Sent payment for over $300 AUD for a number of belts via Amazon gift card as requested by Krista at Marrs only to be told that when the card arrived it was "non redeemable" even though Amazon has checked and the card was delivered correctly and the amount has been deposited into "an" account. Krista says "we have had over 100 sales using this payment method and this has happened many times" End result - over $300 Oz out of pocket and no belts

User's recommendation: DO NOT do do business with these guys - dodgy and unprofessional.

I called twice first time I just hung on the operator bc she was so rude interrupting me while I'm trying to explain second time I called the other heifer was just as rude I didn't recall them giving name neither of them bc I would report them but maybe that's why ...I added 20 dollars on the phone and only talked 4 mins got a call this morning and my balance was too low ti accept they had excuses that it was a voicemail mind yu its not even set up but and he only called that one time bunch of bogus bs and money loss bc they cant explain to you how the money is taking or deducted I advise ya love one to buy a phone card from inside the facility. Called back to ask about a discount rate just to talk to the same rude *** ***** that reminded me she had talk to me and I told her ya but Im calling for a different reason....pissed Im beyond it and DONT RECOMMEND WAISTI G YA HARD EARNED MONEY WITH NCICWtf

i just hung up phone from one of your people. been on phone with her for 40 minutes trying to place 2 orders. your person cant speak english or under same. we fin ally told her to cancel the order. very simple order wit a total of only about 80 dollars. paYING WITH CREDIT CARD. well will cut this short. we will never buy from your company, ever. worst i have ever seen. Hi I'm a 70 year old lady and I just recieved an email saying my utube account has been suspended. I have never been threatening, abusive, no racially offensive comments etc. I have sent in an appeal but god knows how long that will take. Am I suspended forever? How long will I have to wait? Looking at others in the same situation there appeal was denied. What then? I'm appalled as I have never sent a video, I wouldn't know how, I occasionally with respect send comments but rarely. How can I have this issue sorted quickly.

DI sent in everything cash app told me to once I sold an item. They told me it was approved and the $300 USD would be funded into my account by the end of the day.... that was 3 days ago. I need someone to contact me back ASAP or there will be a police report filled on people.
