Cannot place an order online or phone? What the *** Is going on? This is Titall beyond ridiculous! How are you gonna stay in business?

Accraglass Resin, 28oz container hardened up after 2 yrs. Problem resolved after talking to service rep, by boiling in water which restored the resin to its normal state. Just to let you know, Im not pissed!

I ordered a slide for my Glock 48, when I ordered it I waited about 8 days before receiving an email saying I needed to call to verify my identity. They said they sent the email and Id have to wait an additional 2 days to get my item even though I paid for 2 days...
