I told the person on phone,that my 2016 Silverado with 13900 +/- miles would not start. If could send someone, to check it out/ replace the battery. Was told to wait till monday,and call the service dept. So I told the person on phone,I would complain to GM,I guess I would go get me a RAM.

I can not belive the serviced dept. would be CLOSED on business day.
