Soleusair - Remote not working

Dear Sir or Madam, We bought a Soleus 12K BTU 115V 20 SEER(C+H)A/C from SuperCo in Monterey Park on 3-12-2017. We found out lately that the remote control is not working at all. Lyft - Ride never ended

HaMy estimated price for my ride was $23 with change. Driver dropped me off at 1802 and did not end the call until 1813 giving me a charge of $43. Please help with charges. Thank you.

Napster - Pissed customer

Cant get help and I just paid you my money. I am absolutely disappointed in the total lack of accessibility to customer service. I will be canceling my account. And will get s refund from my back. This is not just rude but complete lack of caring for you customers. Greed has taken over. You want money from your customers but you dont want them to bother you when there is a problem. Napster is horrible!!!

Peter Pan Bus Lines - Refund/change policy

My flight out of Logan was canceled, however, since I only found out about it within the final 2 hours before I was to take the bus, I cannot get either a refund or change the ticket. It's just gone. I've used Peter Pan and it's predecessor, Bonanza for 30 years, and the service has just gotten worse and worse. The drivers are fine. But clearly the attitude from ccorporate is how can we extract as much money from our customers as possible.

Fashion Nova - My shipment is extremely late

I'm issue remains the same, I paid for expedited and my shipment came 8 days later AFTER I left for vacation. I am very angry about that and FN has done NOTHING to rectify, not even reimburse my shipping fees.

Axos Bank - I have a business account

I signed up for something I regret all day long! From the start even til now A-Z TERRIBLE BANK From the start it has been a nightmare. When I needed 2 prove my good standing they only offered a generic pdf that was typed on word... No letterhead. I have major problems with bill pay. Getting on my app is a nightmare contant problems. Customer Service under trained. My account locked many times

Assurance Wireless - New phone totally dead

Purchased a new phone to replace the piece of crap sent by Sprint or whoever. Trying to change, Assurance doesn't recognize the MEID of the new phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy A10e. Found it on the list of phones recognized by Assurance and purchased it at Best Buy just this morning. I switched the info over from the phone I was using to the new one, some UMX piece of crap, and I can't even turn on the phone to get the specifics. That phone is now totally DEAD. The old one LG Tribute Dynasty is on, but I'm not connected on that one anymore. Bottom line: I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Tinder - These people are trash.

I recently attempted to purchase tinder gold and was charged 22.49. However I didnt receive my subscription. So I pushed the button again, was charged 22.49 again. Still nothing. Ive tried emailing and reaching out with the email I used to sign up but have only succeeded in being passed onto others and being ignored. Tried to call the number but got no answer.
