I contacted customer service 2× about an issue I was experiencing on there website. It took over 2 weeks for a response.
It had been so long they didn't have the same deals or items. It was not even worth me buying the items I missed the sale because lack of communication.

Never received my refund
I was told and sent an email that my order was canceled and refunded on April 3, 2023 and Afterpay is claiming they never received a refund and I still have not received a refund. I'm Pissed and want my money!!!

I have ordered from this company and the product is great. The problem is that they never have many of the things in stock. It forces you to go somewhere else and try something else out.
