Thank you for preparing the return authorization for my case.
Before proceeding with the return, I wanted to kindly ask if there may still be any alternative resolution available. Although the items I received were incorrect, I can still wear and enjoy them. My main concern is that the value of the items I originally purchased was significantly higher than what I received, and I was disappointed by the warehouse mistake.
As an international customer in Thailand, the return process is also quite difficult and inconvenient for me. I've also been a loyal ALO customer and have purchased many items from your brand over the past few months.
I completely understand your policy, but I sincerely hope there may be some fair alternative, such as partial store credit, compensation, or another possible solution without requiring an international return.

I really hate this store now! They used FedEx for my first 5 or 6 orders, then they changed to USPS on my last two orders.
USPS is really slow and the worst at shipping! They need to give the customers the choices on shipping carriers. I will not ever order from Walgreens again! Goodbye, Walgreens!
I was going to keep Walgreens because they used FedEx on my first 6 orders.
I thought they have contract with FedEx. on my last order today. I ordered today and I got email with tracking number and it was USPS!!! I REALLY HATE USPS!!!
I AM TRYING TO AVOID COMPANIES WHO USE USPS!!! They need to give the customers choices on shipping carriers on their orders. I just did a test order on something cheap, and they are still using USPS. It will be my last order.
Once, USPS get my last order. UPDATE: hahahahah They DELETED my account from their site.

I second most of these reviews steer well clear of this mob! I was manipulated into upgrading my course to the highest level, in which one is taught how to then go on to manipulate others.
I was an idiot falling for it. TCI are very good at creating an emotional state in the listener and then taking advantage of it.
One aspect of the program I havent seen mentioned much in these reviews, is the option to become certified in doing personality type testing, which I did. I found that quite interesting. My own testing showed that I was an introverted personality type who was not comfortable putting myself out there (which I already knew).
So much of coaching (or obtaining coaching clients) requires one to put themselves out there, so this is a bit of a problem.
The point at which I finally said, Thats it! came when I went onto the TCI message boards to seek out long-termers with the same personality type as I had, to ask them for tips and strategies on how they became more comfortable with putting themselves out there. I thought this was logical, seek help from those who had been in my exact same situation and have overcome it I can learn from them. Nope - I was soundly shut down on the message boards and told that I should be asking for advice from those who are superstars in this area.
Umm, theyre the extroverts who were always comfortable in the spotlight anyway - how can they know where Im coming from? When I went back to the message board to query this and explain further what I was looking for, the thread was disappeared, never to be seen again.
I realised at that point that it was highly likely there were NO long-termers with my personality type, as we just werent suited to that sort of hard sell activity. I have no doubt the person doing that testing on me knew immediately I would never make it that didnt stop them upselling the bejeezus out of me!

The customer bought all three thermostats, Customer Support told them that it would work on the type of system they had , dual transformer one fan system, but Intern they had the wrong thermostat again, then I was told you needed a thermostat with RC and RH for a base plate so we bought the third thermostat Which Intern didnt work either , because you needed a C wire to power the thermostat which also needed to come from the other side of the transformer on the condenser outside , thiswas not explained very well or at allto us by Customer Support 2-3 calls later , was only until the third or fourth when Support was transferred to someone who had some knowledge about dual transformers on a single fan air for an system.

I had over $100 in pending totals that all I had to do was wait for the 7-day verification. To go along, I will be able to cash out a day before I'm able to cash out; they all disappear.
It just disappears in mid-air. I don't understand that. That's b*****.
I put in a lot of money to play those games to earn the money back, and this is how I get treated. You know on top of it all what makes it even worse it's cuz I contacted them one time they responded back one time but since I wasn't available within 10 minutes they closed the case and now I've been trying to get a whole in touch with them again and they will not email me back for nothing for nothing but what I also did was I have two phones so I decided to do a test to see if they did the same thing on my other phone cuz that I earned about a $100 on that phone as well I took a screenshots of it this time and I want to see if they do the same thing that they did to the other phone on this one and see how that ends up because if it just up and disappears again I have screenshots I have proof this time

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had lodged a complaint on 05.05.2026 for my WC seat cover under docket no. 00725536 from mobile number 983603****.
Your technician visited on 07.05.2026 and informed me that the hydraulic of the seat was not functioning and required replacement. He again visited on 08.05.2026 and tried to repair the same. During this visit, he even locked the bathroom door from inside, which none of your technicians have ever done in the last 20 years that I have been using Jaguar sanitary fittings and services. After some time, he informed me that the hydraulic could not be replaced as the part was unavailable and that the entire seat would need replacement.
I agreed to the same and he left. However, on Sunday, while cleaning the commode and toilet seat, I noticed that a portion of the seat had been broken and repaired using adhesive. I am fully convinced that the damage was caused by your technician during his repair attempt and that he deliberately pasted and concealed the damage without informing me. On Monday morning around 10:30 a.m., I lodged another complaint regarding this issue.
I was assured that the local office would contact me, but I did not receive any call from your end. On Tuesday, I again contacted your service centre. Initially, I was informed that I would be connected to the local service office, but the representative could not connect the call. I again called your customer care and explained the entire matter once more.
This time I was connected to the local area representative, whose behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he outright denied the possibility that the damage was caused by your technician and accused me of lying. Your customer care executive was also present on the conference call. I then requested escalation of the complaint and was transferred to his senior officer.
Unfortunately, the call got disconnected. I again called back, repeated the entire matter once more, and was again transferred to the senior officer, but the call disconnected yet again. Shockingly, despite all this, I did not receive a single callback from your side. Is this the level of service expected from a company of your reputation?
It is extremely disappointing and disgusting that even senior officials do not consider it necessary to return a customer's call after such a serious complaint. I no longer have the time to repeatedly call your service centre and explain the matter again and again. Therefore, I am compelled to escalate this issue through email. I hereby request you to immediately replace my damaged toilet seat and take strict action regarding the conduct of the technician and the concerned local office staff.
For your ready reference, I am attaching photographs of the damaged seat, which was clearly broken during your technician's visit and later concealed using adhesive. Please treat this matter as most urgent.

Temu LIES! Temu app said I had a lot of rewards and even verified them all and asked for 2 purchases to all the free rewards!
That was a TOTAL LIE! I never received any of the rewards I picked out, just the 2 items I purchased! That is a very poor business practice! I have bought thousands of dollars from Temu!
I have since uninstalled the app and will NEVER PURCHASE FROM TEMU EVER AGAIN! Send me all the rewards you promised that I earned and I will buy from Temu but not before I receive what you said I was supposed to receive as rewards!

Was good until now
I was contacted by a new rep who told me that there was a new 150% sign-on bonus and uploaded $75 on 700, but played it back down to 350, so I stopped there and contacted them. They let me know I needed a patrol from the account of 350. Well, she said, 'Oh, I'm sorry, the withdrawal limit for the day or minimum is $450.' All I said, and I have the messages, is that I'll be back in a second; let me go for that much. But when I do this, I will never use you to load my account ever again.
The reason I say this is that she had sent me a pre-made poster that said, 'No withdrawal minimum, get as much cash all day,' or something like that—I can get it; it's something in my messages. When I asked, she said that she never said that and just brushed it off.
Well, I went and won $491, and when I told her that I would never use you again, all she said was, 'That's your choice,' and nothing else was said. I wanted to get the $491, but when I went to get it with her, I was blocked, and my account was suspended.

I have mixed feelings about Utilita, I do like the flexibility of the 'Pay As You Go' and also the 'no standing charge' tariff as this suits my lifestyle,
however, I would just warn prospective customers to be aware that Utilita on the outset seem to provide a good service by advertising the many positives they offer yet in my experience they will not consider vulnerable persons with regards to the false claim that they offer a 'credit friendly' service..
...also beware that Utilita may charge for electricity that you have not used! I found out to my cost !
at the outset my IHD and meter were giving false readings, Utilita charged for energy that I had not used, in fairness they did give me a refund but I had to bring this issue to their attention!
I would say that it could be possible that if this happens to other people ( we are possibly talking 1000's) then not everyone would notice the over charging)
I am not saying that Utilita may be making revenue by falsifying meter readings and customers energy usage but I am just saying that I was over charged!!.. Hopefully this will gain some attention as more people notice this and Utilita are made to get their energy data capture more accurate

Absolutely unbelievable! I called at 11am yesterday to upgrade my rental to a luxury convertible.
I spent 25 mins on the phone attempting to reach a person. I was at work and couldn't stay on the call. I attempted again at 2:53pm yesterday. It took20 mins to get a person who informed me that a convertible was not available.
I asked to cancel my reservation, it was 3:09pm at this point my reservation is for 3pm today. He explained that it wasn't within the 24-hour window to cancel. I asked for a supervisor and there wasn't one available. He told me he couldn't cancel my reservation and said I could log onto "www.dollar.com/contactus" I wasn't able to find this website after numerous attempts on my phone.
I came home and again attempted numerous times using different search engines to log on and still can't log onto this site.
I want my reservation cancelled and a full refund. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
