It appears we have all been had, but im sure there has to be some action that can be taken against this firm, and maybe a chance to receive our money back...whatever action is taken...i would like to be involved with the process.

Yes in 2012 i recieved a mailer saying had i had trouble getting modification with bank of americeI should join thier law suite against b of a.because ajudge had already found b of a guilty and awarded up to 750000 perperson.so i went to seethem they told me i needed a third partys appinion for 1200$.of course the third party said i fit all the crytieria to be a plaintif against b of a so for another 3000 i retained them with there asraince that it would end soon.there was tobe a fee of 275 a month for one year then it become 60 per month.
In2013 b of a foreclosed on my house witchi had lived in for twenty yrs and raised my family.I had retained brokestone to represent me in filling bankrupsie case .they reassured me that they would file case the day before sail and this would save my house .twice the sale was posponed.the third time. It went to auction.they didnt file bk and house was sold.twice bk case was thrown out for lack of readiness.i had to hire a diferant law firm to represant me in bk case .
The company that bought my hose paid 436000 and sold it for 670000 i lost 24000 in equity they wouldnt refund my money. So i called cal8fornia bar assocciation they had vito disbarred now after giving them 10000 dollars they say ther going to sue me for non payment .now there phones r turned off can some one help me

Scam! Brookstone Law Vito Torchia and Damian Kutzner!!
Its all the same thing. Damian Kutzner started United Law Group about two years ago with his puppet attorney Sean Rutledge. Damian Kutzner has a 6 million dollar judgment against him from the FTC (http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/07/globalmgt.shtm) so his name legally can not be on any business. After United Law Group was raided by the FBI for not servicing clients Damian filed for Bankruptcy and evacuated the building. He was then caught stealing from the building he was forced to leave. Damian is now running another puppet attorney who used to work for United Law Group Vito Torchia Jr! You would think he would be smarter than to see what happened to Sean Rutledge and Robert Buscho and Christian M Dillon. But as its happened for thousands of years history does repeat itself.

I have had very little issues with Brookstone Law. The only issue I had was when they were in the middle of their move and trying to contact them.
Otherwise I have had a very positive experience. As a client of Brookstone's since 2011 any questions regarding my case were answered.
I also took the responsibility to look at their website for any updates on a daily basis.

Vito Torchia is under Disciplinary action in California. Florida and New York should be updated as well. He worked with Sean Rutledge (Disbarred) and Damian Kutzner when it was United Law Group = he gets what he deserves.

Just curious, I think this company charges the customer for being a party in a class action suit. I thought as a member of a class, a person is automatically a member of the class and actually has to petition the court to be separated from the class. This bring said, how is it ethical these guys can charge clients for a member of the class?
Damian Kutzner made a lot of money in the mortgage industry back in the days putting putting *** up loans and now he runs a law firm that supposedly helps the very same people that he sold those toxic loans to. Kramer & Kaslow scam was Damian kutzner brain child.
He has distanced himself from that scam by being a rat for the FEDS. that's why he's still in business and not in jail. Damian is not a lawyer but he will hire lawyers fresh out of law school and run their licenses through the dirt.
He have gotten more lawyers disbarred than the amount of money he spent on cocaine. which is a lot

I can't believe this dude hasn't been put behind bars yet. He is a total criminal and thinks he is so big time. He wants the easy money but doesn't have the smarts to make a legit buck.
I know because I used to work with him. I hear through the grapevine that he is being monitored closely by the Feds and his sidekick Robin (Vito) could join him in the slammer.
Brookstone offered me 65/45 split in my favor, but wanted $3,000 dollars up front and $500.monthly over 3 years. I offered 30/70 split in their favor no up front money...
I made the deal better for Brookstone hoping to receive some insurance Brookstone believed and could accomplish their claim of a settlement.
Brookstone looked like deer in headlights at that point...SCAM SCAM..Please spread and stop them...They have a really nice office in Irvine...
