The second time, the money also booked off.

I ordered the shoes on Brooks website paid extra to get them the next day when I checked the website it said I would have them today. No shoes yet. Supposedly I ordered them after the ship time because of the difference in time change not real happy wanted to take them on vacation, but they wont be here in time for me to do that

I'm trying to place an order
I love Brooks womens sneakers. Im just upset that I never receive coupons.
This would be my 4th pair, and being a loyal customer I would have hoped to have received something. Other companies give discounts. When I signed up for emails, which I was encouraged to sign up, I was told that I would receive discounts. Much to my dismay, I have never received anything.
Its the principal, so I will not be order Brooks at this time.
I did. Receive coupons for Hoka, so I now will order theirs.

Let me start by saying I love Brooks sneakers. I have 3 pair and was ready to order my 4th.
They encouraged me to sign up with emails so that I can get coupons. I have yet to get a coupon. So when I was ready to order, I asked about a coupon and I was told there are none at this time.
Ill just wait or maybe change companies who will give coupons. Sorry, but thats how I feel!
