Unreliable flight schedule and dishonest with refunds
I have taken more than 20 flights with pegasus.they are the best with destination and good deals. The deals come with other costs.
more than half a time, their flights are simply canceled and adjusted with other flights which causes the second leg connecting flight to be either missed or have longer than 9 hours of waiting time. so simply unviable. off late most of their flight are delayed over 2 hours, so causing disruption with connecting flight misses. the pain point is the transfer desk in the international transit area is useless and they ask passengers to clear immigration and approach their desk on the checking area, which is absolutely inconvenient.
secondly, they don't honor honest refunds for the flights canceled or missed due to their own delay. Its so difficult to reach them directly over email, they make it difficult for no reason.

The company has a fleet of 43 aircrafts and with this fleet Pegasus flies to 54 destinations (20 domestic and 34 international) in 24 countries of the world.
