Pogo - Poor customer service

It's a decent game site as far as variety of games and cost of membership (you can also play for free with ads). Not as good as it used to be and not as good as some other sites, but it's decent. And there is a lot of free badges and challenges, as well as ones you can purchase. However, if you tend to be more than just a casual player, buyer beware - there are often issues in games and their customer service is an absolute joke. They don't care about their players and it shows, in everything from lack of communication to their selection of games for challenges, to not resolving game issues for months at a time unless it's a really, really major issue affecting a majority of players in a popular game to the point of making it absolutely unplayable. I only stick with it because I've been a member for over 15 years, definitely wouldn't recommend for anyone to join today.

I saw cot they posted cot sofa fridge dinning table urgent sale army they mentioned in ur olx app i called him and asked cot he tell me dat 6 months cot due to transfer am selling urgently he said that am working in airforce meenambakkam airport i promise on my uniform sister i said dat i want to see the cot but he replied its not possible sister as per army rule is not possible then i said u send the product i can pay in hand but as per army rule u have pay advance 20% Cash they said total cost 8000/- you pay 1500 rs wait for 20 minutes with in 1hr i can deliver the cot then only they can allow to sell the product he sended me id card also after dat i send to him1500 and he send me one bill all the details mentioned in dat bill and ask to send me the cot for dat he said wait i will go senior officer for courier th cot and he late night all army courier is closed morning i can deliver ok then morning i called and asked what about my cot he said army courier will call you for deliver the cot after 5 minutes he called me in true caller the name is coming army courier he said me dat you have pay 3500rs tome then only oder can be dispatched other wise it will be hold i said cancel my order for dat they said ur amt is hold for 6 months again i called both the person they didnt pick the calls again i tried in another number agai he is telling am having all the products 6 months old why you are allowing this type of persons in olx pls kindly take action in dat persons they working in group i think take action fast in olx app

Never again Prestige Flowers

I have ordered with Prestige Flowers for delivery in London, to an address that I had already before sent flowers with Prestige Flowers. This time the flowers were not delivered because the address could not be found!!! After a few days I inquired with Prestige Flowers and was told that this was not their problem but that of the delivery company to which Prestige Flowers had outsourced the delivery. Upon my inquiry whether I would get a refund of the full £38.48 I was told that I could get £10!!! Conclusion: Prestige Flowers never delivered the flowers, not even with a delay, and refused to refund the money that they cashed in without fulfilling the contract. I cannot recommend anybody to use Prestige Flowers for the above reasons. Totally unreliable. I regret that I did not check out earlier reviews concerning Prestige Flowers but I could not imagine that any company would act in such a manner.

I am only going to give you 3 as you do not cater for people who do not have stoves. As all the stuff I ordered had to be cooked on a stove, it did not suit me at all. As I told the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone, I gave the whole box to my next-door neighbor. Even though she has 4 kids and herself and I ordered for myself, you do not cater for 1 so I had to order for 2. Plus, my fridge/freezer is not really big enough to put all the frozen goods in it. She was happy to have the box and could add more items for her family. Everything came packed very well and the cards you sent are fantastic too. I thank you but will not order again, so please make sure to cancel all of my orders. The box of products is very good for those with a stove, as this needs to be cooked.

Pick N Save - Rude and harassing staff

They need an overhaul of staff and management . The management and staff is rude and insulting to customers . I heard the management last week complaining to a customer that they cannot keep staff because all of their cashiers are getting " yelled at" because he said all of the customers on the west side of Madison are terrible. So woe is Pic n Save that they cannot keep staff. They hire rude people and those ppl are rude to other employees too .. that's most likely why their employees quit. It's a very unprofessional and toxic staff. . The manager huffed at the suggestion that he inquire as to how other stores are actually keeping their employees. The management obviously doesn't see that his staff is being rude and insulting to customers first or he doesn't care to know. Cashiers get mad and attack customers when they get asked about overcharges and the failure to honor sales prices and their own coupons . It has happened to me before and I have started shopping other stores. Today was the worst and now tegardless of the convenience of their store on Maple prairie and Mckee I won't shop them again.. They have a problem . They induce customers with sales prices and coupons that they refuse to honor. And they attack the customer instead of just apologizing ..They are supposed to be agents of the store Maybe Pic NSave should let them know that. A simple sorry and I can or cannot fix something is usually enough . But instead they get defensive and attack the customers. Then they gang up on the customer too and the manager has no control or doesn't care to correct his employees for their mistakes or take responsibility for the stores mistakes either. They are also price gouging too even before they offer the fake " discount" coupons. Example Tidy cat lightweight litter was 20.99 at picnsave. It was15.49 at Hy-Vee. Regular price . Picnsave and Hy-Vee both offered a manufacturers coupon/ sticker for 2.00 off. So the final manuf price was going to be 18.99 at pic n save and 13.59 at Hy-Vee. Picnsave sent me a personal coupon based on my card use in an envelope for 2.00 off of this product. But they refused to honor it.. and not nicely but in a manner akin to accusing me of a federal crime because apparently unbeknownst to me or the first cashier they don't allow coupons to be used when a manufacturer offers a discount sticker on the product . But they knew this when they issued the personal.coupon through the mail directly to me this week. They knew the coupon would never be honored. I wonder if they committed mail fraud? They tried to say that since the manufacturers coupon would last beyond the time of their own coupon expiration I should not use that coupon just the first one they sent. Their store coupon will expire long before the manuf coupon (so it is completely worthless) The cashier got very nasssssty when I asked for the coupon back if she was not going to honor it. Even nastier when I asked her name and if they have cameras . She started yelling and making unfounded accusations and hurling insults . She was then joined in by another female employee. This all started after Don't donI had originally swiped the manuf coupon and then tried to use the personal store coupon but it did not work. I asked the cashier standing on the aisle for help to see what the problem was . I told him I had used the manuf coupon and asked if that was why the store coupon was" possibly blocked? " He called for assistance ..The rudest person ever placed behind a counter showed up and was later joined by an even worse loud mouthed cashier from two aisles over. I asked for her name and if they had cameras so corporate could review it . I left the store without my groceries and have no.intention of ever doing business in that store . The manager was complaining loudly to a customer the other day that he cannot keep staffed because ALL of the customers on the west side are always yelling at his employees . If they are it's because the pic n save employees are yelling first and insulting them. They never apologize and the store is literally stealing money from customers.( And I caught them.postdating their deli.meat too but no one even apologized for that either ) Pic n Save needs to investigate and reeducate their staff. Or if this is how their corporate runs their store maybe the attorney general should investigate Pic N Save

Frustrated with EOS Fitness

I regret to inform you that my experience with EOS Fitness has escalated into a very frustrating situation. It has now been over two months since I initially raised the issue regarding my cancellation on June 28, 2024. Despite assurances that my membership and personal training agreement were canceled and that I would not be charged more than $1 (as long as I informed within 3 days of joining), I have been charged $88 and $72.98, and I am being repeatedly contacted about late payments. I have already provided proof of relocation, yet these unauthorized charges persist, and, to make matters worse, I continue to receive calls and texts regarding failed payments. Additionally, my most recent conversation with one of the representatives was highly unpleasant. The tone and manner in which I was spoken to made it seem as if I was an inconvenience, and as if they were doing me a favor by simply engaging in the conversation. This is unacceptable, considering that I've been nothing but patient throughout this entire ordeal. I have been more than cooperative, yet I am being harassed over payments I should not even be responsible for. This situation has turned into an absolute nightmare.

Fox News - CPS illegally took my child

To those American people out there going through a CPS child protective court, Family law, or Juvenile case. This is my story. I'm Pamela Morris. The CPS broke my heart by taking my child from me with no proper investigation done. My child was removed from his home and placed with a family member who had rights to care for my child from birth until he was 2. My child was returned to my care. I was able to do everything I was asked by CPS and I got my case closed. I moved back home with my mom and at that time I was working and my child was attending school. I was getting everything done to keep my child in good health and care. I had to attend work so I left my child with his father who was also working at the time, so we both had to work. My child's father left my son in the care of his grandma and so the grandmother called my son's cousin to pick him up. When I got home I asked where my child was. They said oh he's with his cousin, so I called to say I was coming to pick him up and she told me I wasn't getting my child back because of past mistakes. So I said, 'here I come.' She told me to remove myself from her home before she shoots me. I told her, 'OK, you want to play like that?' She said, 'Oh yeah, and CPS is already involved.' I said, 'Really?' I never talked to a CPS worker. My son was removed without CPS or police coming to remove my child from his grandma's house. We had to go to court and me and the father were able to have visits until my son's cousin filed for adoption without proper steps. Now she wants me to stop fighting her in court, but she put us back in the courts. She tells me to stop fighting for him. She isn't letting me see my son at all. Saying that to say where is love and efforts to keep families together? That's not helping our children who are without us - the people who are supposed to care for our children and give them safe meaningful lives we never got to live. Who's going to give us parents the chance to be in the lives of their children? We won’t stop fighting! If we don’t fight for what's ours, then who will? I got there internet service and when I got the equipment and started setting it up something told me that I am going to have a crazy time with them. So my first day I tried connecting everything together like ur supposed to. After messing around with it for 3 hours I finally called them and told them I needed a tech to come out cause they had to come and get everything connected it all together. It worked for like 10 hours and I had a tech come out 2 other times and still to this day my internet is straight *** It comes and goes like non stop I have to connect all my devices together every other hour. Its gotten so bad that it froze my 55 inch Samsung smart tv screen from disconnect the service all the time. Now I have to pay a service Man to come out and fix my Tv which cost me close to 600 dollars for it to get fix. All I I know is the service from spectrum has been straight trash

Incident on August 25, 2024. I placed a pickup order. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The employee told me no order popped up on their screen. So, I asked how I could get my money back. She said she didn't know about all that. She told me not to get an attitude with her and started fussing and cursing at me. So, I stepped outside to call corporate Customer Service. The representative asked me her name. I told them I didn't know, but I could go back inside and ask if she would tell me. She said her name was Delisa. The representative told me not to worry, I'll be refunded and compensated for the incident, so I left the premises empty-handed. I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm a dog when I'm spending my money with a business. I will never go back to that location because I don't want her preparing my food. Can I get what's owed to me? I never got my food or refund. I have called several times about the issue, but all I keep getting is that someone will contact me. If the issue isn't resolved as promised, I will never spend another dollar in Church's Chicken.

At Melbourne, Florida, Thrifty, located at 1 Air Terminal Pkwy, Melbourne, FL 32901, I've had multiple unpleasant experiences which most importantly involve Thrifty overcharging me with hidden fees that are not disclosed at the time of rental and charging me duplicate toll charges. First, in 2022, Thrifty duplicately charged me for tolls, meaning I was double charged for every toll that I went through. Days after returning the vehicle, I then had to go through my credit card records and dispute with Thrifty, which took me several hours! Then again in 2023, when I rented a vehicle, I asked the clerk if there was unlimited mileage and she said 'yes.' I then drove the car to the next state, which was only a few hundred miles away, and I was charged an extra $250! I will never use Thrifty again and I will recommend to everybody that I know, or anybody that I can get to listen to me, to never use Thrifty Car Rental if they value their money.

Disney Cruise Line - To call Disney Magic Entertainment Manager

I wanted to SPEAK with ANYONE on board the Disney Magic that was from the entertainment department. My son is a dancer on the Disney Magic and I am flying from Australia to surprise him and I'm doing the 4 night Halloween cruise from the 16th to 20th September 2024. The customer service person that I called wouldn't put me through to anyone on board the Disney Magic. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get through. What if it was an EMERGENCY and it was imperative that a crew member be contacted. I don't even want to go on he cruise now as I am disgusted in the treatment of the Disney Magic to it's paying passengers. I will be putting in a formal complaint.

I have booked the ticket online and the ticket was successfully issued to me. While on boarding in the bus, when the bus started, the bus conductor came to me and checked the ticket. He asked me how much I paid online for the ticket? I told him the exact price paid online. Then he started asking 90 rupees more and said the ticket price has been increased since last night and I have to pay the extra bus fare difference, otherwise I need to get down from the bus. I refused to get down and asked him to take legal action as I am already having a confirmed ticket then why to pay extra? He has harassed me throughout the journey. These kind of conductors made the journey of public the worst experience. I don't want to buy ticket from clear trip now. Thanks

To: CarMax Business Services, LLC Attention: Legal Department 12800 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway Richmond, VA 23238 Notice of Default and Final Opportunity to Cure I am writing to provide this Notice of Default regarding the breach of contract, failure to deliver the vehicle as agreed, and other violations related to my purchase of a 2017 Dodge Journey (VIN: 3C4PDCAB0HT706937), financed under the terms provided by CarMax Business Services, LLC ('CarMax'). On August 6, 2024, I applied for financing through CarMax, and the purchase was approved under specific terms, including a $0 down payment plan. I provided all necessary documentation as requested. However, despite my full compliance, CarMax failed to deliver the vehicle as agreed, made unreasonable demands for additional documentation, and ultimately marked the vehicle as sold to another party without my knowledge or consent. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter through direct communication with CarMax, including a formal demand letter dated 08/18/24 and 08/25/24, but have not received a satisfactory response. CarMax is hereby provided a final opportunity to cure the default by taking the following actions within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice: 1. Provide immediate delivery of the 2017 Dodge Journey per the agreed terms; or 2. Provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including any associated costs and damages, and compensate me for damages as set forth in my prior demand; and 3. Deliver copies of all documents related to the sale, title transfer, and lienholder change, as well as any communications with Fairwinds Credit Union. If CarMax fails to cure this default within the specified timeframe, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action, including filing a civil complaint and requesting a Summary Default Judgment against CarMax for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and loyalty, fraud, and damages, including but not limited to those outlined under civil money penalty provisions and UCC § 3-505.
