Tired of ordering marinara sauce and never getting it . This has happened at least 5 times called said they would credit me but I have to call in advance to get credit kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering was charged again for sauce none delivered called store asked what was gonna be done about it was told nothing done with dominoes out probably 20 bucks in sauce and tired of dealing with complete idiots do they even interview the *** they hire ?

I find it ridiculous that I filed taxes in March and here it is July and I am being told by the irs that they are done reviewing my return but it will not definitely be completely processed until August 20th. I would love someone at the irs to explain what takes 5 months to review and process if upon opening the envelope I sent them they only reviewed 1 line of my taxes per day it would not take this long.
In fact I have elementary school children in my home that I have shown how to fill out tax forms that could have processed this quicker. I probably could have dropped these forms off with the special Olympics and gotten an educated answer quicker as well.

My debit card was charged twice because they were having issues with their system. I went back that day to get a refund for the second charge.
I realized later that I was changed full price for yarn that should have been 50% off. I went back to return it but they said the computer showed it had already been refunded so the best they could do was a "no receipt" return for the lowest price of the yarn in the last two weeks, which was of course 50% off what I had been charged. I just left with $30 of ugly, unreturnable yarn.
Hassle free returns? This is the first time I've ever been denied a return with a receipt the day after I bought something.

We had dropped our passports and spent some time retracing our steps to find them. When we did, we were late in getting to our scheduled excursion provided by CruisesOnly.
I called CruisesOnly and chatted with a woman who was disinterested in our plight, and rudely informed me that our $300 excursion was lost, could not reschedule, go to a later event or refund our $$.
I had purchased trip insurance through ShoreExcursionsGroup/Toursales - and since we finally found our passports, they refused to honor the trip insurance. Two shady companies I would STAY FAR AWAY from.
