I dont know who to get in contact with about a complaint about an employee. Employee Alejandro store #110****.

He was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I got to the drive thru I repeated myself multiple times what I wanted and he was just already so upset and said that I was yelling at him I was not yelling at him simply just told him what I wanted and he didnt seem to understand my order. When I got to the window to pick up my order he had a mad face and I told him if he didnt like his job not be working there if he is going to be talking to people the way he was. He did proceeded to say to me to treat people the way I want people to treat me.

Again, since I got to the drive thru to order he was already in a bad mood. I dont understand how Carls Jr has employees like him working for them. He also didnt want to give me my receipt. He even told me not to be mad dogging him?

I dont understand how or when I did that.

This type of behavior requires some discipline this isnt okay at all. I never go to this location I just happened to go today, because I thought my original location was closed as the app was stating that.

Takealot - Unfair waiting period

After phoning takealot on various occasions to no avail, I am very unhappy in the way the order was handled.Accordingly to placing the order it showed that it would arrive on the 3rd of April.To my dismay after paying I tracked the order just to find out it would be here on the 8th of April.This was very misleading and unexceptable.The order has not even been packed or shiped yet! Even not till this day.Takealot is really inconvenienced me in the way this order is handled otherwise I would have never ordered in the first place.I really dont think am the one being unfair as I was happy to receive my order that I have paid for in advance on the 3rd of April.

Takealot do advise people that an order may take 2days or 5days.I was satisfied with the 8day waiting period thats not even fair.Now Takelot decided to make me wait for 2weeks.Thats not on and I am not having it.No one from takealot communicated the delay in this order with me.We order from takealot because its convenient fast and easy but I can say its just the opposite that I am experiencing.Please stick to your word as a company and comply by it.

I am expecting my order before or on the 3rd of April.No one informed me about any delays or the holidays whatsoever.Any date later then the 3rd of April you can cancel it on your side.If not I will send it back and follow procedures then expecting my money back in my bank account.I wont tolerate such poor service from whoever is in charge of shipping or orders because I didnt order my laptops as a freegift.I surely paid for it.No one at takealot is doing me a favour.All employees gets paid a salary for doing a job at takealot.So the way takealot employees in this department treats customers speaks volumes of dissapointment and unsatisfactory as well as unorganised ethics.Please dont try to tell me the reason it has not been shipped yet is because ur out of stock cause there were 15 left of both laptops.

Hope to hear from takealot soon and then we can take it from there.

In my experience with JD by Ryder on Lawrence Road in Greenville, South Carolina was not a pleasant I went in on a Wednesday afternoon to fill out all of my paperwork for a 2007 Yukon Denali. I was never informed about a down payment or cost of down payment, I was also told that the vehicle may not be there because it was such a hot commodity.

I go back up on a Thursday morning to take money to them for a down payment, they told me that my $1000 down payment was not sufficient enough and that it would require $2000 down so I proceeded to ask about the deferred down payment program and the 199 down delivers advertisement that they love to advertise so much I was told because of my credit score and a repossession that I had with the same company nearly 15 years ago that required A $3000 down payment if I wanted anything off of their lot I dont know what constitutes a 17 year old vehicle being required to have a $3000 down payment but its ridiculous. The Better Business Bureau should investigate and shut down this place.

McDonalds - Complaint

Went into the store to order in person, long line in drive thru and a had a car full of kids. I ordered one cheeseburger, one large fry and a 20pc McNugget and that is it.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order. Watched at LEAST 10-15 cars drive up, order, get their food and leave and still hadnt had my food. No apologies, nothing. Fries were cold and we were shorted 4 chicken nuggets.

It is absolutely absurd to me that orders werent filled in the order they were taken. The manager was rude and ignored me when I was upset, this is not the way to conduct a store. Maybe she was worried about a window time but I am pissed!

Paid money and waited 40+ mins for cold food. This is ridiculous.

Amazon Canada - Need to talk about my order

Hello and good day to you,I called because I hadn't received my order,Upon talking with your customer service department I found out that the order didn't go through and that cleared everything up.I all so purchase Battle Star Galactica with Lauren Greene on DVD complete addition come to find out is not the complete edition still waiting on the third party rep to send me something to where I can resend the DVDs back and get a refund as I repurchased them on Blu-ray the definitive collection. On that score that's where we are and I'm happy with the service that I received thus far.

This app is a complete scam it is telling the clients they will have FREE cleaning but telling us cleaners that they are paying us by the hour. My account was deactivated bc not one but TWO people have complained about this accusing me of stealing mistreating me in their home as if I was a slave or not a human being.

I am forced to send back hard earned money I worked for just bc a customer says so. I try to contact these people and get absolutely no response no one asks me what happens they just automatically deactivate my account which is ridiculous but today was my last straw they had me work and TOOK MY ENTIRE MONEY and sent it to my last client bc I took a.

CASH TIP from her that I begged her not to give me bc I was new and I didnt want to get in trouble and this lady goes and reports that bc she wanted an entire hour of back bc she wouldnt stop having me clean knowing my time was up and I tried to tell her that she would have to pay more and she insisted that I take it bc my husband offered to help clean for FREE . I am not going to just let this slide because this is ridiculous

I wanted to see what is in my shopping card instead of displaying what is in the cart it went straight to final stage and authorized payment. This is the third tim I have complained to my credit card and they have not resolved the issue it has just happened the third time.

I have requested through my credit card company to send me a shipping bill of item shipped and billed me because I am billed without the quantity of each item and the number of items to make sure I am shipped what I am billed. Some, the second to the last item I have a picture of the package as the truck dropped it turn half open

Conns - Worst customer service ever.

I called conns home plus in Antioch Tn about a wall oven which was on their website for 2999.99 the person I spoke with Freda a salesperson explained there was a floor model available, and I could get a discount if I came in as it was a floor model with no box. I drove 45 minutes to the store and there was a unit there was blk not stainless which would be fine.

Furthermore, I was told the unit was 3199.00 which was higher than the new unit online which I knew I could get 10 percent off as it pops up when you are on their website. She said she needed to speak with the manger and would be back. Upon returning to me, she asked if I was going to purchase the warranty with the stove, I explained I had a contract with sears which covers everything in my home, and I did not need it. She told me the manger would not give me a discount unless I got this warranty which is about 600.00!!!

I was shocked and walked up to the counter to speak with the manger, I asked hey can I talk to you about the oven, he flat out said no.

I said if your busy I can wait and his response was no, he was angry and hostile with his demeanor and said no I'm not speaking with you period. I have never had this level of customer service and this manger should be fired for using deceptive sales tactics let alone his attitude towards a repeat customer

Fresco y Mas - Complain

To whom it may concern, I went to Fresco in Hialeah and the supervisor there today was very rude. I forgot to buy something and was going back to get it with my groceries that had just bought.

The lady saw me going back and told why was I going back there for and I told her I forgot something going back to get. You can' go back there there gonna be following you think you're going to steal something. This lady is the worst at customer service she is not polite. She embarrassed me in front of other customers like I was a thieve.

I never call and complain about anyone but she is the worst. This happened at the Sabor in Hialeah 6500 W 4th Ave

I have had the worst experience with Mavis. My Infiniti QX60 was worked on in January and it hasn't driven right since.

I have taken my car back 3 times and it is still not repaired. I have been in contact with the regional manager Eboni and she is no help at all. I needed brakes and they told me my shocks were severely damaged and needed to be repaired immediately. They also told me I needed an alignment, they had a novice mechanic work on my car and he damaged my TPMS sensor in my rear tire, ruined my cars alignment, and overcharged me for unnecessary repairs.

I have a horrible vehicle wonder that they still haven't repaired and no one is contacting me regarding my vehicle and damages that they caused.

I have called, texted, and emailed with no solutions offered. I'm stuck with a bill for a car that's dangerous to drive because it feels like I'm losing control when I hit bumps in the road because of the imbalanced tires and vehicle wonder.

Complaint about Motel 6 in Tallahassee, FL

My daughter, Traci L Fears, moved to Tallahassee, FL. She was staying at the Motel 6 while searching for an apart.

Your policy states customers must vacate after 28 days. The staff at the Motel 6 Tallahassee evicted her after 26 days, throwing her belongings out in the parking lot. Her cell phone and laptop computer have been stolen.

This is why I am sending this communication

UPDATE: since this complaint was filed someone from Motel 6 - Tallahassee has been spreading stories to other motels that the room my daughter was renting was trashed. If the room was trashed it was the motel staff who threw her things out into the parking lot with no regard to breakage.

Forgot to add, if the staff is calling other motels about her, it means she is on the DNR list (do not rent) and they are warning other motels about her. Again, I really feel she is not telling you the entire story.

The reason for the 28 days is to prevent squatters. I don't know why she was kicked out at 26 days, there must be things she is not telling you.

Legally, they cannot throw her stuff outside, they must hold it in storage for a certain period of time, I don't know what that the time period is for Florida. They can certainly tell her to get out but they must hold her stuff and give her reasonable time to retrieve her belongings. I know Motel 6s are cheaper than most options, but they are not exactly known for having great accommodations, staff or clientele.

There is one in my city that is actually pretty nice looking from the outside (no idea about the inside) and it still attracts very low-class employees and customers. I have been told the police are called there often.

After waiting a couple of weeks for the large round ottoman I had ordered to arrive, I was surprised to see a large rectangular box on my front mat. The box said it was a arkrocket Taurus jukebox But it had my name and address on it so I pulled it inside and opened up the top enough to confirm it was definitely a jukebox.

The complicate matters the ottoman I had ordered was now showing out of stock again. So I called customer service and explained the situation. The woman I spoke to put me on hold three different times trying to find out if she could get me a replacement ottoman or not. She eventually came back and said they were going to send me a replacement, but didnt have an ETA yet.

I should receive one in my email. She also said for my trouble I could keep the jukebox. I hadnt expected that.

Im not sure how long it will take for them to get the ottoman to me, but even if it takes a while, I think I came out of the whole situation all right. The jukebox certainly isnt something I wouldve bought, but considering I didnt pay anything for it I feel like a kid with a new toy !

Carls Jr Restaurant - Service through drive through at 3350 S Nellis Blvd Las Vegas NV 89

We were told the Triple Double Triple offer wasnt available when it clearly is displayed on drive thru menu. I ordered and arrived at the window to be told they do not accept Apple Cash payments and would need to park and walk in but they accept debit cards.

Im severely handicap and walk on crutches. I can not go inside to pay and carry my food out to my car. I use drive through for convenience and accessibility thought Carls Jr is supposed to be full service. After employee handed me my bag of food then slammed the window closed before I could say anything.

I ordered burgers and fries and was not given ketchup or asked if I wanted any and not give a chance to ask for any. The hamburgers were not fresh the bottom bun was flat and stuck to the dried out hamburger pattie. Carls is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but every time I go to this franchise there is an issue with the respectfulness of the staff and the accommodations for Ada handicap. Cant even use the restroom.

It makes no sense to tell a drive through customer to come to the lobby to pay. There was no receipt in the bag so I couldnt collect the rewards. This isnt the first time Ive had this issue with this franchise location. Very disappointing when directly Accross the street is Burger King but they always have a line in the drive through and this Carls never has a line.

So Carls is a favorite and there being no line I thought I had a Win Win but had a wrong wrong. Possibly calling the health department on being served old food.

Mayo is dangerous to leave on a pre-made burgers thats sitting for long periods. Other locations Ive never never had these problems.

I returned the parcel back to them with 5 outfits in, all untouched and brand new. Also way early within the refund time frame.

They refunded me the money for two suits and the cheapest ones. They kept the rest of the money, I have been arguing back and fourth with them for a full refund and they keep lying saying that the refund is being processed back into my account however they havent even sent one across. At first they said Id recieve my refund within 5-7 working days, TWO WHOLE WEEKS went by, still recieved no refund, emailed them again, they said Id recieve a refund within 24 hours, still hadnt recieved one. They kept lying and lying hoping I would forget about my money but I havent.

Also there was no way they didnt recieve all the outfits back as they was all sealed in one box, sealed and wrapped all over. Its funny how they were able to refund me for the cheapest outfits though and not the outfits I spent more money one. Would highly recommend to avoid this *** company at all costs, theyre a scam and theyll find anyway to keep the money youve spent with them even if you give their clothes back. Absolutely horrible service.

This company needs to be outed on social media for all of the *** scamming service they provide to their customers. Disgrace.

Viking Cruises - Bangkok, Bali & Beyond (misnomer)

Although this is a 13 day trip, if you do not have a pre/post extension, you will spend very little time at the two destinations in the name (Bangkok and Bali). Bus rides from the selected ports to destinations listed on the included and paid excursions are 2 or more hours.

Plan on being in a bus for a long period of time, so much so that you wonder if the destination is worth the trip. While the Puppet Theatre was a great visit, we spent several hours in traffic jams and an active demonstration. Surabaya and Jakarta included tours were disappointing (foul odors, rats in markets). In order to take advantage of the ttrip, you'll need to plan your own excursions or take the paid ones.

After a few included excursions, we knew we needed to make the most of our time on this trip so we paid to visit UNESCO heritage sites. The paid excursions were well done. However, if you want to see Burobudur Temple, Viking does not tell you that the excurision DOES NOT include the ticket to climb the temple. This was a HUGE disappointment.

The trip to the temple, otherwise, was well executed. Viking could have emphasized that proper temple dress would be required. Some folks weren't aware so some time was spent buying pants and scarves for shoulders and knees. The extension to Cambodia is fantastic.

However, if there are snafu's, Viking seems to wash their hands of excursions handed over to other companies.

(flights and such). Because of our paid excursion to Ayutthaya in Thailand, we did not actually visit Bangkok.

Vacasa - Poor customer service

Rented townhouse at Mallard Lakes in Selbyville DE. The house itself was OK but customer service was terrible.

Wi-Fi password didnt work. I contacted them through text and they tried to blame me. Im in IT so I know what needed to be done. They said that hey would escalate to local support.

Local support didnt call or come. Contacted again and they said they would look into it. 4 days later I contacted them again saying obviously you have no intention of fixing it and all I got back was oh well.

Id like to give it a higher rating but with that attitude and service I cant. I dont recommend using them.

Fetch Rewards - About my points

Im pissed about the fact that i have played some of my games here on fetch and have not earned points for tasks completed. This continues to happen to me and im extremely pissed off.

Its ripping me off and wasting my time i dont have to be messing around with this. I have goals here and i cannoy be delayed from earning what i deserve. Im trying to figure out why this keeps happening to me and why theyres always a section in the day it seems that it keeps me from earning points when i know i completed the tasks too for necessary amount of minutes? I dont understand, also i noticed that in my game play section it actually shows that i have no new games listed to download.

That usually never happens to me. Its like it says no new games come back tomorrow and earn more then? Well what does that mean? Does that mean that also with games i already have installed i cant earn with those still in the meantime?

Is that the reason im not seeing my points earned?

If so thats *** and a lousy way to run business then. I want to know the reason why im not earning points for minutes played on the games i know i completed and i demand the real truth too

Ubereats - Missing piece of chicken

I ordered (2) 4 piece chicken combos from Popeyes and only received 3 pieces of chicken on each plate. Really it was more like 2 and a half.

I received a large breast, a small drum, and both of the chicken wings were super small with barely any meat just mostly bones. I contacted uber just to at least have a price adjustment and they offered me nothing. It just showed me my business is not valued and they don't mind ripping you off. They've done stuff like this a few times before and I've tolerated it but now no more.

I'm completely finished with then.

I've gave solutions such as I can go pick up what I didn't recieved, redeliver order, or just price adjustments and nothing. Uber prices are soaring for subpar service and they don't deserve any more of money I'll just get my food myself or use doordash.

Dear Smashburger,

Why on earth would you remove your absolutely delicious black bean burger from your menu? I actually crave your black bean burgers and order it every time.

I even have my birthday dinners at Smashburger because I love your black bean burger. The Jack-fruit veggie burger is disgusting. I gagged and nearly threw up after tasting it. What were you thinking?!

Tonight was my familys last visit to Smashburger.

Congratulations on losing a whole family of customers. Well come back when you bring back the black bean burger.

I will never in my life by anything from oh Cedar again. I have bought two of the spin mops within the past month.

Because the petals on the bucket keeps breaking. I thought the first one it may be just a defect so I went and bought a second one. Within two weeks it has broke. I have tried to contact them by email to notify them And no one will return my email.

I have also called and all I keep getting is no one is available to take your call because they are busy helping other customers. I could definitely see why with all the defects of their cheap mops.

You spend $40 on a mop you would expect it to be decent. so for $80 I couldve went to Lowes or Home Depot and bought a commercial mop bucket and a commercial mop and came out like a champ but instead I have two pieces of trash sitting outside my door.
