Kaiser Permanente - Can't get a refill

I placed an order to refill a prescription for birth control. It shows it takes up to 2 business days for a doctor to review. After about a week and it still not reviewed I did an online chat, they said they'd message the doctor. A few more days pass and still no review so I do the chat again, they send another message to the doctor. Still no acceptance of this. Now 2 weeks after I do it again. They finally tell me the doctor declined the order. Although there is no way of showing me it was declined. Now I only have 5 days left of my birth control. I try to do an E-visit they tell me I need to make an appointment in order to get it. I've been on this birth control for 4 years. I can't get an appointment for a few days, by then I will be out of my birth control. I know this isn't as serious as some prescriptions, but being on this for years and getting cut off messes with hormones. They have given me the run around. I've been stressed trying everything I can. It's no help whatsoever.

Velveeta Cheese is smooth, creamy & delicious (when melted in hot cooked pasta)

I like that I can cook any type of pasta, cut up some Velveeta Cheese, and then mix it all together. I like that macaroni and cheese can be made in under 10 minutes! I cook the macaroni in water, in a microwave, and it takes 3-5 minutes. (You just have to know the right technique for doing this, or there will only be a huge mess!) When the pasta is cooked, I take it out of the microwave and then I add the Velveeta Cheese and mix it altogether, well. The meal is now done and ready to be cooled down (so it can be eaten!) Lastly, I also add whatever I think that might give it added flavor - like Hormel Bacon Bits, or Bacos (which is a non-meat soy product that has good taste but it's very salty). I also add Romano Cheese (or Parmesan Cheese - or BOTH), and some cooked broccoli, if I have some on hand. I like that the possibilities are endless with this dish. One day I added a small amount of white vinegar, mixed it well and liked that it gave the dish extra delicious taste! Added cooked chicken gives the dish more protein nutrition that the body always needs.

Care Com - Billing error

I was erroneously billed by Care.com for services I did not sign up for. This was an automatic withdrawal from my bank account. I cannot get through to ANYONE at Care.com by phone. When I sign in to my account, there is no billing card on file with them. I do not know how they got the bank information, but this is pretty bad. I cannot get in touch with anyone there. I've looked up their ORG chart to see whom I can call. The same number is given which basically does not acknowledge phone calls. There is no way to leave a message. I called my bank to ask how to issue a stop payment and I would have to pay a fee ($30) to issue the stop payment to Care.com. I do not understand why I cannot get in touch with a single person on their staff directly. Really horrible business policy. I am furious.

I placed my order at 12:58 today when the tracking said it was ready my husband went to pick it up and they told him the didnt have an order for us. He was mad it was his lunch time and it was already paid for. He left and they called me and said I had placed a timed order which I didnt and said they didnt receive it until she called me. Did not get my money back because she said she didnt know how made the pizzas and they were not good, greasy, bad greasy and it took til 2:00 pm to get. Why? All I wanted was my money back. This is sad, I pay before picking up online every time and they dont know how to give me my money back, please explain.

Don't ever order from Vevor directly. Instead use Amazon since they have their own return policy. I see that Vevor has 4 star rating here, how they got it I really don't know. My experience with them was horrible. I ordered an air compressor from them that came about week later. Unfortunately, it was malfunctioning from day one. I contacted the company through their online chat where I was told to take a video proof of the compressor malfunction. I tried sending this video to them but their site wouldn't upload the video. Another chat with their customer support and they gave me another way to send the video to them. After receiving the video they told me to try plugging it in another outlet, plugging it without extension cord, warming it up before use... Ridiculous! Finally they said that the voltage in my house is probably below 110V?! Up until that point, I was suggesting that they send me a new, working compressor and I would return the one that's not working but now I want my money back. Their website states "30 day hassle-free money back guarantee" but the finally offered to give me $90 for me to find a repair shop and pay for repairs. Currently I'm in a process of disputing my credit card charges.

Biddeford Blankets - Customer Service does not answer telephone or email

Purchased a king size electric blanket with dual controls 1/23/2023 that has stopped working. It has a five year warranty so should be covered. However, I can't get through by telephone to their two customer service numbers at 847-566-**** or 800-789-****, just gives a recorded message to call during business hours, which I did. Then tried to send email to customer service@***.com and it could not be delivered. Finally tried the "contact us" portion of their website to send message and received a note "there was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." Numerous additional attempts have been unsuccessful.

Una auténtica estafa, no le pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede, todos los juegos gratuitos que cuelgan para ofrecer recompensas tienen errores que no permiten finalizarlos y obtener una recompensa medio decente, los de pago, te tienes que gastar un pastizal si quieres conseguir un buen premio, me refiero a los de tipo tragaperras, bingo, cartas, ruleta, etc..., si te pones en contacto con ellos para informar de los errores de los juegos y de las altas exigencias para conseguir buenos premios, te dan excusas como que te pongas en contacto con el desarrollador del juego que ellos no pueden hacer nada, solo ofrecen las recompensas, vamos, hablar con esta gente es como hablar con una pared. En resumen no se os ocurra perder un segundo intentando acceder a una oferta de estos estafadores, tan solo vais a conseguir un buen enfado y ninguna solución y por supuesto ninguna recompensa decente. Os animo a los que os hayan estafado igual que a mí que informéis de ello para que tengan que cerrar al final el chiringuito y meterse sus estafes donde les quepa.

I've been going back an forth with them over a NEPTUNE 4. Techs wasn't ready. But for customer service they've done pretty good on getting me the first replacement printer and getting me firmware updates. But now we're on the third and I picked a different model. Even paid more money for an upgrade. They've been a pain in giving me tracking number. Even told me to get it from Amazon and they knew nothing. You get one response a day from them and even if you return the email immediately when they send theres they will not respond. So here I wait and wonder if I have a replacement printer on the way. I've sent mine back to them..

I used to love fanatics. All the baseball player jersey T-shirts are trash now. The numbers and stuff wash off in the wash. I just ordered a soccer jersey for my sons birthday and it came in everything iron on even though it said it was sewn on in the description for $185. I will be returning it to the point where I will find another Avenue to buy products like this all they could give me was a 20% off coupon for my next one plus my last order I ordered the same shirt for my son and myself my son came and then they told me they canceled my order because they ran out yet when I ordered it they were Shirts in stock

Zips Car Wash - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Thanks for the 'generous offer' (BS) but I'll let my current subscription expire and find somewhere else to get my car washed. I quit once before, several months ago, because every time I stopped to get a car wash, the equipment was down. A few weeks later I stopped at Little Road to get a car wash and they told me I ought to subscribe again because they have updated all of the equipment. Reluctantly, I said okay. Not the first issue since I resubscribed, but this past Monday, on my way to Dallas, I stopped at Precinct Line Road. It was 7:55am. The wash was closed, which I knew opened at 8am, so I waited - and waited - and waited... I left at 8:15 as I had a 9am appointment in Dallas. IF YOU SAY YOU OPEN AT 8:00AM, YOU SHOULD OPEN AT 8:00AM!!! Tuesday, I had an 11am appointment in Colleyville, so I stopped at Precinct Line Road at 10:30am but the wash was out of service. I finished my job and stopped back at Precinct Line Road around 12:30. The cones were down but I had to wait at the gate because there was an issue. The guy came out with an iPad and did something, so after 15 minutes, I finally got into the wash. When I exited the wash, there was a film on all of my windows. I thought they were still wet, but after driving for several minutes, it was obvious there was a coating of some sort on all of my windows, making it VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE!!! .. So, I drove all the way down to Little Road to get the *** cleaned off of my windows - BUT - THEY HAD THE CONES UP AS THE WASH WAS BROKEN!!! I hope you can appreciate my EXTREME FRUSTRATION WITH ZIPS CAR WASH!! ... An ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME!!! And - you're NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE YOU'RE CHARGING FOR!!! I AM BEYOND LIVID!!!

Non existent Customer Service at Epson

My less than 2 month old Epson printer sucked prints back into the unit and wrinkled them up. Sometimes it just refused to print a return label for Costco ( Epson C S said it was Costcos fault! After 3 days and literally hours on the phone with people I could barely understand I was told I would be sent a refurbished printer. I was forced to repeat my story over again each time I was transferred to someone else as though they kept no record of previous calls! I finally reached the finance department who started asking questions like he was tech support. > I am not anxious to ever waste Money on Epson products again!

Five Star Senior Living - To speak with Rick about the director of Heartlands community

The director Katie Morrise has lied to me several times about things like policy, people from staff being in my cottage and other things. I didnt give her name or what community I live in, because I was hoping for some guidance from you. But without any Id of who and where I was calling from, trying to protect her from things not proven, and always insisting the person is included in discussions for fairness sake, Rick couldnt help. Finally Ms Morrise went to far, and doesnt deserve protection. I I had 2 childlike swastickas painted on both my front and back doors. She came on the premise of seeing if I was ok. But in a condescending voice asked me, a Jewish woman here, if I had painted these despicable symbols myself. When in shock I asked her why she would ask me such a horrible thing, she said it was something she had to ask. As though it was required. I was, and am so horrified by this, it has severely affected my health. I dont join the community anymore, I isolate myself in my cottage. She knows my family ,who could escaped Hitlers Germany. That a resident flashed a swasticka tattoo on his arm at me knowing my heritage. I and my family are beyond angry and even contemplate hiring a lawyer because of the profound affect on my physical and emotional state caused by all of her terrible lies that I will now by glad to tell you about Thank you. Pizza Hut - Disappointed

This is regarding the Pizza Hut on Rt46, Woodland Park, NJ. We have been going there since I was a little kid. It is the worst place now in every way. I keep giving them a 2nd chance because I am hoping they will get new management and improve. Never happens. I called and spoke to the manager today and I understand why the place is failing. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I give up on this place, and I am only writing this to protect other people from going there. Dirty place, horrible service, unprofessional management, unprofessional staff, will get order wrong every time, will forget the DRINK every time. The whole staff looks like a bunch of hoodlums hanging out on a street corner smelling like pure Marijuana.

The Bradford Exchange - After completing survey response was to asked to reach out to customer-inquiry@***.com

I will recap what has happened so far. I received checks that were ordered and they had information on them I did not request. Before I confirmed the check order I made sure it was correct. I did not request my telephone number to be included on the checks - but the number appeared on the checks. Immediately after receiving checks I contacted customer service twice but was told nothing could be done to correct the problem. I have been purchasing Bradford exchange checks for some time because I like the quality and design. I have never had my telephone number printed on my checks. You can check past orders if you keep those records. If I am not getting what I ordered I will have to purchase checks elsewhere. The order number was 992013****05 - Giraffe design.

People is a weekly magazine. However, they can decide not to print a magazine issue if they choose. For instance, because I am expecting my next People issue to be the April 1st, 2024 issue I called their customer service number to find out why I haven't received it. There is a recording stating that they did not publish an April 1st issue. No explanation as to why not. This is perplexing because I like other customers have agreed to and have paid for a weekly subscription. But it is not being fulfilled as agreed to in my opinion. And People has not even bothered to mention if my subscription will be extended for an additional week or if I will be receiving a credit for not receiving a magazine on April 1st.

Roblox - “False report abuse”

I am contacting you guys to complain about your moderators. My friends and I have had horrible experiences with Robloxs moderators. Every time I have used robloxs platform chat (Both text and voice chat) I have gotten banned for completely unnecessary offensive content. The first time I had gotten banned was on text chat. A player was bullying me because of my avatars outfit. I told her your outfit is emo and was banned. The second time I was banned was on voice chat. I was playing Murder Mystery 2. This game is similar to mafia where this is a murderer, a sheriff, and the rest of the players are innocent. I was banned for saying omg I almost killed you! Because I was murderer and almost hit my friend. I dont think your moderators are actually reading this offensive content at all. Because it is completely reasonable to say that in a game like that. As for my friend, she was banned just today 3/28/2024 because of saying bruv and restart. Another player was harassing her and targeting her because she won a game. We both reported these players but instead she was banned. This is completely unacceptable and I wont be playing or buying from this game anymore if you guys dont get your moderators straight. it is outrageous to have people banned from an enjoyable game for no reason at all, I have had dozens of friends complain to Roblox about situations like this and moderators consistently do not get back to them.
