Inappropriate and a scam

The tech came over to give us a quote on how much to fix our HVAC. He started talking about plans to open a sex shop and talking about sex toys. This was very weird and WAY unprofessional. I though that was the only thing wrong at the time. But he said we needed at least a new blower motor at 750 dollars. And at first tried to tell me the entire system was bad. So I couldn't afford the 750, and we went months living with no heat/air because we "thought" we could not afford it. Well, that was in December, now it's July. We just had a different company come over, he said that Brothers tried to rip us off. The new tech tested the blower capacitor, and now it works fine. We spent hundreds less with this honest person. Brothers is a scam, and they are dishonest people who take advantage of anyone they can. This was in Monroe. Once I retrieve my paperwork, I will give the techs name.
