I took my car to the Fairfax Browns Nissan, on April 6,2019. And supposedly I thought it was fixed and the car had been leaking oil and the Service Advisor BEE had told me ,if it didn't get done I wouldn't have an engine and it wasn't drivable. And , when was the last time your oil change was done .And I told him in early March, by Just Tires in Vienna ,VA. So, I got it done and two weeks later, the same thing happened. And I had first driven my car to the C&C garage in Vienna ,VA , this past Sunday, 4/21/19 and leave it for Monday ,where I live at,to see if, they could figure it out. So they said ,it was making noise because, there was 3 quarts of oil down and they replaced the oil. And Monday, 4/22/19. I talked to Nissan service advisor Bee, And he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and I told him and the service manager, it is under warranty and and they said to get it towed ,on Tuesday ,which I did and if there is any towing they'll charge me and I have roadside assistance with Nissan car contract, because I bought the car there. And I have it with my insurance company Nationwide. I paid $ 1,210.09 to get this fixed and they want to haggle out of it and not do anything, but they said they fixed one thing ,if it was fixed right and then they couldn't figure out ,why one of the pistons was burning oil.

por customer service,warranty issue,and I feel they think I lied and can't say. or because I am a woman and like to take advantage. And/or finding things with my car to spend on. I have spent so much $$$ money on this car. This is outrages.

I purchased a 2019 Rogue in May 27th (Memorial Day) brand new and after 2 months and 1800 Miles windshield Start cracking due to stress crack from bottom passenger site by inside dash board. Contacted Stone Mountain Nissan in GA (dealership), it took them 3 weeks to find out that Nissan U.S.A denied the claim, which means even it’s a manufacturing fault we will not cover it.
Then I talked to GM of Stone Mountain Nissan in GA (dealership) very cold answer that nothing we can do, contact Nissan U.S.A consumer affairs AND TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM NISSAN U.S A.
CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE ARE NOT REPLACING IT BECAUSE IT’S NOT UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH ITS MANUFACTURING FAULT. GIVING ME SUGGESTION TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO HAVE IT FIXED.SO BE PREPARE IF YOU ARE BUYING IT WHAT EVER THEY CLAIM THEY WILL NOT COVER IT AND GIVE YOU SOME EXCUSE OF WEAR AND TEAR AND DENIED IT.DEFINATELY I AM GONA POST MY EXPERIENCE IN LINKED IN ,YOU TUBE, TWITTER, WHATS UP AND LOT OF OTHER WEBSITES Type your message here
