I pay for the app and it's not working

I renewed the subscription And I'm saying your account has expired to watch please renew your subscription I did so and when I get to the next step it's saying that it's already been occupied and is blocked out

I was no longer able to access Brown Sugar on either of my TVs

Im not sure what happen all I know is that it would not work on my Roku the new version. I got neither old version of Roku for two months I was not able to access Brown Sugar channel did not receive refund for November, nor October.
