When "INTEGRITY" is NOT integrity.
At first meeting, Mr. Jeffrey Brown presented himself as a sales person for 5 STAR BATH SOLUTIONS OF MARIETTA, then said 5 STAR wouldn't do what we wanted and his company, INTEGRITY HOME IMPROVEMENT, could do it all.
Then...inaccurate measuring, inexperience, lack of transportation to pick up required materials (having to wait for owner to pick up employee to take to supply store), lack of necessary workers and materials to complete the job on time. Recommend that if you choose to use this company - make recordings of all verbal conversations, keep all text messages and put everything in writing prior to signing anything with them. We missed our first closing date. I told them we were closing on the 7/14 and, because I didn't put it in writing, the owner felt he had until the 14th to finish.
They didn't finish and we had to pay $117 to extend our "lock in" for the loan. We gave them until the 7/17 and they still lacked about 2 days. We ended the project at that time and are completing the project ourselves. We told them we would make final payment when the appraiser made the final report.
Mr.
Brown's partner showed up at our house less than 24 hours later saying that we were avoiding his calls and e-mails - neither had been received - then called the police, then threatened to place a lien on our property which would prohibit our loan from proceeding. PERSONAL OPINION: After our experience - to us, they appear to be predator contractors.
