KFC Australia - Complaints

Hey id like to make 2 seperate complaints about Warrawong KFC the first one was just before the 6 of gan not too bad of a complaint it was that I was listening to music in the restaurant on headphones and I could hear the staff in the kitchen swearing very loud and when I spoke to the manager very nicely she asked me to leave . And the second one happened today where I was sitting in the restaurant at KFC warrawong just keeping to myself I was only sitting in the restaurant for about 35 minutes and they called cops on me they didn't ask me to leave or anything I got arrested and taken to the hospital because of someone making a prank call to the restaurant earlier in the day and got dragged by the police out the front of the restaurant and put into the Paddy wagon like some sort of animal and taken to the hospital where I was forced to go through trauma of getting pinned down than given a needle and they took blood from me and gave me two random pill they they didn't tell what it was and I have a afobear of needles and all this happened because I was sitting in the restaurant for 35 minutes keeping to myself , know one ask me to leave I was wrongly treated

Shiftsmart - I worked a shift and didn't get paid and there's an explanation

The code too the store wasn't going through to check in. The manager even said too email his number to shiftsmart and I did. I still couldn't get check in. While struggling too get check in, the app was trying to say i was a no show no call. I was there the hole time! Just the code wasnt going through. I arrived at 10:10am and I left close too 3pm. I did work a full 4 hour shift and way more. The check in code wasnt working and everytime I try too put in the reasons. I GOT kick out! I was there working I threw trash, mop the floor and did the cooler and store manager can tell you!! I worked hard and got no pay on the Friday the 24th just because none of the codes not working and app was trying to say no show or call and then the location was trying to say far away. But I was in the right store! And working hard.

Ordered cholesterol kit. The company's website indicates it's UK-based, but it clearly isn't. Now I realise that it has multiple websites. The item that arrived, I believe, was a previously faulty return that has been resold. It was not in its original packaging, and there were bits missing. I requested a return and a refund. That's when I started to receive requests for videos of the missing parts (go figure). At the moment, I'm receiving emails but I don't believe I will get a refund. Other reviews state they charge a £30 return fee (it's £2.97 for delivery). If I do receive a return and a refund, I will update this review but I don't think I will. On the website, they receive 5-star reviews, but I believe these are fake. These people are crooks. In the future, I will be sticking to Amazon.

Firstly, the site appear to the hotels website which I had googled. (not happy with google either!) After inputting my dates for the stay (2 nights), the price appeared, it did not indicate it was per night. After putting my payment information in and expecting a confirmation pages with costs and dates it had process the transaction costing twice the price it had shown. I cancelled the order immediately but no refund was given. I tried contacting them via their advertised number and the automated answering service but it goes no where and hangs up. I tried many times! I rang the hotel directly, they said my booking was still valid. Thinking I had booked the room on the hotels website, they informed me it was a booking agency "Hotelbeds" that use a site that looks like the hotels but is not and there was nothing they could for me.

Dear Sir, I ordered Mobile phone holder after watching an ad on Facebook. The video showed a holder which can be used by tightening on dashboard inside car. It was clearly mentioned that one + one will be delivered on order. First received a SMS: Ekart Update : Multifunctional Car Dashboa... with tracking ID FMBC0000784049 from Glance will be delivered today before 11pm (call 0114690****, PIN 149). Received the parcel thru Ekart on Wednesday 22nd January 2025. Paid 499/- thru Paytm. On opening it was observed that item was not at all as shown in advertisement. Secondly only one piece was there in the parcel. I tried my level best to contact Ekart but couldn't succeed. In this process I received a call from some so called Customer Care agent who sent me a form to register request for return & refund asking details of Bank and UPI PIN. That seems to a fraud so I blocked it. As Ekart is a part of reputed Flipkart, so I request you to kindly extend your cooperation in solving this matter. Yesterday I was going to order some items from the online shopping store name temu. I have ordered from them on previous times before.. but yesterday the sight stated that if I played a game in which they have I can get the 6 free gifts that I picked of my choice.i did everything the sight ask me to do I added them on Facebook,I added them to my friends and family. And some people that I didn't even know. But it still asking for more.i chat with their customer service and she told me the items I picked was to high price. Safelink Wireless - Service Deactivated For No Reason

I've been with Safelink through the Lifeline program for several years now and haven't had much of a problem with them until recently. Today, when trying to make a call, it wouldn't allow me to and says my service has been deactivated. Then I tried to send a text message and it kept saying sending failed. I can't get any answers as to why from the STAR chat agent or 611611 services, so I used another phone to call them. Still, I only got their automated service that had no option to reactivate my phone when listening through the prompts, so I checked the status of my enrollment to see what it says and it said I was still enrolled. The tech support option sent me to a recording that said I needed to call back during certain hours, but I don't always have access to use someone else's phone to call since my phone has been deactivated. At this point, I don't know what else to do to get this solved. I can't log into my Safelink account due to not receiving the code that's being sent to my phone which is disconnected. My data is still working perfectly; it just won't make calls or texts. I checked my Lifeline status and it also said I'm enrolled. Is there anyone that could possibly give me some insight on how I could get this resolved quickly?

Every few months there is another price increase. The latest is you can no longer choose your wifi. Now they do and automatically charge you for it. They keep raising rent amount, and add all kinds of extra charges. Indemnity fees, which we never had before, that started at 10 dollars now is 25. Trash goes up every few months. They are now newly paved streets. I've been here 6 or 7 years and they have patched, but never paved. The pool is open when they feel like it. Which is about half the time. They close it at 7 most nights when people want to go for a swim after work and before bed. They used to have street lights. There are zero anymore. It's so dark I drive my dog to a lighted area to go to the bathroom. Dogs run free and *** everywhere and the owners don't clean up. There is a HUGE feral cat problem. There is a huge raccoon and opossum problem which poses rabies risks. Anytime you complain they are always working on it. People are selling here like crazy. No one can afford the ridiculously high prices that they raise every 6 months. They don't keep the Los Robles property maintained. Friendly village has a nice pool that is open at night. Street lights everywhere, picnic table and grills for get together. Los Robles has nothing. I am putting my place up for sale. I can live in a far nicer place for much less money and no harassment from management.

The agent has approached me for new deem credit card, and he offered me you will get AED.1000 cash back provided you take card now, and cash back will be AED.500 will be immediate and other AED.500 will be based on spend, if you spend AED.7000 with in 90 days you will get total AED.1000 cash back. Immediately he took my signature and issued card after one month to me, and he told me that AED.500 joining you will get after 60 days of activation of your card, and other if you spend more than AED.7,000 then you will get another 500 after 90 days. I have activated and spent around AED.9,000 in this card, then I started to follow up with my agent for my cash back after 60 days, lucky that agent was still there in company, he told me after 90 days. Again I called him after 5 months about my cash back, he told me this campaign is not available now, but I can give you AED.500 from my pocket as guaranteed to you. I told him I have signed during campaign period, and you should give credit to me in statement not personal, After sending several emails, calls they gave me cash back of AED.500 to credit card, to get this I have wasted lot my time to follow-up. If I had spent any other card this amount I would have got this cash back easily. Secondly there was offer one + one ticket in VOX cinemas, based on this I bought 2 tickets in this card. The discount given by them was reversed by them in last day of the month, while calling they told me you need to spend AED.3000 to get this offer, I told them it's stupid, if I am spending AED.3000 in any of the cash back card which I am holding, I will get more than AED.42 easily. I suggest all not to with Deem credit card based on my experience which I have mentioned above.

The sales pitch painted an idealistic picture of career transformation and financial stability. However, key details regarding the loan terms, interest accrual, and repayment process were either not properly communicated or intentionally withheld. After making an initial investment of $1,000 and deferring payments as part of their financing structure, I was under the impressionbased on how the program was presentedthat payments would not begin until I secured a job. It was only after fully committing to the program that I discovered the truth: interest was accruing daily at a staggering rate of 4.9%. To make matters worse, I was shocked to learn that there is no option to pay directly toward the principal balance. This makes it nearly impossible to reduce the loan amount efficiently, trapping borrowers in a cycle of compounding debt. Today 26 th Jan 2025, I ordered 15 items including onion amounting 42 to blinkit. But I have got just only 14 items. They didn't pack onion. I informed the delivery boy who was asking the amount of 1019 ( including onioin) which was paid instantly. I requested the boy to show me the receit or deduct the amount of onioin, but he couldn't provide me any slip. He told me that he would come again & deliver onion but he didn't.The system of Packaging is not up to the standard.The app should be revised again. They should immediately deduct the price of the items which are not being delivered. Thank you.

Despite completing the payment and trusting the reliability of both your services, I have not received any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. Repeated attempts to reach out to Nmedicines have gone unanswered, and there has been no assistance from Razorpay to address my concern either. This lack of response and accountability is highly unprofessional and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect timely communication and resolution. I request: 1. I shipped a crate across country, twice, and both times ABF added what I consider to be bogus charges. For the return trip they claimed that the crate dimensions were 52x36x54. The reason this matters is because the density of the package (weight/volume) is calculated, which can affect the rate. I received a notice of additional charges more than one week after delivery. Fortunately I still had the crate, and remeasured it, and I had measured it correctly. It is not difficult to use a tape measure correctly, and if a business is going to charge their customer an additional $100, 20%, it is incumbent upon ABF to get the measurement correct, which they did not. I sent pictures of the tape measure up against the crate, but apparently that was not good enough. Fortunately the order was placed thru a broker and the extra charge was reversed. I believe the broker 'ate' the cost. I note that ABF is not BBB approved. "QUOTED: 1 Plt. I opened my account with eBay on 23 May 2021 and they suspended it on 22 January 2023. I rarely used it. When I noticed it had been suspended, I assumed it was because I was hacked and left it as I did not need to use it at that time. On 9 January 2025, I wanted to make a purchase. I successfully changed my password, but nothing happened. I sent an email to eBay asking for help. I was staggered by their response. This account was suspended by them after reviewing my account activity and general activity on my account which 'poses a risk to eBay and its community'. They won't give me a specific reason, but their choice 'is final and irrevocable'. I always paid using PayPal and I always checked first to make sure I had enough in the appropriate account to cover my purchase. I then looked at my bank statements. I keep everything. There were no declined transactions and I had only made 4 purchases. On 3 separate occasions, I ordered flea treatments for my dogs and the last purchase was for ink cartridges for my printer. What is suspicious about these? I am a 71-year-old female, with no criminal convictions, and 2 speeding tickets (last one 25 years ago). I don't even have any parking tickets. I am a real danger to the community!

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had – AVOID 32 Degrees at ALL COSTS

I cannot stress enough how horrendous my experience with 32 Degrees has been. This company has demonstrated a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic respect for their customers. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical practices. Failure #1: Broken Promises and No Follow-Through From the very beginning, I was strung along by multiple representatives, each making promises they had no intention of keeping. I was guaranteed a callback within 24-48 hours by a supervisor that never happened. Days later, I had to follow up myself, only to be bounced between supervisors who provided conflicting information and zero real solutions. Failure #2: Contradictory and Misinformed Communication One of their employees admitted in writing that an issue I experienced was their mistake. Later, a Customer Experience Manager blatantly contradicted this and tried to rewrite the narrative entirely. How is it possible for one company to be so disorganized and inconsistent? Failure #3: Insulting and Dismissive Solutions When it came time to offer a resolution, the company provided a joke of a discount code that forced me to spend more than I had planned. This was their idea of compensation for wasting my time, ignoring my concerns, and failing to follow through on promises. This wasn't a solution, it was a slap in the face. Instead of rectifying their mistake, they added insult to injury. Failure #4: Poor Quality Control I had previously purchased a coat from this company on Amazon, and even their products are starting to reflect their declining standards. The coat I purchased was larger than the same size in their previous models, showing obvious lapses in quality control. Combine this with their abysmal customer service, and it's clear this company is going downhill fast. Failure #5: Wasting My Time This entire ordeal has been an exhausting, frustrating waste of time. 32 Degrees dragged this process out unnecessarily, ignored their own promises, and failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer care. They've made it crystal clear that they don't value their customers, and I refuse to support a company with such blatant disregard for its patrons. Final Thoughts If you're considering purchasing from 32 Degrees, don't. Their products are declining in quality, their customer service is virtually nonexistent, and their inability to resolve simple issues in a professional manner is shocking. I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to avoid them entirely. There are far better companies out there that care about their customers and stand behind their products. 32 Degrees isn't one of them. I ordered two Dubble cheese burger meails from stack in shake in Elyria on January 18 and 19th the cheese burger was over cooked and it's was not even tasty and it was hard to eat and then the next day I thought that it would be better but it was not i was very disgusting and disappointed in my food and it's didn't even tasty and FRASH like u used to make it before and the fries were not very good and it's used to be my favorite restaurant i got it though Uber Eats but it your restaurant too make sure that your customer have a good meal and it tastes good and so they want to come back i had two different mails on two different days and the plan Dubble cheese burger was over cooked and not very good and the fresh should be warm hot so u can eat them i spread a lot of money so I can eat your food because it used to be my favorite thing in your restaurant but you don't want to make your customer very happy when you get bad food like that u don't want to Eats thee again once it happens 2 different time and u never answer me back with a response to fixed the problem it's your restaurant and your responsibilities the Elyria restaurant has gone down hill and u really need to work on this is really hope that you will help me out and then give me a call 440-225-**** Kelly Lynn bessette klb2875@***.com to fixed what u wrong

I feel at my wits end. I am unable to go out at present due to ear problems. I was relying on you delivering the kibble to my home as you promised. I need my money back asap so I can purchase the kibble elsewhere. If you can deliver to my home tomorrow then that will be okay. Otherwise I need the money back to buy the kibble from my local pet shop. My neighbour will go for it. Please do not ignore me. Its been a chore first I moved no problem then I moved my wife own account no problem. Then I tried to move my daughter under my account and the turned off both our phones finally got them working after 3.5hrs. Then the price was not right 60 bucks monthly I was paying 25 before I added my daughter. They said next bill cycle it would be right nope. Still 60 called back and they said no problem will be 50 now then they turned her phone off completely. Another hour on the phone moral of the story dont add people to your account just set them up on their own account it probably is cheaper if they knew what they was doing but they are awful back to sixty now so Im gone wait till close to next billing cycle and transfer back to visible and then a month later set up my daughter on her own account on total then it will be 50 total for both lines its a shame the support is so incompetent
