Still havent gotten my shoe when I paid for express shipping for Christmas now they havent even moved since the 18th kind of annoying

Let the company propose a solution
I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and was told by the salesperson that I could return the shoes if I change my mind. I wasn't too sure about them, so I purchased them knowing that I could return them. A couple days later I decided against the shoes and went to the Eaton Centre to return them. When I got there, I was told that I could not return them because this was a final sale item. I explained that I was told otherwise. But this salesperson could care less and basically told me to get lost. So, I asked for the number for head office. I called them several times and noone called me back. I got increasingly frustrated after two weeks of trying to get in touch. The secretary told me that the local manager was busy (everytime I called). Accordingly, I left my fax number and asked that I have a fax sent to me responding to my situation which I explained to her. Then I got a nasty fax from the local manager blaming me for this (??) and saying that I should have made myself aware. But that is why I asked & his staff (who was new on the job, by the way) told me I could! Anyway, this manager person sent me a legal style letter (since when did we proceed to litigation??) and was trying to put the blame on me--which is so far from the truth. In the end, I could not return the shoes but I will NEVER shop here again and I recommend that you don't either. If there is a problem with your shoes, you will not get good customer service. Cheap, self-centred company that will completely ignore you to save a sale for themselves. DO NOT shop there!
