Directv - Basic Direct TV should allow all news networks.

I have basic TV I can get 24 hr. weather but no 24 hour national news. I can't get any CNN FOX. etc. This is an election year, and it horrible we can't get nothing but local new networks. I get HLN, but that's not 24 hour news. Southern CA Local New sucks. National News will cover our local breaking new sometimes before we see in on our local chanels. I feel if We get 24 hr. weather we should be able to get all the national news networks. I want to see all the information on both presidental candidates and see up to date world news. I don't feel we should have to pay extra for news. I 'm a 70 year old retired disabled senior I can't afford nothing but the basic channels. (the cheapest) I like to keep up with whats going on in the world.

InterNations - Bully customers rather than build networks

Poor quality events, and unethical billing procedure which automatically renews and deducts membership money from your account without any notification. They then resort to legal threats even if you say you do not want to renew and have not used any of their products. If you really want to try it out, recommend paying for one-time attendance rather than the Albatross membership which is a colossal waste of money. A company which clearly spends more money on training staff to bully customers and marketing than building networks and holding interesting events (their stated aim).

Dish Network - Holding customers hostage in negotiations with local networks!

We have been Dish customers for 15+ years. Periodically Dish has a financial dispute with local networks and will run ads "claiming" that it is from the local network (currently CBS/Pittsburgh) . Dish removes the local network (today 11/21/17) from the viewing public essentially holding its's customers hostage until their financial dispute is settled! Dish requests their customers to contact CBS channel 2/Pittsburgh and demand that they settle the dispute. Really? Dish is in control here and it's THEIR dispute, not mine! When we signed on for Dish, all local channels were included for FREE! They now charge $10.00/month to access local channels. Recently Dish is advertising an HD Antenna for local channel access that they will install for a $79.00 fee! Really? Apparently Dish plans to phase out all local programming. And yet ANOTHER added fee! We are totally fed up with Dish. Programming consists of a multitude of advertising channels and very little quality content. They offer *** channels on a pay per view basis.....who wants that? That should be a personal choice package for those who want it. Could save the average customer $$ for something they don't want anyway. As of today, we are aggressively seeking an alternative to DISH, although, we live in a rural area where no other provider is available. BUT, where there is a will, there is a way! DISH, ARE YOU LISTENING??

Qwest - Q-west lied about local networks in my area.

in july of last year I called q-west to see if I get local channels in my area and the women told me she would ask her supervisor, then she said yes you do. So they hooked up with direct tv. then a few day's later, after they installed everything. I wasn't getting no local networks. I called q-west to find out what is going on. why I'm not getting these channels,abc, cbs,nbc,abc and fox networks. I was told that I should call direct tv. So I did and I spoke to there supervisor about the problem I'm having. They told me to contack q-west. and back and forth, finally I called q-west H.R. and she told me that they lied about it. Then she told me I will hafe to pay the $400.00. Its q-west fault for lieing, I haven't payed a dime. But now my credit is bad I can't even get a loan thanks to q-west. the supervisor she is head of H.R. SHE TOLD ME TO BAD YOU WILL STILL HAFE TO PAY..Kelley Dupic

Bright House Networks - Tv Service Review from Mountain View, California

I cannot count the wasted hours I have spent on the phone with brighthouse networks customer service. I have been a Brighthouse customer for 8 years, and somehow they can still not get my billing correct. I've talked to managers supervisors, customer service reps, and it seems like my problem never does gets solved. I even had the regional manager out to my house and when I spoke to him about all the problems I have had and the paperwork I have to back it up, I thought my rate of my services was taken care of. Now looking at 9 new bill that is due for October again the price has changed. I don't know what it takes to have Brighthouse understand how to invoice customers correctly. I should not have to call on a monthly basis when I was signed up for a plan that the amount would stay the same every month! Why is it always changing? Also, the regional sports network fee of $2 the broadcast TV fee of $2 on my bill I don't know why I have to pay this when I am NOT a sports fan to begin with! I will try to call them tomorrow to straighten the situation out again. Even though I belong to Brighthouse with my services it is still coming up on my PC when I log into email as Time Warner. No technician seems to be able to accomplish solving this problem. Why?

I was unbiased on the Championship Game between the Saints and the Rams until the intentional No-Call of Helmet to Helmet and the worst case of Pass Interference I have ever seen in the game going back to the early 1960's. So the helmet to helmet is okay to get the team the NFL/Media/Networks want in the Rigged Bowl. Hope your ratings tank because I for one am done with the continuous scams plaguing the NFL.
