Footaction - Never received shoes, customer service won't respond

I ordered a pair of shoes and selected 1 business day delivery. I yet to receive me shoes and have emailed customer support three times and still have yet to receive a response. I paid $288 and money is just sitting in Footactions account and I not received my product and you can't talk to anyone about this issue because they are not accepting calls. I will never order shoes from them again... ever!. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Ordered for the second time in a month on June 10th, driver kept going in the opposite direction of my house. Canceled the order, had to dress and go get my own damn food while on the phone with exhausting and incompetent customer service person and trying not to pass out from Hunger simultaneously. Never heard of them. Sounds like you hung yourself.

E-mail is the single most inefficient way to handle business, followed by attempts at telephoning.

Both are easy to ignore. I'm afraid to ask the physical location of this vendor.
