Non delivery of product by Brooklyn Kayak Compnay
on 4-19-21 I placed am on line order with Brooklyn Kayak Company for a trolling motor for a model PK11.Price was $249. lead time was 4 weeks .
It is now 11 weeks and every time I email the company with a request for status I get parts are on back order it will be another 2-4 weeks .Were now over 11 weeks since the order was placed 275% more that quoted lead time and now the company is blaming lack of parts on overseas supplier. but they advertise n the web site they have a combination unit a kayak and trolling motor, they exact trolling motor I ordered in stock for immediate shipment.
These people at-re typical new York Jews who would screw their mother for a dime., promise deliveries and take your money for 11+ weeks and they come up with every excuse not to ship. I will probably will have to sue them to get a refund...
Their customer service manager Issac lies like former President Trump. He would not now the truth if it hit him in the face..
