Brown and Brown - Customer service

They did some one social security disability for then poor customer service poor communication I read the paper work from social security the person that hired Brown &Brown contacted there attorney stating they received their decision and that they wanted a appeal because the social security paper states that he can apple it he emailed them several times fruitless the attorney didnt reach back out and then when he did reach out it was the paralegal and they cant say much because they not attorneys if this attorney dont want do the appeal he needs to let him no and stop saying he waiting on a decision when he all ready knew the decision they not trust worthy they so bad about responding back but he wanted his client to sign that paper work if he got paid the public need to no be mindful about this company you never talk to the attorney he waited 2 years on his decision and only talked to that attorney once or twice just because a person has degrees does not mean they are not disable I fell this attorney didnt have the person best intress at heart and the attorney still saying he waiting on a decision I recommended that he be reported to the disciplinary commission ASAP

Insurance Agent Attacks Customer

The copied e-mail below from my insurance agent from Brown & Brown, Oklahoma Pamela as I understand you would not give the information needed to quote your little sorry *** business...please feel free to let State Farm have and take care of your entire account...please in the future contact me and not Kiesha as your rudeness and self absorbed attitude make me know I do not want your chickensh*t business...please be a lot kinder in your future dealings with agents...you are rude and a B*t*h we don't need your shi**y commission to make us successful...we are successful because we do not handle the insurance for petty, low class, arrogant, emotionally disturbed, rude, insensitive, crying, whining, people as yourself as clients. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER AGENCY...you are rude...I will look forward to your Agent of Record to another CNA agency....Do you need me to provide a number for another CNA agent... Dan Childers
