As a Sky tv customer who show your channel 519 in the UK you keep interrupting this news channel for 24 hours to several days over the last 6-8 weeks I have noticed this occurring 3-4 times recently for several days. What is the problem with your service is it some sort of connection problem technical transmission issues or something else please advise because as a news channel customer via Sky UK I dont have any other issues with other news channels.

This has been recent. I do enjoy your broadcasts especially Asian news as a British Asian with some superb presenters its a shame I have to complain about lack of service & interrupted broadcasts.

I now await an early prompt reply and what is being done to rectify this as Sky claim its not their fault.

Crown Royal - Facebook add scam

There is an ad on Facebook to win a free bottle of Royal Crown blackberry by E Sale Emporium It says click on this and I did and it asked me for a couple questions answered them picked a couple of boxes and I want a free bottle only this bottle is not free. They charge you 995 for shipping and after youve received the bottle several days later they tell you its a trial.

And then they bill you 79.95 on top of the 9.95. Theyve already charged You. I had to call right away and cancel everything because then it tells you youve got a membership that you dont want.

Dont think that royal Crown would want their name involved in a scam like this. And now Im pissed and I really think I deserve a free bottle because I got caught up in a scam representing royal crown.

AAMCO - 3 Transmissions in 1 truck!

I've been taking my Truck to aamaco in Evansville IN, and it has been the WORST mistake I've ever made! Its been less then 2 years and I'm on my 3rd Transmission on my Chevy Silverado!

Mind you this is a truck I barely drive! So I shouldn't have many problems occur! I was informed that 2 different guys installed the first 2 Transmissions, Cause at first I thought user error, Now I'm thinking it's The manufacturer themselves, the actual rebuilt Transmissions from this company! I am by FARRRRR fed up!

There's Literally NO way I should half to go through 3 TRANSMISSIONS! 3!!!???!!! I can't even love my truck like I want too because of this, and am eventually gonna half to trade it in! Because of this issue.

I wanted to keep this Vehicle and pay it off but NOOOOO! So Thankyou so so much Aamaco for your *** Transmissions!

I had £14.67 worth of points on my nectar card, but when charged for one of my shops I was left with £1.02 worth. When I checked my bank statement however, I was charged the full amount of £14.67 for my shopping.

Yet, I checked at customer services with Anna at Hitchin Sainsbury's, and she said there was £13.65 missing from my points and that I was to get in touch with nectar to rectify this. Since then, I have lost my nectar card so I cannot retrieve my nectar card number.

But I have applied for a new one which arrived next week. Please could you let me know where my points have gone so I can potentially retrieve my points.

I called this morning Verizon to inquire about the $62 per line 55 and over plan for unlimited text and data. I was told there is no offer offer although I can see it on the Internet and was able to pull it up.

I have been a customer with Verizon for over 25 years and the customer representative told me on the phone why would I not give you this deal if it was a deal. That was not a question I could answer because that is what I am asking why cant I get that deal if it is posted as a deal The rate went up five dollars a month without any warning The service is slow my calls drop my texts sometimes do not reach the intended people until hours later

Bought 2 sets of Michelins from them, one for my elderly moms car after a blowout she had, and a new set for my 14,000 mile 2014 Challenger R/T. Paid for them and spoke to them about installation on my car at a later date because the weather was not cooperating and I don't drive the car in the rain.

It's literally brand new condition under the hood and all. They agreed and I told them I could come back whenever they were not busy and convenient for both of us. So...a week or 2 later the weather was going to be clear and I called them to schedule. They said bring it in tomorrow, so I took the morning off work.

They had them on in an hour or so and the Manager Brandon Hesse brought the car around front when I was outside. We talked for a few minutes about cars and his Youtube channel he does NOT have (Lie # 1) as I noticed how filthy the tires were but no problem I will wash them up over the coming weekend. I left and took the car back to my garage and parked it until the weekend came. That Sunday I pulled the car out and decided its time to wash, as I'm cleaning I noticed they scratched my rims removing the wheel weight on not just 1, BUT ALL 4 OF MY $5000 RIMS !!

Now I should have known not to trust them but I have been a long time customer and only went to them for all my vehicles ( I currently own 4 ).

Went back to the store that following week and spoke to Gerry the person I purchased them from. I showed him where the techs scratched all 4 rims removing the wheel weights, but where not smart enough to stop after damaging the first one! Not only did they scrape the crap out of the paint and aluminum but also left behind the adhesive from the factory as evidence. He said to me "I knew this was going to happen".

Then tells me well you know they can be hard to remove. I explained to Gerry he had "the wrong guy" and I'm not that stupid. He says come in and I'll write down your number for Brandon to call you. Week goes by no call.

I stop in and no Manager so I ask Gerry what they are doing about this, he tells me to email him my VIN and insures me they will replace the wheels. I explained to Gerry I am not one to be fooled and I WILL hire an attorney and sue them for the replacements. He became stand-offish and says no need to go there, Belle Tire has broad shoulders and will make it right. I told him I hope so or I will hold true on my promise, and I don't care if it costs me more in attorney fees than its worth, to me its principle.

Today I get a call from the customer service rep stating Belle Tire will not replace the wheels as promised. They want me to take them and have them fixed with spray paint.

DO NOT go to Belle Tire in Rossford on US 20 unless you want your car DAMAGED by a so-called professional company!!!

As a business, we realized that companies had received unfair distribution of the "Best of Houzz 2024" awards, that negatively affected us, due to perceived discrimination that favored big chain companies and minority-owned companies, and disfavored (harmed) white-owned and white-woman-owned companies.

We had received well over a dozen 5-star reviews during the 2024 grading period (and 0 less than 5 star), we had more photo albums, yet Houzz had given Best of Houzz awards to either big-chain companies or minority-owned companies that had received 0 reviews or only 1 review during the 2024 grading period, had less photo albums, etc.

In one instance, Houzz.com awarded Best of Houzz award to a company that was doing work improperly not to code, and illegally (this company did not have a license to do bath remodeling, yet was illegally doing bath remodeling, a misdemeanor in our state). This company also had only 1 review during this grading period.

When we explained this to Houzz.com and showed them the photos of this unlicensed company's work and also showed them proof of the company not having a HIC or BLD license (only a painting license), no action was taken, and the company's profile is still up, still with the 2024 award, and 0 mention of the fact they are doing unlicensed, illegal work.

We suspect in our opinion, based on the evidence and pattern, that this unfair pattern of differing treatment may likely be based on racial discrimination towards traditional white-owned companies, including white-woman-owned companies, while favoring big chain companies and minority companies.

When we brought this information up to Houzz, insteads of addressing the problem or criminal actions, they- in perceived retaliation - removed over 60 of our reviews, (over half), WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OUR EMAIL to Houzz, despite many of our removed reviews having been up for years with no problem at all. They "claimed"- without evidence shown- that these reviews were not genuine.

Their "solution" was asking us to provide proof that the reviewers in question were real... Yet they deleted the reviews before I could screenshot the names of each reviewer, essentially making their request impossible.

User's recommendation: If you are a white-owned or white-woman-owned business, I strongly recommend not buying Houzz Pro. We bought it, and in our sincere opinion it appears very obvious that we were first treated unfairly and unequally (which appears to be discrimination), and then retaliated against brutally with sudden claims.

Viking Cruises - Viking Air Fiasco

We booked our voyage and Viking Air (VA) in September 2023 and upgraded to business class on 12-10-2023. We discovered one week before the cruise (03-13-2024) that VA had not issued tickets.

After 14 hours on the phone, we felt the issue was resolved. Stupid Us. At each boarding en route and returning, We spent time with gate agents who told us that there was a problem with our tickets. Upon return after the voyage, we issued a formal complaint with Viking.

The result? An offer of $500 after many hours of stress and $12,096 spent with VA for air travel alone. Caveat Emptor. And.

customer service? Patronizing and insulting.

Company is fine as long has you dont have any issues but if you do they have to be the worst company i've ever dealt with. I purchased $150 worth of Madden 24 points on 3/17/24 but i never got them instead i got an error message saying "there was an error processing you order, your order is still processing you in game store will be temporarily disabled until it finished processing, dont worry you will recieve you points".

My in game store was disabled for about 10minutes then it was working again. I even tried to purchase another $5 worth of mut points thinking it may push my other transaction thru- it did not. I never got the points and my PSN wallet funds were gone, now 8 days later nothing is resolved. I sent EA Help everything they needed (proof of purchase, psn ID screenshots, games and service menus ect) when i created the ticket.

I really thought this would be an easy process however its been a nightmare- EA COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR STEALING MONEY FROM THEM. Not only do they not help me i keep getting emails every day from a different representative asking for the same the same questions or for the same information i've already provided to them. Right now there are over 10 duplicated attachments on my case at EA help website. I understand glitches happen but to do nothing about it is simply disgusting.

They litterally stole $150 dollars from me, i do not understand how a publically traded business can get away with such despicable behavior. If someone steals money from you on the street and cop sees them they would be arrested but EA can steal money from people without recourse. Something has to be done about this i can only file a fraud claim with the BBB i cannot do a chargeback because i bought prepaid digital cards on Amazon then redeemed them to my psn wallet.

I've been a loyal EA Madden customer since i was in highschool (over 25 years ago) i've lost complete respect for the company and sadly will have to boycott their games going forwards. I still cant believe they would not only steal the money but then taunt and insult me via these emails asking me to send the same information to them over and over again.

Husband made incorrect Hampton hotel non-refundable hotel reservations for 3 nights.

Total 366 dollars.

I noticed a few days prior and contacted Hampton. Spoke with reservations and changed the dates.

Then was transferred to the non-refundable desk and was told this.

Changing the reservations did not release me from the incorrect dates and I had a 3-day window plus a fee and could get a 2 night refund after booking one night in the future.

The first person was not familiar with the policy, happily took my reservation, then sends me to the advance purchase desk.

Also, you can only take advantage of the fee certain dates before the stay.

I tried to take advantage of the change fee knowing there was a window of opportunity but was put on hold, disconnected and given a recording to try later.

Policy seems complicated. We ended staying in The Hampton and paid for the 3 nights.

I did not want a refund only a change in dates.

Anyway, not sure how this is a good customer policy.

I was supposed to receive a shipment on 3/22/24 from Nordstrom (order shoes from Roosevelt field) USPS stated on the tracking that they delivered it at my mailbox but no package was found. I contacted customer service, they stated to wait until Monday 3/25/24 to see if the package arrives because sometimes USPS will marked as delivered and the package wont show up until a day or so.

I did just that and still nothing. I called back customer service to let them know and the rep told me someone from financial services would contact me. No one did so I called today 3/28/24 to follow up. The rep sent a message to financial services and I received an email basically stating they wouldnt be issuing me a refund and they understand how frustrating it is and I should file a police report!

So it was ok for me to dish out $952.66 to your corporation for the item that I didnt receive to then be told file a police report! So I asked why didnt they issue a signed signature? The financial services rep stated that its not apart of their policy to do. This is the second time this happened to me as far as not receiving my package.

First time the store salesman sent it to the wrong address. This time it was the right address but the package still was not delivered! I am truly frustrated to be out of so much money and not have any other options to receive a replacement!

I was hoping to receive my refund and purchase it in store from another location near me. Not only will I be filing the police report but I definitely feel like I need to bring this to small claims court.

Was booked for 3 nights in this property, did not realize there was no hot water until the evening, we werent allowed to check in until 4:00pm, it was cold in the building, the thermostat was set on cool but it was cold outside, so no heat, no extra blankets. Stayed the night and realized there was no hot water at 8:00 the next morning when trying to take a shower.

Texted the host twice to see if the issue would be resolved, he said he would have someone check, but than never heard back until I called VRBO who got a hold of him, was told he would give 50% refund for nights stayed and 100% refund for night not staying, we had nowhere to go the 2nd night by the time I was able to talk to him, so had to stay in the cold building then left the next morning, I have not heard from him about the refund or any other communication, I was told he knew of the issue before we even arrived by someone else who had stayed the week prior to our visit and it was never communicated to me.

I think we should get a full refund due to the inconvenience and lack of communication with the host. Also the property had only 1 towel per person for 3 days, 3 cooking pans, no can opener, no regular coffee, and very noisy between busy car traffic, airplane noise, and trolley car noise.

Google play card dont work

Yeah first off I work had for MY MONEY you *** So my wife went to get a $25 Google Card to put on her phone to play one of her games she loves. Now all of a sudden she can't use it because something is wrong on your guys end.

Now you guys don't want to give her back the money. She sent everything she needed to, a picture of the receipt and where we got it from.

Google is a cheat, fraud, & money hungry business that steals from its customers. Since I know this is true I know we won't get our money back so screw you Google I'm putting this on Social media, so everyone knows not to trust you or buy your product, you're *** thieves.

Iberia Express - BOARDING ISSUE

I have flown frequently with Iberian express recently as my daughter is on a placement in Spain. The experiences have generally been good until the last trip.

On 24th March my daughter and I flew from Madrid to Dublin on the 440pm flight.

We were one of the first to board and I placed my daughters hand luggage in the overhead locker above our seat. The overhead locker was empty at the time. I was immediately told by one of the flight attendants to remove it and place it below her seat. It was too big to fit below the seat but she insisted.

Over the next 15 minutes we sat and watched a dozen or more passengers place their bags of all shapes and sizes in the same locker without challenge.

We had a very uncomfortable 3 hour flight. The bag also posed a safety hazard as it would not fit under the seat although it was within the size restrictions. I have two questions

1. The planes have always had the same capacity as have the lockers.

Why is there now a growing trend of having to put hand luggage in the hold or under the seat?

2. What is the Iberian Express policy on who gets priority to store bags in the lockers?

Allsups - Ongoing trash problem

Since 2018 we worked with the store managers about the trash problem around the store. Well now that management has changed a few times they just ignore my request to help control the probkem.

It makes my property and surrounding area look bad, trashy, and degrading. I dont want to live my life cleaning my property of trash. I talked to the afternoon manager on 3 27 and she was rude while trying to resolve the issue. People describe Hermleigh as a trashy little town.

People dont have any standard from what i can see. Im not here to cause problems but im not here to be pushed aside either. There is an ordinance about a place of business to control the debris from flying all over the area. I know a little trash here and there is to be expected but not keeping up the area is totally uncalled for.

But disrespect will not be tolerated with either when dealing with personnel. The empty lot next to me is full of trash, it looks horrible.

I called , was on hold for over 20 minutes. once I noticed my card was charged and received an e-mail.

I called to let know I did not authorize the transaction . She shared there was four hours of use so therefore could not give me a refund.i was upset my card was charged. And had a card on file. I asked for a supervisor .

She said they will tell me the same thing.

She Why was rude, hard to understand and hung up on me.

I had to call back to try to resolve and get my card off file.

When I canceled months ago I had a great experience . This was very upsetting..I will never recommend Sling ever again.

Me and my husband searched for a reputable Cane Corso breeder and I met Kim through my brother in law's ex girl friend as their kennel came highly recommended.

After talking with Kim and Lee, they were very knowledgeable about the breed and answered all my questions. I told them I wanted to raise my own Corsos and they were sure to make sure I studied the breed as this breed is not an easy breed to raise.

They are not for first time owners.

It was then that they made sure that the right puppy fit our expectations for our family and what I mean by expectations is whether you want a high energy Corso or a low energy Corso or do you want a Corso just to guard out in the yard or a family Corso. Each dog has their own personality.

Lee called us up and said he had 2 to choose from and we made a trip to SC to pick up Benelli.

Here we are a year later and Benelli is by far the most amazing dog we have ever owned. She weighs in at 125 lbs and is solid dog.

She has no health problems genetically and is intelligent.

You cannot please everyone out there so do not let negative reviews take away from this kennel. Lee and Kim know their dogs and they have an amazing kennel and well raised dogs!

Didn't know that I needed to report for my renewal for EBT so once I went to gateway and I noticed that I needed to do it I was doing it but the system was not allowing me to answer the questions that I needed to answer but I sent and I spoke to the defax customer service and I let them know that I did do the periodical report but come to find out it wasn't completed so I went back in Monday and I completed the whole periodical report I also uploaded my award letter and as well as my son's award letter and the lady told me through a email that was sent to me that what size finish that periodic report and upload my proof of income that my stamps will be on my card well this has going on to be like almost 3 weeks I mean not 3 weeks 2 weeks and I still don't have my stamps on my card all I have on my card is 3 cents and I can't feed my boys with 3 cents thank you and I appreciate that I was able to call you all and now I can explain to you all what was going on thank you
