shopping at Hannaford for nearly 5 years in the same location and in the last six months to a year, I have noticed a complete decline in the quality of their fresh meats their lack of products or products that they sell that are very good that just disappear and they do not sell them anymore. Their prices are ridiculously high on items. I know that everybody claims price gouging on the corporations, but I believe Hannaford is gouging us just as much as the manufacturers of this food. I also understand that yes they probably wanted to give people a good deal on turkeys to draw them in so that they could spend extra money on all the other stuff that they were selling But turkeys that are covered in black spots and tumors are not very appetizing and rather embarrassing to your guests. Which means now half of my grocery shopping is done at Walmart.

Its a shame that I have to write a review like this, but after my post on Facebook and 100s of people that viewed and liked it, I feel that I must let you know that youve made a lot of people in Lewiston and probably everywhere else wherever you sold these turkeys and second class vegetables Quite angry.

I didnt keep my receipt because I made the mistake of trusting the quality of their products. But. Im sure it could be found if me card was looked up for verification.

This is a public service announcement . Im not trying to get anything for free. Buyer beware

User's recommendation: I recommendation for future customers would be buyer. Beware you find a product you think is good and they stop selling it. You buy a gallon of milk for $3.39 one day go back two days later and it’s $4.09 price changed all the time and as a hint whenever there’s a sign on this shelf that says wow for weeks and that’s the price that’s an indication that in a couple of weeks the price is drastically going higher

GetGo - Bad customer service

I was just in there the Sunday after Thanksgiving around 10:30 AM. This older lady was very rude to this gentleman that looked to be about 95 years old.

The line was backed up all the way to the freezers and she he tried to pay for his coffee so he didnt have to wait in line he could barely stand up. She wouldnt take his money and rudely looked at him and said you have to stand in line like everyone else And it really upset him so I let him go ahead of me to take care of his coffee and the other lady helped us while she was helping another person on the other side. I was telling the young lady what it happened and I didnt say one wrong word about that lady And she came over there and told me I heard what youre saying about me and I said maam I did not say a word about you. I was just telling her the situation about the older man trying to pay for his coffee and then she proceeded to tell me that I was no longer allowed to come in that store Ever again I was barred from that store.

Ive been coming in before it was even get-go. Ive been coming in there for decades. My husband and I both have spent a lot of money at GetGo gas station all the rest. The employees are very kind and nice.

I have never run into a person like this at that particular get-go like I said everyone there is real professional and very nice , and she said she was a team leader and now after coming in there for decades, Im not allowed to come in because I was telling the other lady about the older gentleman that tried to pay for his coffee.

Id like someone to call me back, please. Im really upset .

I received this email, but no refund. After multiple calls, I'm being told it was misinformation/false promise. How is that okay? Why would one agent say something's done when it isn't and once pointed out, why is it that the supervisors don't care to do anything about it?

WItems not picked up your mistake to begin with and no one has sent for these packages I did NOT order. As it stands , after countless emails, numerous phone calls , the only response I received was a no-reply e-mail telling me UPS had sent return labels by e-mail.

Nope! Never happened. Emailed again, again the same response and the same missing UPS return label email! Finally called ( again) and after two tries FINALLY got a human being.

This took a ridiculous amount of time. He looks finds no labels sent by UPS. Then he looks for the order, and its just completely gone, like it never existed. Since they can find no order, they can issue no labels.He even asked me what was in the 3 packages?

I said that I had no damn idea, since it was NOT my order in the first place and they had remained unopened in the condition they arrived in, I had not touched them except to get them off my porch. At this point, he says no order means no labels, so just KEEP them. To this I agreed. Havent opened them yet ( Merry Christmas to me?

Maybe?) because my husband doesnt trust Amazon to change its mind and charge us. That would be hard, I removed that card by cancelling it, disputing the $696 charge to my account for an order I never placed. I believe this was an internal snafu, because WHY would a hacker ship it to my address ? No, someone internally messed up and somehow accessed my account and Amazon wont admit it.

Seems internal mistakes as bad as hackers stealing from you. The hassle was just the same, and thats the truth. Watch leaving your cards, particularly your Prime cards on file is my advise. I will never do so again.

This has happened twice now, that my account, card , and credit was compromised and Amazon, a trillion dollar company should do better to protect our accounts.

Thats all! ( now Im opening my surprise door prizes:).

Upon initial review of all the channels available in the basic deluxe plan, it outlines all the sports channels. It gives the deceptiveness that all these channels are included in their original baseline price.

They ARE NOT. However, reading through the bottom line of extra fees, it says its a $12-$15 additional charge. What is deceptive about this, it does not break out what channels are included in the regional sports network that were paying for as an additional fee. To me, thats very deceitful.

Unlike YouTube, it tells you specifically what channel you are paying for in your package. If you want additional channels, they break them out as to what additional channels are available.

Thats not deceitful. Well be leaving fubo for YouTube TV.

Driver did not deliver my food which let me and my son without anything to eat that night so Im very dissatisfied dealing with Cousins mobile app. call right away and talk to the store manager of the store in Midtown in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The manager said that the delivery driver picked up the order and that problem was through Uber Eats. I could not get in contact with Uber Eats.

This was a very stressful process. I still did not get any food which I paid for very very dissatisfied customer.

The Honey Baked Ham - Useless

I never spoke to anyone. I was supposed to receive a call back but never did.

I would like to express my disappointment with Honey Baked Ham. I ordered and prepaid for a 11-11.99 ham Nov. 7th. I was scheduled to pick it up at 11:30 on Nov.

27th. I got there 15 minutes early and waited in line. There were two lines. One for prepaid customers and one for walk ins.

When I get to the counter to get my ham I was told they didnt have the size I ordered and was given a smaller size. Whats the point in ordering ahead of time and prepaying if you are not going to get the size you ordered? If I had just showed up could I have gotten the size I needed? Most definitely because as I was standing in line waiting for my turn there were several walking customers getting hams the size I ordered and even larger.

I explained to the cashier I would prefer to go up in size not down and she got her manager to come talk to me. The manager tells me that they didnt have a larger size they were out.

I could see hams that were bigger than the one they gave me on the shelves behind the registers. I am a pissed customer and I would like someone to explain to me why I should prepay and ordering in advance if I am not going to get what I ordered?

Burner - App Constantly Messes Up!!!

I paid for a one month subscription two times now and both times the app quit working customer support sucks. I paid for this at 3 months ago as I bought the $9.99 for one month and three phone numbers at quit working after a week customer support said it was on there and as to why it wasn't working and it only took them two and a half weeks to get it fixed.

The company would not issue me a refund even though they said they would and I never received the refund. Today is November 30th 2024 I bought the app again on November 25th and the app is not working again as of November 30th. I lost every message and phone number I had stored on this app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still does not work!

I paid $9.99 for the one month three phone number plan and I am more than willing to bet that I will be screwed out of this money just like I was 3 months ago!! The app is good when it works but the two times I've paid for it only lasted maybe a week before it quit working! If you buy this app do not expect a refund even though they say they'll give you one!!

This company even fought with my bank about the refund because I used my debit card and they still refuse to give my refund even with my bank being involved!! All in all this app and customer service sucks!!

We have been getting our holiday pictures done at JC Penney portrait studios for more than 10 years. The experience we had at the studio at Danbury Fair Mall, CT yesterday was horrible.

First, our appointment was for 11:00am. They are never on time, so I wasnt surprised when we didnt get in at that time. I think they dont have enough people in to deal with the rush. I asked about 11:45 how much longer it would be.

I was told we were up next. I then watched while another customer went in before us. I complained to the manager who didnt apologize and just said to give it a few minutes. At 12:15 we finally got in.

There were two photographers in that room, one clearly learning on the job. Neither of them spoke English as their primary language. It was so difficult to understand what they wanted. I told them what I wanted and they proceeded to take the pictures.

After they were done, we had to wait for them to be uploaded so we could look at them and order. About 1:45 they were finally done. I went and looked and they clearly didnt listen to what I asked for, or just couldnt understand me. There were several pictures I wanted done, that I know they took, but were not in the digital album.

I was told they deleted them because they were not good. They looked at every picture after it was taken, if they were not good, they should have retaken them at that time. I was so frustrated by the end, that I just bought a digital album so I could edit the pictures myself and get what I wanted. I will never go back there again.

I get people have to learn on a new job, but I think doing it on Black Friday is stupid with the amount of people who were there. I also think that having two people who do not speak English working with a family that does not speak Spanish is a serious problem. I have gone to JC Penney because we had one close to us, now we have to drive an hour to another state to get them done. We have to wait for over an hour to get in, then wait another 1.5 hours to see the prints and then have to spend $80 on the digital album because they had to be significantly edited by me is completely wrong.

Im not sure what I will do for next Christmas. There is another JC Penney a little over an hour away.

I may try them, or spend the money to get them done privately. This should not have happened.

Mike Thompsons Rv - BAD experience

Purchased a new 2023 Tiffin Wayfarer from Mike Thompson RV. Came down from Washington state.

Had it inspected prior and thats a whole different review(not good). I was in a bit of a time crunch but had time for a thorough walkthrough. Felt rushed with the walkthrough. Went through the RV completely when I got home.

The fact that they let a brand new unit off the lot like this speaks volumes about this dealer.

1. First time I ran the Generator had a puddle of diesel fuel underneath.

2. Tables were delaminated ( they said they would take care of it but when I called they told me to contact the manufacturer)

3. All the window seals were leaking ALL!!!

4.

Rain gutter not connected.

5. Awning lights burnt out

6. Bathroom mirror light not working

7. Water pump not working properly plus numerous leaks in the water system.

Plus another 30 plus issues.

Recommend 1. A different dealer. 2. When you hire an independent inspector vet them thoroughly and be there when they inspect if possible.

Dont use Mike Thompson.

Again the fact that they let a brand new unit off their lot like this is mind boggling. I know I bear some of the responsibility but they should do better by their customers.

I ended up driving down to Tiffin in Red Bay Alabama to fix the numerous problems (they are amazing). Shame on Mike Thompson.

Review for Norse Airlines: I recently traveled with Norse Airlines, and my experience was disappointing. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill, but the real issue arose when my baggage went missing for the entire duration of my trip.

The lack of communication from the airline was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates on my baggage, I received little to no response. It felt like I was left in the dark, unsure of what was happening with my belongings. The stress of traveling without my essentials was overwhelming, and the airline's customer service did nothing to alleviate my concerns.

To make matters worse, when I finally submitted a claim for the items I had to purchase due to the baggage delay, I was met with resistance. Not only was my claim poorly handled, but I was also denied reimbursement for several necessary items. The reasoning provided was vague and unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Overall, my experience with Norse Airlines was frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I would not recommend this airline if you're looking for reliable service and support.

It's disappointing to see such a lack of care for their passengers. Save yourself the trouble and consider other airlines that prioritize customer service and accountability.

Instagram - I couldn’t get help

I was given this email on a way to reach at least someone as I am desperately trying to figure out my situation. I deactivated my instagram account because I needed a break.

And I know I DEACTIVATED it because I chose the I need a break option and signed into instagram for verification. It told me to reactivate all I had to do was sign back in. The next day I decided that I needed back into my acc but and I signed in but the app told me there was no acc with that username. Freaking out I google searched and it told me yo wait at least 24hrs to be able to get back in.

This is not the website for Instagram. Someone who does not work for Instagram will probably come along shortly and tell you they know of an expert who can help you get back in.

Just know there are people all over this site, advertising the services of different "experts" who don't even work for the company.

This is often a scam and you will be asked for money. My recommendation is keep trying to reach Instagram and don't engage with strangers seeking to get your money.

I bought a bed from Wayfair and paid for my Allstate protection plan. A few weeks after, my home and belongings were destroyed by Hurricane Milton.

I tried to get the bed replaced. They sent me an email stating that I would need to send before/after photos, serial numbers, etc. But who takes before photos of a bed? Who climbs through a destroyed home to take photos and retrieve serial numbers along with other demands?

The bed only cost $160 and I paid an extra $30 for an insurance plan that won't compensate me. They have all the details. It's just another way to avoid payment obligations. I lost everything and can't even get a bed replaced?

I will never purchase a plan again and I plan on telling as many people as I possibly can that Allstate lacks compassion for the customers who give them their hard-earned money.

Losing everything is heartbreaking enough, but having to jump through bureaucratic hoops is downright evil. I hope all involved receive exactly the karma they deserve.

Banned me for duplicate accounts after their system failed to work for over a week. They said to make fresh account since couldn't resolve the technical issue on their end.

I did so and was banned shortly after even after emailing them the screenshots of their own support requesting I make the 2nd account. They banned me and took the money I had in my account which was significant. They also banned my wife and several friends for literally no reason at a similar time. They will not pay out.

Oh and they charged my card 5 times AFTERA MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED! *** Cypress is a breeding ground for pathetic degenerates clearly.

Carvana - Urgent: Ongoing Issues with Vehicle Return and Refund Process

I am sorry to message here, but I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone about our return and refund check with the treasury.

Dear Carvana Support Team,

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding our recent experience since purchasing a Toyota Sienna from Carvana in Fort Worth on November 19.

The day after the purchase, we had the vehicle inspected at a Toyota dealership due to it being a used vehicle. We were informed via text and report that the vehicle had sustained a serious impact to the undercarriage. It was noted that one impact had poked *** in the floorboard and another bolt had penetrated a thick section of the frame, raising significant safety concerns for our family.

We promptly contacted Carvana to initiate a return within the seven-day period, and we returned the vehicle on November 22 at 9 AM. We requested documentation of the return for our bank and were assured that the check would be mailed to us overnight once received. However, when we inquired later, we learned the check had not been sent out.

Despite multiple calls to your support team, where we were told tickets had been opened and our case was upgraded to critical, we continue to receive no updates on the status of the check. Our bank has also reached out, on the phone for 40 minutes, but Carvana has not provided them with any information, instead telling them that even with my permission they could not speak to our financial provider, Navy Federal Credit Union.

It has now been a week since we returned the vehicle, and we are now having to incur additional expenses to rent a vehicle due to the delay. Our bank is unable to reissue a check for a new vehicle purchase as long as the original loan remains open and we are still responsible for our first loan payment on December 15th as it is still a live check for an open loan.

We are unfortunately frustrated by the inconsistent information we receive with each call, and we cannot get a tracking number or any definitive answers regarding the whereabouts of our refund check so we can move forward with another family vehicle purchase.

We urgently ask for assistance and a resolution to this matter. It is vital that we receive the tracking information for the check or that it be issued so we can proceed with our purchase of another vehicle. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue.

  • Do not complete their phone inspection and their customer service tells you one thing and does not follow up and you have to talk too many different individuals and continue to contact them because they never follow up with you

Preferred solution: I have returned my vehicle within the seven day return policy and would like my check as soon as possible because I cannot get a new check to purchase a new vehicle until my bank has the previously issued check in hand from Carvana

This has got to be "The Laugh of the Day"!!!! You send your money off to buy some USED CAR you NEVER test driven; NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER felt the transmission shift; NEVER checked proper operation of all accessories; NEVER checked how the brakes worked or sounded; NEVER checked the tires; NEVER checked all the glass; NEVER checked the interior for damage, stains, stench or bugs.

You send off your money to buy a "PIG IN A POKE" and AFTER you are on the hook for this purchase and/or the return fee, you have it "inspected". Better yet, you take it to a dealer where you are GUARANTEED price gouging instead of an independent shop.

This is a great story and the BEST LAUGH I've had all week! Maybe you should get into show business with your comedy act!
