I went to make a reservation and was quoted $2500 and change but when I went to enter my card info the site said my card would be charged $3100 and change! First, I thought I was making a reservation, I never prepay hotels, second I was charged a diffrrent amount. When I called them and explained they said they would cancel it but there was a $1100/per room penalty. I had booked 2 rooms! This was not stated in the terms and conditions but my credit card company would not move forward because their representatives said I had agreed to the terms. Does it sound like I agreed to any terms? The business is being believed over n and I have no further recourse. I have to pay this money for nothing! This is fraud, deceptive, I could go on. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Terrible. Under complete reservation in small print is the amount ($1000) in fees added that is nowhere to be seen prior and tiny print that your card is to be charged and is nonrefundable! Seriously have never encountered anything this shady.

hello my name is lior from israel Transaction Code: 9PG711958****VE i sold a phone to a buyer from italy. hi claims to made the transfer by hsbc uk bank. the bank sent me a mail asking for the shipment recipt , i sent it as requered and got an email from you approving the transfer. instead of making the payment as promised ' i got another mail requesting from me to pay 850 ils in bitcoin because the buyer was over charged. first of all i want to verify that the bank is indeed holding my money 3700 ils. second , if so , thats ridicules to excpect a seller to pay before he got his money and the seller already got the goods. if that is not you email you mast know that someone is imposing your bank to commit fraud. i am asking for your immidiate response lior

Why are you posting here? You need to walk in or phone the bank to verify your balance.

The bitcoin email is a scam and has nothing to do with HSBC.

The buyer probably already claimed fraud and your money isn’t there. If that is the case the buyer is the only one that owes you a refund.

DoorDash is nothing but a scam of a business. They are thieves. I ordered food from a restaurant. The instructions are very clear. Call or message me when you arrive and I will meet you downstairs in the lobby of the hotel where I live. I order from them everyday and never have I had a single issue with this process. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered food. I didnt receive a single call or text telling me that food arrived. After a while I go and check and it says food was delivered 20 minutes earlier. I call the driver like 10 times and message her to no avail. I then file a refund request on the basis that my order didnt arrive. Within seconds, my request is denied. I call customer service demanding an explanation. They dont even ask for the facts. Instead, they lie and tell me that my matter is being escalated and they will get back to me in an hour. Nothing but lies. Later that day I stroll down to the lobby and out of curiosity I ask the front desk if anyone brought food for my room. They then tell me that someone from a food delivery service earlier that day walked into the hotel and tossed food on the ground and left without giving any information about what room Im in and the order had no receipt or indication of what room it was for so they could call me. I will NEVER order from DoorDash again. My company also orders food worth hundreds of dollars each day. NO MORE. These people are crooks. Thieves. Plain and simple. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of food delivery services. Its a completely saturated business, which explains why they steal peoples money. The only difference is other businesses have better customer service resolution. Disgusting people. Filth of society.

Frontier Airlines - Just to cancel a flight!!

Frontier sent me a email informing that they changed my flight making it impossible to make a connection to Las Vegas. Simple to cancel for a refund on their email. Left no other option to get me there on time. Problem came with no way to cancel the other half of the flight. I spent hour's for day's chatting, on their app, every way possible through the steps as it instucts you to do with no resolution. Forget calling that's totally impossible!!! I have never been more pissed off at such incompetence in a so called company in my life. Never ever use Frontier Airlines. Should have listened to other people. Worst customer service ever!

Chilis - Never got my refund put back on my gift card as manager promised.

Went to the Rockford il chili's with my spouse . We ordered our food, ate I had 2 gift cards one with $17.28 and one with $50 so I paid $17.28 which left the balance of $21.51. Swiped the 2nd card it did not take the remaining amount. The waiter came over. Said he had to have the manager on duty finish the transaction. He came back with a receipt saying I paid $28.51 instead of $21.47. I spoke to the manager. He said the $17.28 was some other customers bill and said he refunded it to my card but did not give me a receipt showing the refund. He refused to give me a receipt showing a refund and told me the money will be refunded the next day. He also refused to give me his name. The money is still not on the card. I have the receipt for the 2nd transaction. I will never Eat at any Chili's ever again. This is very poor customers service and theft. I was Also charged for my chips and salsa I uses my free one.

Cheating people, refusing to answer messages to customer service. Rewards not showing up. Attacks on properties and heists proven to be fraudulent. I've been trying to contact customer service in regards to you about seven or eight issues since February the 10th and they are refusing to respond to me at all. Just in the last 4 days I have been cheated out of over 3,000 dice as well as millions of dollars and I pay real cash money to play this game so it's not like I'm a free player. But I have recorded gameplay that proves that they're cheating people out of their roles as the number of spaces that you move as opposed to the number on your dice roll is almost always different.

I need to speak directly to a eharmony representative regarding my time with this company. I believe since I joined 12/17/2023..I had 2 members to reach out to me, one member on the first conversation I knew wasn't my interest..the second person I felt a connection, but I know now the person is fraudulently out to get funds, the process of his lies and fake photos doesn't add up.. I explain this online in my email. This has been an eye opener for me., never thought I'd be the focus of a possible lifetime partner seeking me out to break my heart ,and trying to destroy my life, was told many times "I love you and don't want to loose you"..I have proof that this the truth concerning this matter. Ubereats - Unable to login. I have a new debit card. It won't let me add it. I can't verify my identity

Please contact Uber Eats on my behalf. I am unable to log in to use my account to order. I get the verification codes sent to my email. But, once I am back in it takes me to my debit card information. My debit card has since been changed. There is no option to add the new one. It takes me to my old cellphone phone number. There is no option to add the new one. It goes in circles. I am stuck. There is no way to log into my account. There is no option to create a new account. I contacted online tech support. I was told to find a friend with an UberEATS account. They can contact customer service on my behalf. Unfortunately, I am having trouble finding friends with an existing UberEATS account. Temu - Problem with my order

I was shipped an order that I did not order... actually I received 2 orders instead of the 1 I only ordered. & I spoke to a Temu representative yesterday & she was able to refund me some of the money for wrong items & I was allowed to keep the items without returning them to the company at my expense, but this 2nd order I received the lady representative said that Temu will refund me my money , but I have to return the products first at my expense. After thinking on it all day I am actually only half satisfied... it is gonna cost me between $7 & $9 to return ship the products back to Temu ... & my oder that was misplaced somehow is for $25 .so after paying for the shipping fee I will only be refunded 60% Of my money ... so I do not see why since the mistake was made by the Temu company that I can't just be refunded my money & the company can send a call tag from UPS to pick up the itemscthey want back... So you can see why i am not happy about this ... & not only is Temu asking me to pay for the shipping to return items that never ordered , they also ecpect me to wait for the company to receive the items before they will process my refund I am not gonna do it that way .. Spectrum - Totally messed up transfer of service, couldn't explain charges

I moved my 82 year old mom's service to her new address. The new address didn't need wi-fi so her new phone & cable bill would be close to $200 per month, down from over $250 which is ridicuolous gouging of an elderly person living on social secuirty. When the new bill came to the new address they said she owed $411!! I spent the past 3 months trying to get someone to explain to me what all these extra charges were for. They completely screwed it up chargeing her for wifi, sports channel ( as if!) un-returned equipment. ALL WRONG. One rep said " Oh they should have automatically upgraded her, its included" and sent her these 2 stupid xumo boxes that come with monthly fees that are not "included" and the repo completely misled us, so we had to send those back. I continued to pay monthly for the new charges accrued but refused to pay what I felt was not correct until someone could explain it to me. I couldn't get anyone to send me a break down of what they state she owes. I spoke to 5 different people and sent letters with the copies of invoices to ask for help. Got NOTHING but late fee charged to her. Finally tonight it took an hour and 2 more reps to determine that the fee was a "pro-rated amount left from her old account". I have no way of really knowing if that is true becuase they can't send me in writing what they told me over the phone. "they don't do that". The are the WORST monopoly. Awful service as no one freakin knows what the charges really are, overpriced, taking advantage of people, sneaking in bull-shit charges with no clear explanation. They are a lowlife, sleazy operation. Give me more time and I'll tell you what I really think!!

Dear Meesho Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by Meesho. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my product has not been delivered, and the delivery boy has not responded to any of my calls or messages on my registered mobile number [836988****]. I find it unacceptable that the delivery boy has marked my address as incomplete without even attempting to contact me or acknowledge the address details I personally sent. I have reached out to the delivery boy five times and tele marketing executives four times, all to no avail. Furthermore, despite assurances from tele marketing executives that the product would be delivered within 24 hours, there has been no progress, and my complaints to Meesho customer care have gone unanswered. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, and it has wasted my time and left me feeling completely frustrated. I urge you to investigate this matter urgently and ensure the prompt delivery of my product. Attached is a copy of my delivery address details for your reference. Why is it that a person making a video and person in video verbally saying "should I hit this person" is not deemed inappropriate or bullying, but if I make a comment about the same action you delete my comment?? Why do you do that Istagram? They are verbally speaking the words and I was commenting by leaving a message, And it came back to me as being a person who didn't follow community guidelines. WHY INSTAGRAM?? You need new rules! Youre worse than TikTok! Anyone can verbally say anything in a video, but to type it in a comment is against guidelines. You should look at some content of some of the videos I see that are very inappropriate! Not looking very good at the video content!

Apple - No answer from leazy support

Apple is just like any other money making corporation where users are abused daily and can not do anything about it . I regret buying apple . Support isnt answering, apps from the store are abusive and if you get to talk to anyone in todays world, the staff do not fear the boss since there isnt one and instead are rude to customerr with the manger covering them. I did try my device before i decide to buy it . two month later a update comes, change the UI to what apple think is more beneficial to them , and your only choice would be to"aggree" or stop using the device you tried before you buy and paid for . Company like apple will make the world unbearable . It s a scam to be forced an update that has anoying new feature or just analitics turned on from factory. By the time you find how to turn it off they have want they want against your will. Analitics are a way to see how it is best to harrass users with products . Never the less , apple after manny attemps did not respond.

I have good reason to believe my account was hacked and I am not able to to reach a human being that can help me. I got an email saying my email address had been changed and to contact support is this was not me. I clicked the link for support and sent an e-mail that bounced back as undeliverable. I attempted to log in from yahoo mail and it said my email was not associated with any account. I tried my credit Karma app on my phone and it is showing my savings account as gone and somehow have a negative balance on a spend account that I was never able to use so no clue how that happened. I tried calling customer support and that young man, Walter, who has a foreign accent and tries to talk really fast says he cannot pull up my account info so he cannot help me. I requested a supervisor and was told that would only occur via email I wanted to know why and he just repeated that he could not help me and i again wanted to know why and he repeated the same thing again and hung up. This is NOT acceptable.

To say that we are deeply disappointed would be a major understatement. 10th Feb We went to the Alexandra outlet to purchase the NYSJÖN / BJÖRKÅN wash-basin cabinet with 1 door, and a Saljen tap, along with a few other items. When making arrangements with the sales staff regarding the NYSJÖN / BJÖRKÅN wash-basin cabinet, we also asked the staff about assembly of other IKEA items, which the staff said we can discuss after checkout when arranging delivery of the items. We also asked the staff if the plumber they'd be sending to help fix up the wash-basin cabinet would be able to work around the pipes that are currently in place in our bathroom, which the staff assured us that the plumber definitely could. After checkout, when arranging delivery, we again asked the staff there if the delivery guys would be the ones to help assemble our other IKEA purchases that we required assistance with installation, especially because of drilling holes in the walls, which the staff told us no problem, we would just need to liaise with the delivery guys directly once they were there, and that it would be $5 per hole drilled. Delivery and service dates were limited, so we picked for delivery and assembly of non-bathroom fixtures to be on 21st Feb between 9am-1pm, and for the plumber to come on 29th Feb (timing TBC). We then took leave accordingly to make sure that both my husband and I were at home to oversee everything. My husband and I had agreed to the dates because it gives us enough time to clean and organise the house with the new fixtures in time for guests that we have planned to host. 21st Feb Delivery guy came at about 11+am, without any tools to assist with drilling, claiming that his instructions hadn't included any assembly, despite me receiving 2 SMSes telling me about our order being on the way, and to have my area ready for delivery/assembly. I called customer support and it seems that BOTH sales staff we had discussed assembly with had neglected to include any mention or fees about assembly in our sales order, which is why it had not been communicated to the delivery company. Customer support officer was very nice to help reschedule and waive the cost of assembly. However, the earliest she could offer was 26th Feb between 1-5pm, a Monday where I am working with back-to-back meetings, and also 5 days later than originally planned for. Her next offer was on 27th Feb, even worse. I explained that ideally, we would prefer it on the same day we had planned and taken leave for, but if its too last minute to arrange, then another arrangement ASAP. Eventually, she managed to give us 24th Feb between 9am-1pm. My husband was still upset that the leave hed sacrificed for this arrangement was still going to be wasted, and called customer support himself. Unfortunately, the customer support officer who answered his call could not get us any earlier than 24th Feb, 9am-1pm, but went the further mile to let my husband know that the drilling for IKEA items will be waived, and that we would only need to pay the assembly men for any additional drilling of non-IKEA products that we might have. He also gave us $20 to claim at the IKEA café. 22nd Feb I got a call from the plumber department at IKEA to say that they could fit us in earlier on 23rd Feb between 1-5pm instead of 29th Feb. I agreed, after which the plumber luckily thought to mention that there is no need to dismantle a previous sink, to which I had to amend him and say that yes, we actually do need help dismantling our existing sink which we bought the new wash-basin and cabinet to replace. This means that the staff who took our order in the store had not thought to check this with us, which meant that there were actually additional charges to take into consideration. I managed to work out with the plumber that we would pay in person when they came to dismantle and fix, and that theyd provide me with an invoice. They later sent a WhatsApp message to me to confirm 2.30-3.30pm on 23rd Feb. 23rd Feb Plumbers arrived from IKEA, helped us to dismantle and install the new wash-basin and cabinet. After installation, they were kind to let us know that we should wipe the cabinet down when it gets wet to prevent water from seeping into the wood and warping it. We thanked them and followed their advice. My husband and I each showered once that night, both of us wiped the cabinet down after showering. 24th Feb My husband and I each took our morning showers, and again both of us wiped the cabinet down after showering. But this time, we both noticed that the bottom edge of the cabinet door was already beginning to warp. Its been less than half a day!!! I reached out to customer support via WhatsApp, while waiting for the assembly men to arrive. Eventually, at 2.16pm, the customer support officer mentioned that my case has been referred to the relevant department, and that I can expect a call from them within the next 24-48 hours for them to arrange to come and assess the cabinet in person, to assess the state of the cabinet and what can be done. Assembly guys came (from GoGoX), again with incomplete instructions from IKEA, and so were reluctant to drill for our IKEA items because they werent sure how they were going to get paid after I told them that Id only be paying for the drilling of non-IKEA items. Luckily they took initiative to work on the non-IKEA items first while their boss had to go back and check with IKEA. Also luckily, it was all sorted in the end. 26th Feb 2.16pm came and went, still no call from IKEA. So, I sent in a follow-up message in WhatsApp through customer support at night. 27th Feb Customer support officer gets back to me in the morning, and now tells me that the item is currently out of stock, and so cant be replaced at this point of time even if though theyd intended to. Alternatively, he said that we can ask for dismantling and returning the item to the store and get a refund. When I asked if Id still be getting a call, the customer support officer said that this latest message that hed relayed to me is from the department that had meant to be the one calling me. I was so preferring a call from the relevant department, hoping that theyd send someone down to is experienced with that range of IKEA products, in order to assess our situation and hopefully recommend alternatives if any. This overall experience has really left a seriously sour and bitter aftertaste overall.

Preferred solution: Service recovery or other options for such a *** product.

User's recommendation: Somehow try to think of questions that you might not know to think of mentioning because the staff can't be trusted to do that. Also, don't bother with the NYSJÖN cabinet.

I have called truly nolen several times about my service and now have roaches

First I had Matt for years and he was great. He moved to a different location and then I had Brian. Him and his brother moved on to a different place. Truly hasnt been to my house in months. I called and they sent out some lady who wanted to use just Botox I said no. Then I called and the manger came out used something. It didnt work. Im now infested with German cockroaches all through my house . Even after the Hurricane the guys came out and sprayed I never had them. I been building my home back and now so severely infested its going to take months to get rid of them. I keep telling them to use the spray Matt used. I pay over. $1,000 dollars a year for the yard and my home to get roaches!! Im not happy . Tonight we killed 10 roaches. Big and babies so now they have hatched in my new home! What does it take to get a person to know how to do their job! Only if Matt could train everyone there might not be a problem here. Im definitely not a happy customer!

MainStay Suites - Psychiatric Service Dog

I have a room rented at Mainstay Suites 2601 Appliance Ct, Raleigh, NC 27604 started on February 23, 2024 - March 01, 2024 and today an employee came to my door saying that my dog (who is my fiance's service animal) was over the weight limit for pets accepted at the hotel. The weight limit is 25lbs and she is upwards of 86+lbs. However the dog is a working dog and vital to my fiance's health and daily life. Her dogs name is Ellie and is full blooded German Shepherd. I know due to HIPPA laws you are not allowed to ask what she's for but I am informing you for the sake of what's going on. My fiance suffers from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia and her service dog helps to warn her of oncoming flashbacks/anxiety attacks as well as comforting her during these events or bring her back to reality. In the event of seizure Ellie also barks and leads me to her to alert me of it. Also Ellie reminds her to take her medicines at certain times of the day. I am concerned about the hotel being able to kick her service dog out as it is against the law. As well as making us pay a pet fee. However we didn't mind paying the fee when we first checked in due to not causing any hiccups in our stay. This is all very stressful for and me as she cannot be without her PSD. Tonight we will have to house her service dog somewhere else which is quite dangerous for my fiance's health. Going forward I need to know what Mainstays is going to do to fix this and if this is actually okay with you guys? I've never heard of a place kicking out a service animal unless it couldn't be controlled by it's owner. As I can say my dog did NOT cause any disruptions to anyone and was not unruly at all. Please get back to me ASAP so that we can continue our stay with her service dog.

You sound like a S I M P taking care of a train wreck. Let me guess, she has tat sleeves and all kinds of piercings.

If you had any sense, you would run away as quickly as possible. If not, brace yourself for a never-ending parade of drama like this.

Thomas Breads - I’ve been buying Thomases English muffin for years and they were staple in my home. The last six months that I have purchased them I keep getting a bad chemical smell Some type of smell

Ive been eating Thomases English muffins, my whole life. Theyve been a staple in my home Now for the past six months or so I smell a chemical or something bad when I open them up from a new bag from the store Then, when I toast them, they taste funky. I dont know if its a chemical smell or something theyre using in the recipe but they absolutely taste disgusting Ive also bought many that were very burnt on the top and didnt have the Nooks or crannies inside the muffin because they were so thin. Its just horrible. What is happening with some of our Foods? I found a similar situation with the Maiers bread, which I believe is part of the family bakery as the English muffins I wish they would go back to old Recipe or doing whatever they did before whatever theyre doing now I will never buy any of these items again, and I am networking this information So far, I found others that feel the same way
