Amazon - Horrible Customer service

1.0
Details
I attempted to purchase my own book through KDP on Tuesday. I selected one day shipping but the estimated delivery showed one week ! After calling KDP I was told that there was a delay in shipping and to bad. Sorry for your luck. I called customer service and was told the sane thing. "Sorry". I ended up ordering my own book from myself through prime and got it shipped in 3 days. Not two days as promised! I worked in customer service for years and telling a customer sorry with no resolution is unacceptable ! I'm thinking about pulling my book and going with another company because I don't want to do business with a company that says " Sorry and Oh well" as a resolution to shipping issues !

I was not given adequate attention for someone that had stolen my book, ebook, and audible materials through a former email address. My properties were being sold through Amazon with no compensation.

I am in the process of resolving with the KDP team and am still attempting to get in touch with the Audible team. There was fraud associated with my book and property rights so hopefully the party behind this issue will be dealt with accordingly and that I will see adequate compensation for the years of revenues that were withheld.

User's recommendation: I feel like more than an email address should be used to validate Amazon books and products that are being sold. Especially when copyrights have been established under the rightful Author/Owners name.

To get a traditional publisher to publish your book you send them a high quality marketable book you don't spend any money what nonsense Bev talks. And yes I have been published by a traditional publisher and I was a nobody. My father was scammed by this *** company that's how I know about it.

Air Bridge Heating and Cooling - Company's repair man damaged my water heater!

Air Bridge Heating and Cooling - Company's repair man damaged my water heater!
Air Bridge Heating and Cooling - Company's repair man damaged my water heater!
On July 16, 2013, Air-Bridge Heating & Cooling sent a service man “J” to fix my Navien hot water heater which I purchased from this company a few years previous. “J” determined that the heater's pump needed to be replaced. He returned with a new pump (KDP-CT1W0725) which was under warranty. He spent hours cursing and spilling water everywhere and I became concerned that he didn't know what he was doing - but he installed the pump and charged me for labor. My water heater continued to leak water daily. When I called Air-Bridge to complain, I was told by “S” (company manager) that “J” was refusing to return to deal with the problem. He could not find anyone else to send. “S” came to my home to look at the leaking heater and so did the company owner - but still weeks went by and the company did not send anyone to deal with this problem. Finally, after two months of waiting and calling Air-Bridge I contacted another company called Vio Systems Inc on September 13, 2013. They sent their top service man “M” to assess the situation. “M” disconnected the pump that “J” had installed and showed me where “J” had not removed a crucial plastic plug - which caused the pump to blow its O-ring seal. The pump needed to be replaced again - but Navien would not supply another warrantied pump because they had already sent one (the one “J” damaged). I had to pay $341.60 for a new pump, plus pay “M”'s labour which was $120. All told - I had to pay $521.60 to fix the damage that Air-Bridge's service man had done. “M” also signed a written statement about what he had discovered and I took photographs of the damaged pump and I sent all of it to Air-Bridge. “S”, the company manager at Air-Bridge, said he would not cover the cost of the new pump I had to purchase - but he would refund me “J”'s labour for July 13 and GIVE ME A NEW PUMP as compensation. I accepted that offer and I have it in an email from “S”. “S” at Air-Bridge finally sent me a cheque for $150 (which was “J”'s labour on July 13) after many many weeks of phone calls but never sent the new pump he promised me. “S”, nor anyone at Air-Bridge will return my calls anymore.

RhetoricalMule, we regret to hear that you are not happy with your KitchenAid Dishwasher. It is normal for some moisture to be on the dishes and the inside walls.

Due to government regulations we have had to cut the time of all of our drying cycles. We would recommend that you increase the rinse aid that is being dispensed during the cycle. After running about 30 cycles, you will start to notice the moisture inside of the Dishwasher will lessen. Please make sure that the temperature of your water is set to at least 120.

We also would recommend that you run the hot water from your sink for a few minutes before starting the Dishwasher. We will be sure to document your concerns in the appropriate manner and again apologize for any frustrations.

Dhgate - Purse order.

Ordered a purse had confirmation that they received my money, gave me a tracking number and said it had shipped. Then I started getting text messages that my order was cancelled because they didn't get my money. The money had cleared my bank. I notified the seller several times he tells me they didn't get the money so my order was cancelled. I am one pissed off person. I have where the money went the tracking number. Go figure. So who got the money? I will never order from you people again. This is who the money went to. DHGate 332154560 Redhill GB000000000127. I don't care about the money it was for $13.02, it's just the way this business is done. KDParker

Solar Dimensions Unauthorized Charges

1.0
Details
I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Solar Dimensions as a company. I purchased the Platinum membership on 03/01/2014 and the terms stated: 'A 3 month minimum (plus initial activation fee) is required on all Platinum [memberships]. Your 1st month's prorated dues will be charged on the first billing.' As my first billing was charged on 03/01/2014, I would expect March to be month 1. I travel for a living and was leaving town 06/01/2014, returning only sporadically through the end of September. As I believed I could cancel after I paid for the month of May, this seemed to work perfectly. When I visited the salon towards the end of May and requested cancellation of my account, the girl behind the desk was systematically unable to complete my request. I was provided the number for Colleen Vale, Corporate Office Supervisor, to discuss this further. When I called and spoke with Colleen, I was informed that the month of March counts as the 1st month that is prorated into my initial billing and therefore was committed through the month of June and could not cancel until the final draw was completed. I informed to her that this was not explained to me when I opened my account and I was told my commitment was for only 3 months, thus available for cancellation after May. She expressed her understanding that the contract could be misunderstood as such and offered to credit my Solar Dimensions account for the June payment and freeze my account until my work travel died down. Considering a ‘prorated’ payment is to account for a partial month and my contract started on the first of March, I was not pleased with this resolution but felt it was not worth the fight. I asked if I needed to send any sort of reminder or follow-up to ensure this was taken care of (as we spoke near the last day of May and she could not complete the transaction until after the June draw) and she said no, that she would take care of it. I’m fully aware that the mistake I made is trusting her word and I should have followed-up. After returning from my travels, I noticed that a draw had been made on my credit card for ‘Solarium’ for the month of October. When I further investigated, I noticed that the account was never frozen and Solar Dimensions had inappropriately created unauthorized charges for 4 months of services ($78.88 x 4 months = $315.52) to which I did not agree. I immediately called Colleen and at first she stated she did not recall our conversation and that she searched her email and couldn’t find anything evidencing our conversation. She then retracted that statement, saying that she did remember speaking with me but because she could not find anything in writing regarding the freezing of my account, she couldn’t do anything retroactively. When I questioned why she wouldn’t honor an agreement she acknowledges that she made, I was offered a partial credit. I continued to express my dissatisfaction and asked to speak to her supervisor and the final offer was a credit to my Solar Dimensions account (not my credit card) for the 3 months I was traveling but because I am in town and can use the month of October, they wouldn’t credit the 4th month. I then expressed my extreme displeasure with this proposed resolution as I was falsely misled to believe that my only financial commitment to Solar Dimensions subsequent to June was $5 per month to freeze the account but instead $315.52 (not including the month of June that I am still against) was forcibly relinquished. During this phone call, Colleen stated that I need to email her in regards to cancelling my membership but I had to ask for Colleen’s email address 3 times and the phone call almost ended prior to her providing me with this contact information. After asking several times to speak with Colleen’s supervisor, I was informed that she is unable to give out her contact information but she would have the Jennifer Smith, District Manager, contact me. I will continue to persistently work my way up the chain until I feel an appropriate resolution has been reached. After consulting with a contract lawyer and re-reviewing both the contract and my credit card charges, I firmly believe that Solar Dimensions falsely misled me and should credit my credit card, not my Solar Dimensions account, for the months of June, July, August, September and October totaling $394.40. I have never had an experience with any business as greedy as this one and feel they should be ashamed of how they are conducting business. I highly recommend avoiding any binding agreement with this company or trusting the word of any employee. After running a quick search, I found 3 stories similar to mine (please see links below) so this is obviously not their first offense. I fully intend to put my story on as many social media outlets and review sites as possible, and if successful resolution is not achieved within the company, I intend to dispute the charges on my credit card, report them to the better business bureau, and take legal action. This type of business practice is unacceptable. http://www.yelp.com/biz/solar-dimensions-atlanta-10?hrid=9QjswJUBBEGKdp9FSh6jlw http://www.citysearch.com/profile/40837681/alpharetta_ga/solarium_alpharetta.html http://www.yelp.com/biz/solar-dimensions-atlanta-13?hrid=HXo-YZDwl73w7CSiaDDq6w

The change from ADP Aline to mywisely caused my account over $4900 in a scam/ breach. How did they not pick it up on time?! ADP IS THE WORSE!

***-poor, incompetent customer service = ADP. I used ADP to process my payroll (I am a small business owner). I put up with their poor customer service for a year. Then when I finally decided to drop them, they give me a hard time with fees. Unexplained fees left and right, automatically withdrawn from my account. But that's not it. They sent me a letter stating that ADP will be responsible for filing my W-2s and W-3s. Guess what? They don't file them. When I spoke to custmer service, I am informed that they will not file since I drop them in the middle of the year! When I onformed them that I have a letter stating that THEY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE, they say the letter is a miscommunication! What?! So now I'm stuck with penalties from the government for late filings! DO NOT USE ADP. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT USE ADP. USE SOMEONE ELSE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We used ADP for payroll several years ago without a problem. Last year the company switched from PaycomDFW to ADP and what a nightmare it has been.

we have to log in to the ADP website to clock in and clock out. You log in and then get a 'loading app' message for about 10 minutes; then the system logs you off for inactivity.

A few minutes ago I tried to request 4 days time off in August and got an error message saying that I could not request time in December.

This was a good company with a good product. What happened?
