Pillow cases were too short for standard queen pillow by about 4 inches. Gift from my daughter.and trying to call customer and can't get to a live person without jumping through hoops
Nothing has happened as can't reach anybody and that is the problem. Need to speak to a live person to resolve the issue.

Cannot stop getting these freaking e-mails, have tried the unsubscribe and no luck, then actually got a text from a (representative ) saying they would take care of it and no *** luck. This is terrible for this company.
Preferred solution: Stop the damn e-mails!
