State Farm Insurance - Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding...

I will like to attempt to reply on or before due date expires with other insurance company. No one has called and do not want negative impact my score to reply today.

I want to be very clear: I strongly believe I have been neglected.

I am an older consumer with good, improving credit, and I have paid on time. Yet you continue to assign me pattern high premium rates as if I am satisfied with these rates. This has become a repeated pattern with your company and others, and it is unfair.

A whistleblower has already informed me that when a person has been charged high premium rates in the past, companies assume they will accept it again in the future.

That is exactly what I am experiencing. That is outrageous and predatory.

I am documenting every instance of this pattern and reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

My name is ***, and I own a 2016 GMC Sierra truck with 82,000 miles on it. The transmission just went totally out.

I had heard that there were problems with these transmissions ever since I purchased the truck. It has always clunked when you shift it into gear. It has been like that since the day I bought it. I asked the dealership about it, and they said that it was normal on these trucks.

That is a croc, and I knew it. Now my transmission has completely gone out. The dealer wanted to charge me $9,000 to replace it. This is absolutely ridiculous!

If GM doesn't do something to help out on this, I have bought my very last GM product. I have been a lifelong customer, and this is what I get for being one. There were no error codes that ever showed up on the dash. I heard a whining noise on my way home from work one day, and then when I pulled into the driveway, it would not shift into reverse, so I had it towed to the dealership the next day.

I bought this truck hoping it would last. Please stand behind your vehicle.

UniUni - Wanted more money to deliver package.

I'm feeling *** off. Found a notice in the mailbox that they wanted an additional seven dollars to deliver the package.

I went online and found a phone number for them. But then I had to enter my email address to get the code. I had to do this twice before it let me end to state the problem. After I submitted my review of this company, up pops a customer service person that now wants nine dollars and ninety-nine cents to help me.

And it looks like it's an ongoing monthly thing to be a member. I have no idea what the package is. It doesn't state on the slip. And I buy a lot of things online.

I'm at the point where I'm going to stop buying online. Better think twice because I'm being ripped off too many times with companies that make it impossible to speak to a person or cancel a subscription.

Apex Trader Funding - Why my account block

I had passed my funded account last week in a day. I had to make a profit of $3,000 and give it to the market.

The market would have been good to pass. I made it that day. Then you sent me a certificate that your account was passed. You requested me for the activation fee.

I also charged the activation fee of $70 to $80. After that, you restricted my account. Now tell me what my problem is. Why are you harassing me?

I always take so many accounts. Every time you do the same thing. This time, there was no limit on the profit. I could make it whenever I wanted.

I made it in a day. There is no fraud. Everything is correct.

I was provided a validation code which I entered and connected me, and then nothing happened. Except was your issue resolved.

These companies make it impossible to contact them and speak with a real person. I received in the mailbox that they wanted $7 additional for the package. That a payment of $7 doesn't really say what it's for. I don't know what I purchased.

This should have been included in the purchase price as they are the prudent party. I don't know if I was even credited back the money for the item that they want more money for.

I'm so sick of these companies that take our money and then we can't contact them. It's passed, punted, and kicked down the field.

Goodwill - One of my receipts they cannot read how much I have left

I’ve been going to get the same Goodwill for years never had a problem they changed it to where you couldn’t try on clothes so you were able to bring them home and bring them back in five days for a Store Credit I purchased $230 worth of clothing and kept most of it but bought back $60.88 worth of clothing for a credit which I got the bad thing is the receipt. The barcode got worn and the amount you can hardly see but I was told there’s nothing that they can do about that that I could’ve gone to another store and used up the rest of my credit, which makes no sense since I have the slip and they also couldn’t give me any information.

I have not gotten this resolved yet.

I bought some clothing from *** in ***, ***. I returned them because they didn't fit and was given a credit on a receipt, and unfortunately, the receipt got smudged and they can't scan the barcode, and they can't really tell how much is on there, and I could see it says $60.88.

They are refusing to help me. I need somebody to help me.

This is going to expire in seven days. I'm desperate, please.

Chime cares about nobody

This is my 8th day waiting on a simple 400 dollar check to be put in my account. Honestly it all comes down to if you have uour direct deposit set up to go to chime which is 100% all they care about.

As long as chime is getting your paycheck every friday is the only thing that matters to them whatsoever. Even being a member for 3 years means nothing if that money aint rolling there way once a week. Cause if it doesnt even for a second if you want anything done your waiting for atleast 1 week minimum on anything. Ive been lied to, hung up on, and put on hold for ecery bit of 10+ hours over one 400 dollar check this past week all because i didnt have my direct deposit set up with them.

They dont care about any of there beloved members all we are is either sombody thats giving to the chime machine or sombody thats not.

It doesnt matter if your just starting a new job and the direct deposit hasnt shown up yet if your not putting money in their pockets every week your *** So if you trust chime or think theres some type of loyalty appreciation unhook your direct deposit and see how they realy feel about you. Its truly an amazing feeling having borats cousin tell you to tough it out for over a week that you can have your own money when they feel like getting around to it you non american ***

Well, upon verifying, it says not verified. I've spent money on this Lavish Luck app.

They are saying to merge accounts. How can I merge accounts when it keeps saying not verified? I had another account because the first account was frozen by you all, and you haven't unfrozen it. It's been months and months ago, all due to them taking money out of my account that I didn't even purchase.

So, you froze my account and haven't unfrozen it at all; no response was given back to me. So when I go to withdraw money from the new account, it's not letting me withdraw or verify to be able to merge accounts. It's ridiculous. You all need a better system than this as far as verifying people.

That's why I made another account: unfreeze my first account so that I can merge my accounts.

I didn't know you can only have one account. Now it's not verifying so that I can merge accounts.

Caribbean Airlines - BAGGAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED FROM *** AS YET

I travelled first on KL 590 (Accra to ***), then on KL 787 (*** to ***). When I arrived in ***, my luggage was not there for me to clear (I had to clear it, then have it checked in at Caribbean Airlines flight BW462, which was scheduled to leave for *** at 22:00 hours).

I reported it at the KLM desk and was told that at times since the baggage was tagged to ***, *** on BW462, there are times when it is not put through the airport but instead placed on the aircraft leaving for ***.

However, when I reached ***, my baggage was not there. I reported it the same evening, and since then I have been checking every day to no avail up to now.

Afterpay - Customer Service Delays, threats, possible scamming

It's very difficult to get in contact with customer service. It's mostly on a chat, and once you are referred to an agent, it takes hours to get a response back.

Like today, I sent a message since 9 AM to resolve an issue with Amazon, which also involves Afterpay. A couple of days before this, I was inquiring about a refund on an item that was cancelled and never charged on May 29. I showed everything that proved this, and they insisted that they were going to keep monitoring until June 6. Everything happened on May 29.

The order was cancelled, never charged, and Amazon was not holding anything. In the process of all this, they said it would be best to call, and *** gave me a number via Afterpay through email. I called, got an answer, and spoke about my issue, and then nothing. Once I was finished speaking, there was nothing.

I started a complaint with BBB, and through Afterpay email, I received a notice that the dispute was closed on June 4. The card was never charged because I used my name instead of Afterpay single use, so they had no reason to hold back money I needed. To return back to the name ***, I made a purchase with Afterpay the next day the correct way. It was a $100 gift card.

The next morning on June 5, there was a pending charge of exactly $100 taken from me via PayPal from a ***. I contacted Amazon, and the person I spoke with claimed to be working her first day and, without much inquiry, stated that I would get a full refund, which would go back to Afterpay, where *** was customer service. In April, they took money from the wrong account.

So, I disputed it with my bank. Once Afterpay found out, they told me in order to keep my account I would have to cancel the dispute.

Preferred solution: At this current moment 6/8/2026, i would like customer service to respond to fix this issue with the Gift card from Amazon. They can resend a different one but i need information from Afterpay.

Amazon - No customer service

Finally I found a way to send you a message. I have been trying to report an item that was not in last shipment, the Liusimin glass cleaners did not arrive.

I had no clue it was this hard to report a package not delivered. I will keep that in mind next time choosing who to order from. Every time I tried something it took me in circles back to "what to do if delivered package is missing". One of the options was look around, are you kidding me what a joke and no option to report.

On the page to report it only had old orders to choose from, not recent. Reporting package not delivered on Amazon is a painful process, fix it

Three of my friends were with me. The worker asked us, 'Are you guys part of KMS?' We said yes, and then he started cussing and yelling at us because earlier that day one of the students pushed someone into the water and we almost got kicked out.

The worker yelled and cussed at us like we did it. He even tried to pull one of my friend's wristbands off, and while he was cussing at us we said we didn't even push the kid into the water.Then he proceeded to say, 'I don't give a *** and we didn't know what to say. He said, 'KMS Middle School is a bitch-ass school.' He let two of my friends on, and me and my other friend couldn't get on. I tried reporting him to one of my teachers, and they couldn't do anything.

One of my friends that went on a ride, someone bumped into him, and the worker tried taking his wristband off.Please do something about it. Please and thank you.

Jiffy Lube - They damaged my car

So 5/21 i spur of the moment decided to get an oil change because i was going to be taking my mother to visit her brother the next morning and i was out anyway working. I went to *** and waited my turn and got an oil change.

When i started the car to leave it made an awful noise that even the 2 workers acknowledged and one said to the other "whats that noise" and the other guy shrugged his shoulders like he didnt know and they just stood there. The noise had stopped and they told me to go. I texted my daughter and told her what had happened and she said to take it to her house and my son in law would check it. I went straight there which is on the way home anyway and 10-15 min closer than my house.

We do not live by jiffy lube its a good 30-40 min away. I went straight there and they were out there waiting for me and asked me to hold my grandson while they checked it. He checked the oil and said "thats weird, its still partly dirty and it above the fill."

He drained all the oil out and said there was way too much oil. He poured back in the appropriate amount and said we needed to take it back to jiffy.

Unfortunately it was already going on 6 and they were closing. So we took it the next morning, told them what happened, they took it in and were supposed to redo the oil change and replace the oil filter again. As far as i know they did but i did not watch so idk. They showed my son in law the cameras and said it appeared everything had been done the day before so they didnt know what happened.

We left there and were hopeful there had been no damage. But it started again i think it was Saturday late afternoon. We contacted *** lube again and told them it was doing it again and they told us to take it somewhere for an inspection which we did. They then said to bring it back to them.

We towed it there and gave them the papers and left it there. The next day they said it was a sensor or something and also said that they didnt know what i had done after i left or where i went but that it was my fault. Smh, uhm no it happened at your facility and your employees know it, and although i understand this is what companies do... i dont appreciate it.

They then tried to refuse to give us our paperwork back, which was our paperwork we had gotten, not theirs. I have taken many cars to jiffy lube over my life time and never had a problem. Well with this one there was a problem. Im not a liar or a scammer, im a 52 year old gramma trying to support myself and help my senior parents.

I have been unable to drive my car because im told it has engine damage and could explode. It going on 2 weeks already! No work, no money, ive been sick. I do nothing but wish i hadnt gotten that oil change.

Regardless of whether its the engine or a sensor or whatever, they should be fixing it so i can get back to work. I dont believe its a sensor because it says it would make the check engine light come on. And it has not. But even so...

when i looked up what could mess up the sensor it said the wrong oil or too much oil. It said the same thing could cause engine damage. So im not seeing what *** is saying gets them out of responsibility. It happened when i started it to leave.

They heard it. And they should be fixing my car. Im not asking for a new car or a million dollars. Im asking them to do whats right and fix it so i can get back to work.

And buy dog food. And get my parents to their docter appointments. Apparently that was asking too much!

Citizens Bank - Website not working

After trying to log into my account 4 times, I called customer service. While I was on hold, I tried 2 additional times.

Each time your website froze without allowing me to enter the 6 digit code. Each time I had to shut the site down because it would not allow me to enter the code or navigate off the page. Your employee was very nice but new and was able to help me. She put me on hold 2 or 3 times to look for something that might guide her to help me.

I dont choose to spend an hour of my life trying to log into your website. Sadly, after 30+ years as a customer I am fed up and will have to work on switching banks.

My identity was stolen and lists all my contacts with phone numbers. I want to download all my contacts from ***, yet I don't remember my password. It came from having my identity stolen. So, can you get me a new Gmail account where I can create it to get my contacts from *** to the new Gmail account you can make up while I create the password after you give me a new Gmail account? How will I then get my contacts from *** to your new Gmail email?

i want to change my profile to indicate that i do not want to get any political text or emails.

i tried myself but didn't have password to access. i provided emails to get reset but no link was sent.

i am employed not retired as my profile suggests.

My employer restricts me making contributions. i need to submit paperwork if i do make a contribution. i'm getting at least 25 texts a day which i delete and also the texts confirming no messages will be sent, but then i continue to get messages using a different number.this is unacceptable.

you are wasting my time and yours. i get my messages sent to ********* as well as personal email

Vinted Theft

Vinted is robbing me of monies collected from successfully completed sales. They owe me over $2000.

Shortly after I inquired about delay in transferring monies to my wallet I was permanently banned and my account locked for alleged fraudulent activity. I can't get access to my wallet or details of my account. Support is useless...same auto generated responses.

They have not answered my two main

questions: 1. The specific reason they decided to ban my account and 2.

how and when they will pay me out for the successfully completed transactions. What they are doing is theft and there's no real way to connect with someone that has answers.

I got right on at the start of customer service hours for *** as my kitchen faucet would not turn on due to an issue with the motion control panel. I called in and was on an 11-minute wait.

This then turned into 20, then 30, then 40. I tried the option to have them call me back several times when my turn was up. They never called back. I filled out an email, but that could take a few days to get back to me while I cannot use my kitchen sink.

In an industry with Delta and all sorts of private labels, I am not sure how they survive with this poor service.

Hopefully, this helps get a reply. I can be emailed at ***.

Dr Phil Show - I hav

I would like to do a report on a group of persons harassing me! They can view me inside of my apartment that I was living in!

They were part of a plan of management to make me leave, and that did happen! I now live in my RV, and the harassment continues! Reports to the police go without action or investigation due to the manager! It has caused me much emotional torment that I am not able to prove!

These people have names that are from a past relationship. Beyond the termination from the apartment that was done, they continue to stalk and torment me! I need to prove this and that cameras are being used to obtain personal information about my bank accounts and other storage unit passwords. These persons hired by management are also entering my home when I'm gone and while I am sleeping!

Money and personal property are being taken! Persons at the apartment refuse to let me view camera footage to see who is coming and going from my apartment!
