Prime Storage Group - This company is basically a bunch of Thieves

September 21st of 2024 I rented a 10x10 unit climate-controlled by the time I was able to gain access it was about 9:00 at night they close at 10:00 so I wasn't able to get all of my belongings over there so the next day we had found out that we needed to evacuate because we had a hurricane coming so when I went back to the facility to place a padlock on my unit I was not permitted to gain access due to the company also evacuating they had the padlocks on the gates and couldn't access the pin pad to put in my gate code again due to the storm that very Wednesday I too evacuated because we were in the middle of a state of emergency fast forward a couple of days I get a notice from this company stating that I needed to vacate within 3 days because they are not renewing my lease they tried saying that I was living in this unit because they said they found a bed in the unit well first off they put a padlock on my unit so how could anybody be living in there second off of course you're going to find furniture people's belongings from a home inside of this unit but did I point out I was unable to continue moving the first time because they closed at 10:00 and I wasn't able to start moving till after 9:00 because of their protocol from the time I placed my order online to the time I was able to gain access so they took my money three to five days later during the state of emergency when I was in Ohio they gave me 3 Days To come and retrieve my belongings but then refuse to give me a refund because they said that they terminated my lease because I was living in it which is all false accusations I haven't turned submitted them with the video where it clearly shows that I was unable to gain access I also have my Google activity amongst other things to prove that everything they're stating is a lie they also tried to say that their employee said that I told them that I rented it for a friend why would I do that that makes no sense I rented it for myself because I had another unit that I had had for 4 years and another company and I was getting twice the space for half the price that's why I was moving to them so I would highly recommend that you do not entertain the idea of renting any self-storage space or anything else from this company

FBooked a 1 night 4* hotel stay with Tina Turner theatre tickets for 2. Booked then realised it would be unlikely I could attend due to illness in my family. Virgin Experience Days washed hands and said it was all up to Holiday Extras now. Awful company, no morals or any empathy. Robotic and arduous to get hold of. Refused refund for 1 night hotel stay over a month in advance! The 4* hotel was the Conthorpe Tara and is not a 4* hotel, Trip Advisors shows this and was half an hour from the theatre for a hotel and theatre stay experience!!! Just awful, made a mistake not to be made again!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE, they are not good and misleading.

NFL - Stop Troy and Buck

During last Saturdays football game, it was very obvious to majority of NFL fans the Troy Aikman and Buck ONeill were bad mouthing NFL refs game calling, as well as certain prominent and successful Kansas City Chiefs players! Because of their narrow minded ignorance, it has now provoked and ignited a huge wave of massive hate against the Kansas City Chiefs, their fans, and our city. Hate that is unwarranted because they have been brainwashed and manipulated by Troy and Buck biased, unfair and inaccurate reporting! History shows as the buck ONeill has been hating on Kansas City for as long as I can remember because he doesnt like the Kansas City Royals either, and hes made that well known. The fans here in Kansas City see it. As for Troy, hes a has trying to stay relevant. An egotistical man whose ego wont allow himself to deal with the fact that this #15 is better. His job is to remain neutral and call the game, not stoke division amongst teams, players and fans. He should be embracing Patrick Mahomes success and the Chiefs success. They are literally making history as we speak. Please know that these words are written by a former devoted fan who used to love and adore Troy when was with the Cowboys. But too many blows to the head has changed who he is and I no longer wish to call myself his fan because of it. The irony of him carrying on for five minutes about two rushing the passer calls, especially considering his long history of concussions as a player, is truly mind-bogglingliterally! NFL Either get rid of these two and replace them with neutral announcers, who can set aside their inflated make egos.

Ordered the Rush, Studio Album box set on November 8th, 2024, now the 24th of January 2025, and nothing. I should have known better, as this is a blatant *** lie! This box set was a Rhino Music exclusive limited to "3000" sets, and of course, it's sold out and now goes for 3X the sticker price. Website "claims" delay in shipping date, now the 29th of January 2025(pic attached), and the 4th date change! I'm emailing Rhino Music to advise them of these scammers and bullshitters! Universal Music Canada claims to be based in Toronto, yet phone number, email addee, and shipping are all in California. Admit it, you don't have it, and you are not getting it!! LIARS...THIEVES...IF I COULD GIVE YOU A "0" RATING I WOULD!!

Amazon - Slow. delivery, unprofessional packing, damaged products and more

I recently ordered four Chromalux Full Spectrum Lightbulbs 150W from Amazon. The ad on Amazon states that the lightbulbs came from Swansons. It took an extremely long time for them to arrive, and when they did, the cardboard box looked very old, tired, and abused, like a reused box. The box was taped with clear packing tape as though an extremely inebriated person had taped it. The box did not have the signature Swanson tape on it. When I opened the box, there was a receipt folded into a thick square, which is ridiculous because if a company includes a receipt in the box, it is never folded at all, it is always placed in unfolded. This thickly folded receipt was between the box flaps and had tape stuck to it because the box had been taped twice, once on the inside on top of two of the box flaps, and then taped again on the outside, which is very odd. The packing looked as though an extremely inebriated person had done it. It was not packed to protect the light bulbs. There was only partial packing. There was no packing or bubble wrap underneath the bulbs, and they sat flat on the bottom of the box. Three of the lightbulbs worked, but one did not, and the filament inside the bulb was broken. I left a customer review with Amazon describing the situation, and I stated that I like the product but that I will not be ordering it through Amazon again because of the problem. I did not ask for my money back or a replacement for the broken bulb because I do not like Amazon's policy of not allowing for emails to describe problems. It's all done by AI, with limited choices, no person, no human being to discuss anything with. It's terrible. I left a review because Amazon asked me to in an email,. Amazon emailed me again thanking me for the review, and stated it was published, but the review can only be seen if you click the link in the email. If I go to the Amazon website and look for reviews, they can't be found! No customer reviews are available for me to see. It all seems to be AI trickery. All the products I shop for on Amazon now seem to take weeks to arrive. If I had initially noticed the notification on the Amazon website that the bulbs came from Swansons, I would have ordered them directly from Swansons because I am a long-time loyal Swanson customer, and I would also have taken the opportunity to order other products from Swansons. I have been shopping with Swansons regularly for at least ten years if not longer. I have never had an issue like this before. If Swanson is depending on Amazon to pack and deliver for them, who packed it – Amazon or Swanson? I can't imagine that Swanson packed the box like that. I have Prime with Amazon, but when I order, Amazon suddenly stopped next-day or very soon delivery with me, even with my Prime account. Whenever I look at any item on the Amazon site, it says it will take weeks to arrive. It's very discouraging. I want to provide feedback about this - the box, the packing job, the broken bulb, the extremely slow delivery. AND HERE IS THE KICKER. I met with my Bible Study group yesterday and told them all about how wonderful the Chromalux Full Spectrum Light Bulb is and how well they work and where I got them, from Amazon. They are all interested in the bulbs. One of my Bible Study classmates ordered the bulb from Amazon yesterday, and she told me that with her Prime account, the bulb would be delivered today, that's one-day delivery for my friend. Yet when I look at the same bulb on Amazon, it says delivery won't be until February. Why does my friend get next-day delivery but I have to wait until February? What is going on? I am sending one order number for the light bulbs, but this problem of extremely slow delivery is happening now on all my orders. Sincerely, Susan Littleton

I looked on Amazon and you bought a product from a third party seller, Swanson Health Products. They packed and shipped your item.

If I order from them, I can get delivery February 2. The same products are shipped and sold by Amazon for a few dollars more and I can get on January 29 with Amazon Prime.

Third party sellers don’t follow Prime and usually only ship once a week. If you want Prime shipping and quality packing look for “shipped from and sold by Amazon.” Otherwise you are at the mercy of the third party seller.

I already know the item was from Swanson. I stated that my friend ordered the exact same item yesterday from Amazon after I told her about it and is receiving it today.

She did not have to order faster shipping. As for the packing when I have bought directly from Swanson, I have never had Swanson pack like that. They never sent an abused, previously used box with inadequate and improperly inserted packing/bubble wrap. Swanson uses a signature green tape with their logo on it, the tape on the box I received was plain clear packing tape.

My regular items I am re-order from Amazon that once arrived in a reasonable amount of time are now way much longer. Something more is wrong. This is not just about third party sellers.

I've contacted Swanson and we'll see what they have to say. I have not yet contacted the other sellers of products I order through Amazon, but like I'm saying, delivery that was once reasonable now it is not.

Concentra - Complaint

Last Tuesday , Was a follow-up at Concentra,, Modesto, CA. I saw N.P. Dorothy Smith for the first time. I waited 45 minutes in a hot room, Finally I met Nurse Smith, she seemed unaware of my case. Her attitude was harsh, and after another 30 min alone at same room. She came with returning to work immediately after only one month of my spine surgery, despite my surgeon's note advising of no work until full recovery. Even sitting causes pain, but my concerns were dismissed. It seems they prioritize pleasing insurance over my recovery even my claim adjuster didn't like me to back to work now . It is my second spinal surgery due to work issues, and Im committed to my full recovery.

Amazon - Opened package missing item

Recently the last few packages I've ordered have been opened, it was not an issue until one of my items was missing. I called customer service. Customer service was able to get the missing item replaced, and I requested that specific driver does not deliver to my home anymore. If this happens again I will be taking legal action against both Amazon and the driver. Amazon as a whole has gone downhill. I've had nothing but problems with orders from missing completely, damaged, used items and even late packages with prime. I have ended my prime membership and am now using other logistics companies.

The security guard assaulted me around 9:30 pm on 1/18/2025 it started at the stairway by the alley the guard was extremely rude and unprofessional then when I went to the front by the office the other guard was coming out and I asked him could I fill out a complaint then the rude guard got in my face stating I couldnt file a complaint he was being rude and aggressive as I was asking the other guard about a complaint form the rude guard got in my face yelling at me then hit me in the face for no reason at all Heres the statement from responding officer According to LVMPD CAD notes, Derrick is prohibited from being on the property and had been repeatedly instructed by security to leave. Although Derrick's girlfriend resides in an apartment on the property, she continues to allow him to return. Derrick claimed that he was punched in the face by Terrenova, a security officer, but Terrenova denied this, stating he only pushed Derrick when he got in his face while being escorted off the property, as he felt threatened. There was no evidence to support Derrick's claim of being punched, although Derrick did admit to blowing air into Terrenova's face during the incident. Note this incident was the only time I was asked to leave the property

They come off like they are the biggest tshirt sales company out there doing tshirt sales for anybody that wants to sell a T-shirt threw them ...with little or no technical problems. They claim they are for everybody but they aren't.. I wasted hours of my time and thousands of dollars on trademark fees and printing their name on my ordering of T-shirt flyers(bonfire.com)when come to find out that they wouldn't print up my shirts or take the orders because of the bikinis /tbacks . . We're not approved by them ...not only did I spend thousands of dollars on presales that Iam out of pocket but now I don't even know who to go to to print shirts up the event is in two days and there will be a half a million people there and I have no product...Thanks a lot Bonfire tshirt company for misrepresenting yourselves.. .and Iam posting this because I know if this happens to someone else they aren't going to be as nice as I am about this and I don't want something really bad to happen

User's recommendation: If you want them to make tshirts for you and sell them to customers that are going to their website to sell for you don't waste your time...I wasted hours trying to get their program to accept my artwork...and thought it was a problem with my connection but after I hit the sell button after I did all their directions to the t on the list (hours of my time and thousands of dollars in investments of trademarks and printing their name on paper so when everybody looked at the paper they new what we site to order the product from ...well their program looked like it was a technical error but actually they said that they didn't like my artwork that it wasn't something that they could sell for me..it was just a picture of a girl on the beach wearing what girls on the beach around here wear...but they mis represented themselves to me which cost me possibly tens of thousands of dollars .a half a million people are showing up for an event here and I had the dead ringer for sales and they refused to sell for me and that's all I want to say that I hope that this doesn't happen to somebody else... because I doubt that they will be as nice as IAM being about this

the smartscan app didn't scan correctly, I retained the one item it flagged but otherwise thought all was well. Asked staff for help with that one item but they then scanned another & said that also wasn't scanned. Took me to a till, did total rescan said 10 items missed. Made me go to 'cupboard room' where a manager came to tell me I either waited for police with 2 other men already being detained or have a lifetime ban! Then was told to open my banking app to provide ID - the man then went onto my touchscreen, without asking my permission, accessed my bank statements and my address. My exit from the room was blocked by another male staff member. I had paid in full, had tried to scan everything but was not given any opportunity to speak or explain. I was intimidated and my personal information violated. Emails to executive office are bounced back 24 hours after sending. All absolutely appalling. DO NOT TRUST SMARTSCAN

I wish I could give them zero Stars after speaking with their horrible customer service agent Jenny!! They refused to transfer me to a supervisor or Manager or even have someone in management call me back. I initially thought the world of this Car Wash Company. As a new promotion they were offering their best car wash $29.99 for $24.99 a $5 off Promo and it was good for a month, but it would automatically renew unless you canceled 2 weeks prior to the start of the new 30-day cycle at the regular price which should have been $29.99 but no now they say it's $49.99 plus tax!! $53.47 As soon as I got the alert for the charge from my credit card company I started trying to contact this company by phone and on their website but they don't call you back and their phone system is horrible, I waited an hour before I got through to someone while I was on hold listening to a crazy recording that doesn't respond to you entering any of the selections offered!! When I did finally get through, I spoke to young lady named Jenny who said that they could not do anything because the new period had started and I had gone through three times and that if they were to cancel then they would have to charge me $30 for each of those car washes!! But I broke down the math to her; if it's $50 per month and you can go up to 30 times in a 30-day period then it's really only $1.67 for each car wash and I said; well go ahead and charge me $1.67. times 3 and give me my refund for the difference and cancel my membership,but they refused. This con job is known as bait and switch and it is illegal!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Verify your auto renewals for the correct amount as they will not issue any refunds any credits and just have lousy customer service just crooked company!!!

Since getting the vehicle which is a 2013 Malibu LT, I've had none stop mechanical issues, took to shop several times and even more issues,replaced a lot of parts on vehicle just for it to just about be ready for the junk yard, the mechanic is literally messing the car up even more each time it went in,spent at least close to 3-5 grand on repairs,the guy is rude argumentive and doesn't listen. I think for paying $508 a month for the $40,000 loan on a car that's literally only worth $13,000 at most is already ridiculous but what can you do when you need a car quick,this is the 3rd roll over on junk.they are a scam and ruining people's credit knowingly and it's disgusting how they treat their customers.i wouldn't recommend them to anyone,nothing but problems ,I'm not amused I want to scream from all this.idk how they live with themselves doing what they do to people.ugh

Virginia State Police - Need help

Last 3 years someperson or persons have been coming into my home uninvited usually when I'm not home. Damages have happened invasion of my privacy Trespassing Stalking To the point I am scared!! I'm female ,60,live alone. I've ask my home county officers to help multiple times with none given. Actually laughed in my face told each time to put up camera's. I've repeatedly told them no way I can afford that.. Lastly fingerprints was left on a jar in my home ,I took to police ask to fingerprint and they refused to even try. It was a very clear print. That day I was told to take it to the state police. Will u help me solve this crime that others think is funny but deffently in no way funny to me. Ibis Hotels - Disgusting Treatment at Ibis Bophut

We checked in on Jan 22/25 at the Ibis Bophut in Koh Samui. The room was terrible with access via a freight elevator in the laundry loading dock. We requested a room change and were given another room (5119). The room was okay, but the barhroom stank like a sewage tank. Apparently there were no other rooms available as td to us by reception. They said stay in that room and they would move us in 2 days. On Jan 24, we were informed that we would have to check out at 12pm and then wait for 3 hours to check in again as there would be no rooms ready until then. As we were waiting in the lobby, all sorts of people were checking and here we sit still wajting until 3pm. We're not impressed with the way we have been treated by Ibis and at the bare minimum expect an apology from the hotel. John Wilson

It went really well at first I got a response back pretty fast. I replied then I get no answer back. Im supposed to be sent to Parts. Im still waiting. Its been three weeks, but I am still not able to use this leaf blower. I bought because its missing parts. Its just sitting here. Im losing money every day because of it. Its the first time in decades that Ive had to play a waiting game with you guys. Its never been like this. Its always been great service but this time its for the birds Im kind of disappointed. I hope to get Matt gets dressed And my parts get sent to me so I can continue doing business with Husqvarna.

RXO Delivery people took a new dryer from my house, along with a washer for which I paid for removal

I purchased a new washer and dryer from Lowe's to be delivered to my home. I also paid to have my old washer removed. I owned a newer dryer that I thought I might donate to a worthy cause. I wanted to be sure it was safe during the delivery, so I moved it myself from the laundry room into the garage for temporary storage. After the delivery, I went downstairs to discover the dryer removed from the garage - the delivery people took it! The new washer was in place and ostensibly hooked up - it's a good thing I looked! The discharge hose was not connected to the drainage pipe - had I not noticed, I would have had a flood on my hands! RXO Deliveries was responsible for this horrid delivery and agreed to pay $600 for the stolen clothes dryer - less than what it was worth, but I accepted and signed the papers, only to discover their paperwork lacked a return address! I have found so many addresses for RXO in many states - I have no knowledge of where to send the papers! I will never purchase from Lowe's again and I will continue to track RXO down! This is the most mishandled purchase of my lifetime!

Hi this is Kyoto steakhouse in Kearney Nebraska. We had a problem with customer wrote a review about the manager. She was complaining about her kid couldn't order from a kids menu. It was just because she is already grown up like around 12 or 13 years old. Kids menu is only for 10 yo. And under. But she insist that her daughter is only 10 yo. The problem is she left a review but she included a picture of the manager , that's inappropriate. She took the manager picture without a concern from the manager and she posted on the review. Would you please take down the picture of the manager. That's unnecessary. She can complain but not putting someone picture on the review. Thank you so much!

Yes, the picture was wrong to post. However, if an adult is there with their child, whether 10 or 12, what difference does it make if the children’s’ menu is used?

It’s not like they asked for a larger portion for the child. Kind of petty on the restaurant’s part.

The fact that your staff is petty enough to question someone ordering from a kids menu is beyond me. There's nothing you can do about the photo unless you convince the reviewer to take it down. This story convinced me never to go there.

I am Dr.Sangya Gupta.My mobile no..991063****.I am a very old customer of Reebok.I purchased a shoe Floatz Zig from your Select City,Saket,store new Delhi on Jan 12th,25 .I was little hesitant in purchasing this shoe as it has an arch fit.I have an orthopaedic issue.The sales person convinced me to purchase it saying that ma'am you try it for two three days else you return it.We will refund the money.. I had severe pain after wearing it for a day.I contacted the Store manager Shyam.He said u pls come to the store.I told him that I will come in the evening after office..between 6 to 8. When I reached the store Mr.Shyam was not available..I called him and he said u wait .We kept waiting for more than half an hour he didn't come n then on repeatedly asking the staff about his availability they started misbehaving that it is not our job to return..Keep waiting for Mr.Shyam.Then finally when My husband who is a vice chancellor of a university here said that ok now we are going n will speak to your senior management.Imnediately Mr Shyam called on one of staffs mobile and spoke to me saying that you please don't speak to anyone,we will initiate your refund and you will get it by 23rd Jan 25.I have not received my money yet.And they are not picking call.
