Complaint Not Resolved
I had my transmission on my 2018 vehicle in Feb 2023. It went back out again in Sept 2023 after I paid over $4,000 to have it repaired.
The company wants to keep my car for at least a week just to diagnose it and not even repair it. I requested a reimbursement for my rental since I need to get to work still and I was told they don't do that.
The manager at the Beavercreek location, nor the district manager out of the Kettering location, were willing to help me. The owner lives in a million dollar home; yet the company can't afford to do what is right and reimburse me for my rental due to their shoddy work back in February when the car should have already been fixed.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE Brownies Independent Transmission!!!
