Mr. Brown,
My vehicle was not towed in the time frame as your company relayed.
Then you dropped my vehicle in the wrong area, left the keys inside & without any communication. I am still expecting a refund on the poor negligent services you & your company provided. At minimum I expect your professionalism to show itself by refunding the $150.00 tow fee in the same manner you received the $150.00.

Ur vehicle was dropped off at 730 pm by me personally. U got the wrong person to disrespect and think I would even consider anything such as a refund on anything.
U better find something better to do in life then to waste me time.

Very bad mechanics, high prices.

Air compressor on my 2000 Mercury Sable locked up. Found Brown Automotive in Portsmouth, Va.
They towed car to their site, Charged me $375 to install used compressor, Did not recharge air conditioner, Charged me another $150 to recharge it. Worked only one day. Took it back to be fixed again. Still worked only one day, I live on the Eastern Shore and had to pay $60 in tolls and waste several days in a waiting area.
I am on social security and the cost is too much for my budget to endure and not get what I paid for.
Cannot afford to keep being lied to. What options do I have?
