Dupe salesman

AI Highlights
  • - The "I'll buy your home" pitchman seemed off.
  • - I found two well-fed white boys on the site.
  • - I have no house to sell and I checked the box.

One look at the 'I'll buy your home ..' TV pitchman was all I needed to know that something was up. I looked at their 'site and found two well-fed white boys.

Goodbye, said I ..

(ps--I have no house to sell, but as an offended viewer ..; nor have I read your 'terms', but I checked the box anyway.)

  • - I called to be removed from the mailing list.
  • - The phone representative was rude.
  • - We receive 3-5 of these *** mailers per week.

Called to be removed from their mailing list and guy who answered phone clearly had better things to do. He was rude and behaved as if I somehow interrupted his day. We get 3-5 of these *** mailers a week!

Total dissatisfaction

AI Highlights
  • - Daryll was unavailable and did not call back until the final close date.
  • - Escrow papers were never received to sign; the offer later dropped by over 25%.

After receiving an acceptable written offer, everything went down hill from there. The designated buyer, Daryll, was never available to speak with and failed to call back until the final day escrow was stated to close.

Despite several attempts, we never received escrow papers to sign.

When Daryll did call back, on the date escrow was to close, it was to reduce his signed, accepted offer, by more than 25 percent.

This seemed like a bait and switch tactic to me, in spite of our full disclosure of all problems, and his representatives inspection of the property on the day the offer was written.

Proceed at your own risk. We can never recommend them, better to not begin!

The agreement did not give the seller a 3 day rescission date. The purchase price was 50,000.00 less than what was needed to relocate.

They also put in a clause of earnest money of One dollar which was deducted from the sales price. Real Estate contracts should give the right to cancel deal prior to the close of escrow.

Can't get off their list - they cussed at me when I asked

Brothers Buy Homes - Can't get off their list - they cussed at me when I asked

I keep getting junk mail from this company despite the fact I'm on the "do not mail" list. I've repeatedly filled out their form on their website asking to be removed, they will not respond.

I've called numerous times and left messages. I've texted. They will not respond.

I finally *69'd my phone number and called, and some lady answered the phone. When I asked her how in the world I get off their list, she said, and I quote "(cuss word) you, have a nice day."

That was that.

I'm unclear on how this company does business. They won't take me off their list.

They ignore my numerous requests and you'd think a company at the minimum wouldn't want to waste paper on someone who has repeatedly requested to be removed but they ignore all requests. And they cuss at you if you have the nerve to ask.

Preferred solution: Want these *** to remove me from their list

User's recommendation: Avoid this "company" like the plague
