Walmart Family Mobile - Refuse to refund money.
Purchased phone thru promotion of $50 of if activated in store. Wanted same # was told couldn't do it but could call and have new # changed to old.
Called told could not do it if phone was already activated. Purchased cheaper brand activated myself got old #. Returned first phone next day. Refunded money for phone but not for plan they put on the phone.
Even asked if could just give me credit for plan to use next month. Give me excuse, provide solution give me different excuse. Asked to speak to supervisor told they were the supervisor.
Liars and thieves! I'm a senior no income.
What can I do?
Its like flushing my money down the toilet! Found Verizon owns it, explains a lot!

AltaFiber - Laying about their promo
When I first started the service, I was reassured over and over by many of their sales rep, over the phone and in store, that they can keep my promo rate as long as I call them before the promo expires. Well, that's a big fat lie!
I called a month prior to the promo expiration because I'm moving my services. While I was on the phone, the topic about my promo came up. I was told that they no longer offer the promo that I had (after only one year), and the best they could do is 40% more than what I have to pay now.
I am shocked by the lack of integrity and honesty this company has. Ending my service with zero hesitation!

NFL - Can't get customer service help and billed me after canceling
I wish it were possible to give less than one start, as NFL.com is horrible across many dimensions. We canceled this product last year as it did not meet any of our desires.
We could only watch a few games on our phones only (no casting).
The real problems came many months later when they charged my credit card out of the blue for $53.61. This could have been handled easily if you could talk to someone, but there is no phone number to call and any numbers you find online simply tell you to refer online. I finally emailed them, and someone responded with a general response to log into my account and deal with it there.
The problem is we have no account as it was canceled. We also have no receipt that they wanted because they billed out of nowhere with no receipt.

Gardner White Furniture - Sick of getting bombarded by ads from a place I'll never set foot in again
Is it just me or is this Rachel lady a bit full of herself? 99% of their ads just show her face with her lips flapping.
I thought this was a furniture store? Where is the furniture. Just got an ad in the mail and the whole front page is her face. Apparently, nobody ever told her to quit staring at herself in the mirror.
And her voice? OMG, annoying!!! Keep the commercials to the pros not the wanna be sofa *** She just has zero sincerity and acts more like a lying politician than a owner of a furniture store. Nobody's buying that fake perma grin smile.
As for the couch and loveseat you sold me they are P.O.S.!!!
You already had to replace the whole sofa a week after delivery and the 2nd one hurts my back so bad, I can't sit in it. These i had to get after you lied to me for 6 months about when my back ordered sectional would be in.
I will never buy from Gardner White again. Their furniture is absolute garbage and they lie through their teeth to get a sale.

I have purchased many Worx tools and I like them. However, I have an issue with one tool that's causing me a problem, so I need some warranty help.
I have tried on many occasions to call their phone numbers and usually, you just get immediately disconnected; other times it rings a couple of times and then you get disconnected. There's not even an ability to leave a message. I have not been able to reach anybody. I even tried their chat support and it says they are busy, and no one is available.
I always thought highly of Worx, but I don't know what's happening. This is poor customer service and at this point, I will not be purchasing any more Worx tools.
Preferred solution: A replacement tool.

Zara Home - Non response at store re refund
Returned item on Thursday October 10/24 at your Chinook
Centre location in Calgary.Salesclerk refused to give me paper copy of refund transaction, saying it would be emailed or texted.I am STILL waiting.Your stores apparently do not have phones to answer as I spent 12 minutes listening to awful Muzak.
I then tried calling your customer service number for online purchases hoping that a real person would actually answer the phone.
They did - only to shout at me, talk over me and then eventually drop the call.
This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had.
Perhaps, that is why you dont answer your phones.
Never again.

Cj Pony Parts - Not satisfied
I bought a brake booster for my 65 mustang six cylinder. This was one year and one month ago.
On my way to get my mechanic to put it on I was teeboned by an older lady. I know this sounds strange but it took a year and a month to have it fixed properly. Now its like new again. However when my mechanic went to put it on it was the wrong part.
I contacted piney and explained it to a very nice representative. I understand piney would not refund or give me store credit. Even after Ive spent thousands on their company. I even tried to give it back to them for nothing.
No go. I understand but then I dont.
lol. Anyway they have lost my business and my friends also.

I made a serious Gumtree ad about selling my property and poultry because my mother is sick dying of cancer.
People didn't take it seriously and sent me horrible messages but Gumtree didn't take it seriously and took down the ad when I changed it from pets to livestock.
So they gave me back something like $29 into my bank account but didn't put the ad back up and then I had to pay for another ad and call it a deceased estate just to be able to sell my own poultry before I can sell my property which is also true.
No I'm still getting harassed but I've also lost my Facebook account which was my Facebook poultry group because of bullying because of a couple of local sisters down the road in country Victoria Australia which is like gossip multiplied by 10 million to the point I've even had vegans reporting my farm to animal authorities so everyone seems to think my entire life is a joke which also includes my property and my mother having cancer and dying and I've tried to say that the Gumtree but they still don't get how disgusting that is which is not only discussing but horrible because every time you message Gumtree it's just like some robot but you can't even talk to someone and I can't even seem to find the actual phone number to talk to anyone at Gumtree Australia or anyone a Gumtree at all to make them realize it's actually happening and I've been bullied for about five months but I've always been opened about being gay and I've always been open about being HIV positive because I've been gay and HIV positive since was only 15 years old which I thought was kind of normal for a person like me who is *** and also 52 years old which is just stupid and also insulting because you're allowed to be gay and sell a property if you want and you're also allowed to be HIV positive without homophobic farmers and their sons sending you to horrible messages.
But I also have so-called adults older than me who are serious poultry people on Facebook poultry groups calling me a psychopath just because I'm standing up for my rights as in standing up my property and standing up my mother being sick so now I had to try and find a way to get my Facebook account back so I can get my poultry group back just to be able to sell my own farm and my own poultry.

I've seen other reviews where people have the same problem. So it's not me it's them and I'm sure eventually it'll give it to me again but when? How much more money needs to be spent? But I love them.

Econo Lodge - Realize Helene just when thru but howdid a hurricane dirty and damage the bathroom
Bathroom room fixtures are beyond repair need to be replaced. Unable to take a shower.
Understand recover from a hurricane can take time but some damage cannot be repaired
I believe staff has just taken over, but a lot of rooms I believe should have never been rented I wonder what would have happened in the Health Department had been called
Staff very pleasant would not have wanted to been in their position Certainly DID NOT leave chain name on very good position. I am surprised the motel was not shut down.
Saving grace I am originally from Jesup and still know a lot of residents of town. I will let a couple my thoughts. My suggestion is close motel or do immediate repair/replace.
I would bet health might shut them down I did notice there were team there inspecting and documenting damage. Lot of utility electrical repair units there.
Good location. Last line was not $92.00 a night worth.

Rocket Loans - Rocket Mortgage sucks and are a ripoff. They took money from money and cant account for the overshortgage amount i paid online to them, yet my mortgage monthly amount still increased. I talked with
I paid an over shortgage amount online to Rocket Mortgage due to the fact they had my home insurance higher than the premium is. After confirming the lesser home insurance, i spoke with Kim a manager who was rude as *** and had no knowledge of what she was talking about.
I paid $468 to the shortgage but insurance sent a $300 refunded regarding the over premium payment, so question is where is the $168 dollars paid into the shortgage that is now lowwr than $1168 to $865 premium?
But the still the monthly payment went up $14. I will be canceling this loan or not paying another dime on the loan.

I have been trying to get in touch with our local subway food store for 8 days now and I cant get anyone to pick up the phone, to the point of calling 56 times in a three hour span. I got a tuna foot log sandwich ($12.00) and the bread was so hard I could not eat it and it might of had one scoop of tuna on it, nor could I take the sandwich back to them do to I am currently not walking the greatest do to breaking both my legs and still not recovered completely from my fall, I had the sandwich picked up and delivered to me, I cant drive yet, so I could not bring it back to subway, I called them then for an hour with no one picking up the phone to answer it, so for the next 7 days I called and no one answering the phone.
The number I was calling is list on there website and I called information they all were the same number. I really would like my money back, 12 dollars is alot of money these days. Its just so dis hearting that so many companies just dont give a crap with who they higher and customer service. I was in the newspaper business for 30 years I know all about customers service.
With today economic short comings people are not spending money but when they do its a splurge and spending that much money on one sandwich is really outrageous but to get it not eatable, Im speechless. Thank you for you time Susan from Monmouth Illinois

Fox Nation - Problems signing up. Looks like I'll be double billed
All I wanted to do is to resign up with a new credit card. My last one was hacked and had to be replaced.
I was asked twice for my card number and now it looks like I'll be billed twice. When I tried resigning up it showed me a google account that I really hardly use and don't know the password for. I was signed up previously under sueandal911@***.com and had my foxnation password with that account. If I can't talk to anyone to straighten this out, I do not want to sign up for another year and you'll lose me as a subscriber.
Please don't bill me for the yearly plan.

Google - Complicated HELP! Hurricane victim
I am trying to tell you people the problem. Sorry your questions do not pertain to my needs.
I asked for a phone number which I cannot get to speak to anyone. What is the problem. Is this the service that Google provides for their customers.? if so, it is very sad.
I've had it for years and it's sad that a person cannot speak to a human being.
I have a problem that your questions do not address now if I am to be may I speak with a person human being by telephone not chat phone. This is ridiculous on this phone for so long victim of hurricane Helene and I can't get help with my email to get a password or renew one in order to continue on with help for my family.

Listen, I understand that Tampa and other places were hit hard, but the FishHawk area has two power stations on Boyette Road. There are a bunch of trucks sitting there empty, so what in God's name is happening?
All we are getting from your automated system is that our power outage is under investigation. So, what are you saying to me and others that live on FishHawk? That you don't know why it is that we have no power? This is ridiculous.
We pay our electrical bill on time. The least you could do is tell us what in the world is happening and when the power will be restored.

My husband ordered burger king in just eat aftwr a very stressfull day at work for himself and the kids...food was inedible was stone cold and there was fries missing too. Not only did the kids not eat until late, but he got so stressed it caused a row in the family.
This isnt the first time we have ordered things and it nit been right, this has happened againa and again and caused so much stress even though its supposed to be a treat of not cooking and for the kids.
This happenes repeatedly, for the prices we pay, this should be better the quality of service and the quality if food needs to be better , this is not fair and the customer service is not good enough. We expect a full refund plus compensation for this being a repeated issue and the stress caused

I asked for someone to contact me two days ago after our order was soggy (pizza) and undercooked (cinnamon buns), but no one got back to us. Now, we have all become very sick with stomach issues.
The one person who didn't eat because they had to fold the pizza in half just to eat it is not sick. The first person got sick the next morning after the order, then the other two of us last night. At this time, I am writing this to request, at the very least, our money back. All three of us are upset that we have had to miss work due to this and to not get contacted back at all after asking for someone to contact us is ridiculous.
We have also discovered that if you go to 'contact' on your website, you get, 'We are not taking any feedback at this time.' Really helpful, thanks.
Please get back to us ASAP about how you will be making this right. It is absolutely horrible that we can't call or even write an email to make this complaint without going through a third-party website.

DPD Local - No parcel no help
ordered some tools which I need for work. Usual 1 hour time slot.
Then at 10.30 the app didnt update. When at 6pm I started the chat now I was told it wasnt lost, but couldnt tell me where it was. Then tried calling, I do think knowing the definition of lost escaped the person I spoke to also. She advised me they cant contact the driver while driving, I offered her lots of footage of drivers on their phones delivering parcels I have captured on my ring doorbell.
She then explained that they can call the depot if there is a problem. Having one of their drivers swearing in Polish in one clip and various languages spoken in many others, perhaps the depot has moved, that would explain the poor delivery service having to cross the English Channel every day. Then she went on to explain my delivery would depend on how many parcels are on the van. I tried to explain I was delivery 27 and the driver delivered 26 at 10.30 which again I think she struggled the concept of time , especially the 7 hour gap between his last delivery and me being on the phone to her.
At that point she said that she could do nothing else to help, I asked that using the word else would imply that she had actually helped in some way? She hung up.
Usual DPD, usual parcel company but that god it wasnt Royal Mail.
It wouldnt be here for a month. Its not like I had anything better to do with my day and the delay in getting my tools will have a knock on effect to my weekend.

My concern regarding this matter is that I ordered a cell phone from one of Lazada's sellers named PDP.23 store last September 23-24, 2024, and it was delivered on September 28, 2024, at around 8-9 pm.
I was very excited to open the box and check the item (Samsung S23 Ultra), but it was not working well. It kept on loading and hanging, and it was very slow. In short, it was defective. Right there and then, I decided to pack it in its original box and immediately submit a return/refund process. Everything went well as I received notification that the return request was processed. I then waited for the seller to review the case and for my refund to be processed to my Lazada wallet. By the way, the cell phone is worth 3,630 pesos. I diligently checked my Lazada wallet daily for the refund. After a few days, when the refund still hadn't arrived, I checked on the status and found out that my return request had been closed! This led to my dismay and I questioned what happened. I called Lazada's hotline number and was told that they could not change the refund process since it was already closed. So, what should I do now?
I only earn 400 pesos a day; it was hard-earned money. I cannot afford to buy an expensive cell phone, so I just chose a cheaper one that I could afford. Please help me with this. I even tried to reach out to the seller, but they don't seem to care. I just want my money back or just want the cell phone replaced with a new one if they don't want to return my money. Please help ASAP. You can contact me any time or SMS is fine. I just want my money back or to change my cell phone. Thank you!

Was charged twice went down to the store to get my money back and now theyre telling me I have to wait three days before I can come back and get my money back. And its been two days.
I wish they wouldve answered their phones so I could find this out instead of wasting my gas now I have to turn around tomorrow and come back just to get my money back when Im already there makes no sense. .And if I have a problem to call corporate, but the problem is, you can't get a hold of anybody through corporate and you also cant leave messages because its saying message box full. They charge me twice and theyre not giving me my money back right then in there that I have to go through this whole process when it was their fault for charging me twice, poor service and this is the one in Victorville, California at the Walmart. It shows it on my debit card didnt post until yesterday which is Thursday.
I bought the food on Wednesday here it is Friday and theyre telling me. I still have to wait another day before they can give me my money back makes no sense.

Don’t go to this one.
