I waited 75 min on the phone and no one answered! Im pissed! I ordered all dark meat and it was not honored and their were things missing in my order. I am very upset.

Romwe - Issue with a refund and no way to talk or contact a live person
They canceled our order and then stamped our order as refunded but we have yet to get a refund. Its been 3 weeks. What is more concerning is there is no way to talk to or contact via email or text a live person. They send you to a robot that answers FAQ. Not helpful and very shady. I would not use this company again. Still havent received the other order we had to replace bc they canceled our first order.
