Assurance Wireless - Refund

I would like to be refunded $30 because of all the trouble that I had to go through in order to get a new phone which I still have not received. I have been disabled for many years and cannot get around very well and I don't have a car so I have to walk or ride a bike wherever I Go. And that is very difficult for me because of my disability. I believe I am due a $30 refund for all the trouble that I had to go through when I could have just ordered the phone with my debit card and then done with it and I would probably have a phone by now. I am very sick and then in need of a phone to communicate with the hospital and my nurses. Thank you

Dollar General Corporation - Customer service

Consistently having issues with coupons in the mobile app as well as consistently getting disrespect attitude and unnecessary just negativity towards customers when asking for clarification or assistance with coupons or the mobile app. Don't hire people who give customers attitude when they ask for clarification or for assistance that's all I can that's all I can say. I emailed in to the Dollar General customer service email over 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a response I had to physically call their offices wait on hold for 2 hours just for them to offer me a call back and no resolution with the Callback. Very very very very disappointed will be taking my business( which totals over $500 monthly every month) elsewhere. Not worth it anymore

Every three or so weeks we loose orders. Every time it is due to Doordash's paywall. My customers will try and place an order, but they cannot finish up with payment. This happens over and over again. At one point I was out of customers for 6 weeks, another times two-3 days. This week Sept 26th through the 30th it has been 4 days of zero orders. When you call customer service they do not listen to the merchant, you give them the case number assigned, and they give you another case number and tell you too bad you called back, and now we are starting over again. This is crap! I have lost $200 this week in sales and still can't get it fixed. I have one more day we are open this week, and there is no possible way to make up for the losses of food I have to toss out and lost sales. Oh! And if you lose it because you are sick of the frig gin run around, they hang up on you. They do not know how to deal with customers at all. They call merchants partners, so they do not have to provide customer service. I informed the last gal that I am their customer because without the merchants and their customers she would not have a job.

Assurance Wireless - I'm upset

I called assurance to get a new phone. They told me it would cost $30 and to go to the speedway and get a popit card. The card was supposed to help me save money yet it did not. It cost me the same amount for the card as it would have had I put it on my debit card. So I did not receive the phone and I called them back and they told me I had to pay shipping and handling which was another $23 and so I paid that. Then the phone did not show up for a week which I waited and I called them back and they told me I had to pay $9 more dollars. I don't understand why they did not just do this all in the first place. They could have saved me a lot of time and money if I had just paid with my debit card. I am disabled and I cannot get around very easily and they really put me through the mill. So I'm not very pleased with insurance wireless

Temu - Items not all del products have been coming delivered later and later yet my wife order stuff and it's delivered within a few days every timeivered by due date

Excellent products for the price depending on what you order top notch quality for reasonable rates however once you download the app they constantly bombard you with quote unquote special deals of the day or quote unquote you have been selected for special promotion they will flood your phone with this type of crap which is ridiculous so tired of being pestered that's the only thing that scares me away from ordering anymore beware of advertisement bombardment once you download the app and order one purchase they will constantly bombard your email and phone with special promotions which aren't so special

Flipkart - I have been delivered a duplicate drilling machine different from BOSCH drilling machine delivered to me dated 27-09-2023 time 8:40AM. I have given Complaints with all the images of the package .

TTo be To be Sir, I have been delivered a duplicate drilling machine other than BOSCH Professional GBH 2-26 800Watt on dated 27-09-2029 time 8:40 AM. But in the package I saw a drilling machine " RELFA Rotary 20mm 700Watt is kept in it. " The delivery agent of E comm Express refused to open the package in my presence as they have only to deliver it to the customer as per his words. He had taken away the OTP from me and left very hurriedly. I have sent all the images of this package immediately by sending a message to grievance. officer@***.com. But my complaint has not been resolved. So I will go to Court for justice as I have sent 3 reminding message to this mail-id and talked to their customer service. My problem has not been resolved till now. I have paid Rs 12496.00 by Internet banking on 25-09-2023 time 5:21PM vide Order Id-329249****9935****. Walter Drake - Unhelpful customer service

I have been buying their 5 year calendar for years. The quality has gone down, (weak cardboard that doesn't support calendar), but it is convenient. I bought 2023-**** calendar. When I turned the page to October 23', there was no Oct. page! The "customer service" rep told me it had been too long, and he couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told, that was not their policy, and that I needed to follow their rules. I told him that they lost a customer and that I will write about my experience. At that point he offered a 5.00 voucher towards a new calendar, which I declined. Unbelievable. Will not use this company again.

User's recommendation: Look through every page of the calendar when you receive it, or they will not stand behind their product. Better yet, avoid buying from this company altogether.

I had the pleasure of working with Meagan Spurr when purchasing tickets for the the September 28th Tigers vs. Royals game. Meagan was very friendly, informative and organized. I originally purchased 17 tickets from her and then an additional 5 tickets. She also helped me with the ballpark app and sent instructions on how to forward tickets. Our group of 22 had the best day ever - we got to see Miggy finish the 2nd half of Wednesday's rained out game and then watch the entire 28th game - of course, the Tigers won both! Thank you Miggy for the incredible memories, thank you Meagan for the awesome customer service and thank you Tigers organization for continuing to set the standard for other ball parks!
