Completely unprofessional
All I did was email for a quote. The communication with the owner was ridiculously unprofessional. When Bronze Memorial's quote was higher than another we'd received, I asked if they'd honor their "we'll beat any quote by 10%" statement (copied directly from his email): WE WILL BEAT YOUR BEST QUOTE BY 10%! WE GUARANTEE THE LOWEST PRICE IN THE US. Here was Jim Savage's response (and all I did was ask for a quote and about the 10% guarantee he published above): "no beat wholesale price if you can buy from **** wholesale then why are you checking for lower than wholesale prices who do you know that sells below wholesale price" [errors and lack of capitalization and punctuation are his....this is directly copied/pasted] The unprofessional response to a simple (and quite valid) question provides NO confidence in customer service at this company. This is not my business, so I had no idea the other quote I received was from a wholesaler. We did NOT purchase anything. Based on his response and the BBB complaints, it looks like this is the way he runs his business. No thank you.

Screwed up my order twice for custom magnets. This happened before, so I emailed to remind them of previous problem. Unapologetic, and unwilling to assist without a lot of complaining on our part. Helped, then charged for extra shipping, then held us hostage for originals, then offered to sell back again. Horrible guy Jim owns the place. Stay away, he is a dishonest vendor and a vulgar communicator. Sends emails in all caps when you ask questions.Screwed up my order twice for custom magnets. this is amazing that the person would complain that our company would not sell him a plaque below cost of the product, he got a price that was below cost from another company but he then wanted our company to sell to him at 10% less that already he was getting at below cost, so another company low balled him at a below cost price and still he did not buy from them. why?
if he was getting a below cost price. did he or anyone else think any company can sell anything for 10% below cost of any product.
we are a retail internet company just like all the other internet companies and we give a 10% discount on matched retail prices. as for complaints this is the 3rd complaint in 15 years on the internet and over 200,000 quotes so I can live with that, we make every effort to help everyone, but sometimes we cannot help all.
