O Cedar - Their products are trash

I will never in my life by anything from oh Cedar again. I have bought two of the spin mops within the past month.

Because the petals on the bucket keeps breaking. I thought the first one it may be just a defect so I went and bought a second one. Within two weeks it has broke. I have tried to contact them by email to notify them And no one will return my email.

I have also called and all I keep getting is no one is available to take your call because they are busy helping other customers. I could definitely see why with all the defects of their cheap mops.

You spend $40 on a mop you would expect it to be decent. so for $80 I couldve went to Lowes or Home Depot and bought a commercial mop bucket and a commercial mop and came out like a champ but instead I have two pieces of trash sitting outside my door.

General Motors - Very unhappy with your vehicles at this time.

I have had three of your cars that the sunroof drains have failed on and water in my car!

Why don't you have a TSB telling dealerships to have the drains serviced regularly or at least telling the customers to have them serviced regularly. It doesn't show up on any of the recommended maintenance schedules, like what the *** It is extremely costly when they clog and water is let into the cabin and gets in the fuse box and everything. I'm looking at another 2k bill to get my car fixed and I paid for this in my previous two gm cars. Really unhappy with buying GM cars right now. I don't like to buy Imports but I really don't know what to do at this point. Really, really sucks.

I purchased Zenni frames for my 12 year old daughter about 6 months ago. She was excited for a new pair & even though we had vision insurance that would of covered glasses at a retail store, she really liked the frames Zenni had so I bought her a pair.

After a few months, the glasses do not hold up! They are falling off her face constantly. When you hold them up, the glasses arms fall right back down. I contacted Zenni & they don't stand by their products after 30 days.

I guess since the frames were cheap, I should of known.

I went through them because I thought I'd get a quality product that'd last until my daughter's next eye exam but I was wrong. So just know, the frames don't hold up.

Missing appts due to lack of transportation. Reservations made in plenty time for ride to be found.

Lack of vehicles with ramp or lift for wheelchair or motorized chair Wrong info given to transportation company such as being ambulatory when you are not. Then wrong type of vehicle shows up. Therefore you have to cancel your appointment and reschedule it. I have an appointment that has been rescheduled 5 times since 2023 and the last time it had to go out to May 2024.

I'm still waiting to go. Then being accused of cancelling appointments and transportation.

Why would I cancel when modivcare is my ONLY means of transportation. It awful when the only transportation you depend lets you down and they don't have to answer to anyone for their actions,

I Was SCAMMED by QuickMD

I have used QuickMD for almost a year. Everything was ok when I was just paying $75 for a doctor visit and having them send my prescription to my pharmacy.

They have been prescribing me the same medication for about 7 months. The problem is, I decided to use their much more expensive service for $629 that includes the doctor visit and the cost of my medication because my insurance stopped covering Mounjaro. QuickMD was able to offer at half price because they were sourcing it from Canada. It worked fine last month.

However, this month they took my $629 without telling me they could no longer get the Mounjaro from Canada. Then, they tried to FORCE me back on Ozempic which I explained they had already prescribed for me and it wasn't effective, which is why I switched to Mounjaro. Apparently, every pharmacy is out of Mounjaro right now even in the US. I asked them to deduct the $75 for the appointment and refund the medication price asap and I would just wait till my pharmacy got it back in stock .

They refused! There is no contact number where you can get hold of a live person either. They pulled a Bait and Switch on me.

They are trying to force me to take a different medication simply because they don't want to refund my money. This is unethical.

Came across a special they were running so I ordered it, paid for it and got a confirmation email on the order and receipt about payment. Fast forward a few days and hadnt got any kind of update on my order.

So I emailed customer service about it and the reply I got was to be patient and it would be updated in 2-3 days. Fast forward a week and a half later and still no update and was showing order had not shipped. Sent another email asking what was going on and didnt get any kind of reply. Fast forward another week and same thing.

Sent a email asking to either refund me my money and send my order.

And no reply again what so ever. Safe to say I got scammed

help my senior citizen mom with her account because she is not good with technology. She doesn't really use it.

We have the same first and last name and live at the same address. I was also trying to open one for my father. Instead of doing it on their computer or phone. I did it on mine since we were out shopping.

Well, apparently you can't do that. Fine, I have tried explaining this over and over again. My mother and I have offered to send in IDs that we have the same address and name. We have asked for confirmation on how to proceed if we open accts on their own devices.

We just keep getting robots sending us the terms for Ibotta. I get your terms. But, lets face it. Ibotta disciminates against disabled and elderly people that have a hard time getting to the store.

They make it hard to use their system for pick up orders and delivery. But, when you are being upfront about the mistake and offering evidence to show how the mistake was made. No one wants to even take a look. Shame on Ibotta.

I brought this up in the begininng of opening my acct since I have health issues also. But, ibotta doesn't care.

ik had een bestelling geplaatst via app van Shein. En vervolgens kreeg ik op 27 maart via app van Shein via DHL post te zien dat de levering op 27 maart om 15.41 uur werd geleverd toen ik dus niet thuis was.

Maar er is dus ook geen briefje achter gelaten van door de bezorgers dat het bij de buren ligt? Ik ben vervolgenhet allemaal buren langs gegaan om te vragen of zij iets hebben gekregen. Bij de buren is er dus dus ook niks geleverd. Ik dacht dat ik het misschien via DHL binnen zou krijgen de volgende dag.

Maar helaas nog steeds niks. Ik moest via DHL jullie zelfs berichten sturen of contacteren om uit te zoeken waar mijn pakketje is gebleven.. Dit is mijn pakketnummer/ bestellingsnummer GSONKE28300MET2.

Ik hoor graag van jullie verder wat er nu gebeurd?

Bought a new EGO string trimmer. Right out of the box battery and charger would not work.

Called customer service and talked to Diego who could not speak but fair English. This guy was going out of his way to make me jump through hoops to return these crap Chinese items. He insisted on a proof of purchase, before I could send back the items. I told him I could not pull up a picture on my computer(not computer smart).

Well in the end he hung up on me as I was talking to him.

I have never experienced such RUDE customer service. I own several Ego products, and believe me there will be no more Ego products in my house!

I ordered a pickup online. It charged me and told me the order would be ready by 9pm and to pick it up in the restaurant.

If the location is closed inside, then I could pick up at the drive thru. When I arrived at 9:03 pm the restaurant dining room was closed even though staff was still inside closing for the night I suppose, even though the app said it was open until ten.

When I went to the drive thru it also looked closed and No one inside even asked me what I needed. Then they all left me at the window while they went home.

I never got my food, and I have not been reimbursed or contacted even though I've filled out several customer service forms.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, which was placed on March 1st with order number FSCA0173****. The order status initially showed as "Shipped," and I was provided with a tracking number for Purulator.

However, when I checked the tracking status, it indicated that the carrier was still awaiting pickup.

After contacting Purulator, I was informed that they had not received the product for shipment and that Fossil had not scheduled a pickup. To resolve this issue, I reached out to Fossil today, only to be told that my order does not exist in their system.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I have paid for my order and have been patiently waiting for over a month for its delivery. It is incredibly frustrating to be given conflicting information and to not have my issue resolved promptly.

I request immediate action to either ship my order or provide a full refund.

I expect better service and communication from a reputable company like Fossil. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter

Fastway Couriers Ireland - Fartway strikes again

It's no secret that Fartway is by far and above the worst delivery company in the country, and my latest experience is no exception. A company that I've used to order items in the past have recently started using these cowboys.

An Post used to do the deliveries, and they were flawless. Fartway? Exact opposite.

I've been sent an email saying the item has been delivered, ( and this was from failed attempts already due to "incorrect address" ), and it has not being delivered.

Liars as usual.

Avoid this crowd at all costs. I am no longer purchasing from this retailer now that they're using Fartway.

And yes, I know, it's Fastway, but that company doesn't deserve to be called anything respectable since they show none to their customers.

Out of concern for other people who may be hurt by Deuk, I want to share my experience. After living so many years in chronic back pain I was desperate for help.

During my zoom call consultation Deuk emphatically promised me he knew what my problem was and could give me my life back. He promised that I would be pain free. Even though the cost would be outside of insurance coverage I agreed. I was desperate.

He told me Id end up in a wheelchair if I didnt have the procedure done. Immediately following the laser disk repair procedure I was 100% pain free! I couldnt believe it! I gave a glowing video testimony with Deuk in his office.

You will see many of these on his YouTube channel.

Well3 days later my pain meds wore off and ALL the pain was back. I wasnt cured at all! And EVEN WORSE, I lost 50% of the strength in my legs and could barely walk now! I went from chronic pain to now not being able to hardly walk.

Deuk gave FALSE PROMISES to make a sale. He uses fear tactics to influence you to pay out of pocket. After the first procedure failed he promised hed deal with the pain with more procedures. I quote Dont be discouraged I can fix it.After spending $110,000 of my life savings I was left with still 100% pain and now was partially crippled from the procedure.

When I shared my concern with him in a follow up zoom he was obnoxious and rude saying he would no longer treat me because I had lost confidence in his ability to help me. I was left in worse condition, spent $110,000, was treated in a rude, obnoxious way and gaslighted. BEWARE of Deuk, his fear tactics and false promises. I wouldnt just walk.

Id RUN. Dont make the mistake I did out of desperation.

About the processing error on your mobile app I finally found a number for your customer service to try to place my order and they told my card was suspended and she did not know why and told me to call my bank which I did. It is straightened out with the bank and I called and made an order by phone using another credit card.

StubHub - Dodgers tickets I listed to sell are still pending, and dates of events have passed and are approaching!

I just checked again and all my MLB L.A. Dodgers tickets Ive posted this month are now pending.

Why are all my tickets I listed for sale weeks ago now pending and not active, as they were when I posted them? I have never had this issue in the past and triple-checked that all the barcodes are correct. I (and stubhub) am losing my ticket sales because they havent been approved. I tried re-listing, too, and as in the email below, as well as in other emails, that this wouldnt be an issue, and the stubhub would contact me within a few hours if there was a problem, yet I have received no further emails, calls or correspondences.

Please validate and make my dodgers tickets active. The opening day (a big-ticket/event) is tomorrow at 1;00pm PST, and I want it listed today.

Epson - NO IT DID NOT get fixed I had to buy a new printer as my business can’t wait on them.

I called the company told him what happened sent them proof of purchase showed them what my fault sign was that was coming across and they told me that it was not warranted less than six months old but if I wanted to, I could call back to corporate this is after being on hold for an hour to be told this I called back the next day. I talked to some lady and she kept telling me she had to ask her supervisor I called the number that was given to me by a supervisor for corporate.

I ended up hanging up because I was on hold for another 30 minutes. This is the second Epson printer Ive had that Ive had problems with.

I will not buy another Epson printer. I will not give Epson printers a good review .

I booked a hotel at ur establishment yesterday because I got married and I have stayed at this hotel many times and it was amazing .. I go to check out and my card was charged 250 dollars because the guy said it smelled like smoke .. me and my husband are smokers we are clearly seen on camera going outside to smoke the manager was rude and nasty to me when I called questioning the charge on my card he said he didnt care I wasnt getting a refund it smelled like smoke to him nothing he could do I told him to check his cameras im clearly on them going outside to smoke I told him me n my husband are smokers it will have a faint smell from clothes and being in the blanket and stuff he said thats not his problem and I wasnt getting a refund mind u I waited on hold for 20 min no one answered called back asked to speak to the manger the guy said he was not there and wouldnt be there until he had no idea I said I want to speak to who is in charge he transferred me to some rude *** guy who said he was a manager this is bad buisnesss and you guys need to fix this problem or u will lose a good customer

Refused me on my consumer rights despite not being in the wrong. Chased multiple times regarding my case but have been ignored in between my emails with different people handling it.

Had to directly reach out to the courier to help with my case, they too agree to assert my consumer rights and they should adhere as a seller.

Case has been on going for 5 months due to terrible responses and when different members handle my case they tend to ignore it leading me back to square one and repeating my case. At one point they resent an automated email claiming a parcel is on my way with the same tracking reference from my initial order only to find out it was no longer valid and they never sent a replacement at all.
