I pay for the app and it's not working
I renewed the subscription And I'm saying your account has expired to watch please renew your subscription I did so and when I get to the next step it's saying that it's already been occupied and is blocked out

I was no longer able to access Brown Sugar on either of my TVs
Im not sure what happen all I know is that it would not work on my Roku the new version. I got neither old version of Roku for two months I was not able to access Brown Sugar channel did not receive refund for November, nor October.

Charge me cut off service after 7 day trail can't log back in
I signed up for the 7 day free trail got the app they charged me for the device for a month then after the seven days it was terminated but still took money. I call support got thru she told me to sign in I tried that it said invalid password change that it still wont load on my iPhone so I called back wont answer cause they know this number if someone monitors the number knowing this is wrong so I demand my money back on my card

This app never seems to work. But I keep getting charged. Thats why I canceled my subscription before
