No response for results of a CT scan
- - Staff at Bronson Hospital in South Haven and Kalamazoo were good.
- - CT scan on Feb 27 had no results after more than three weeks and no timeline.
We have been very happy with the people at Bronson hospital in South Haven and Kalamazoo in Michigan.
However, I had to have a CT scan on February 27th 2024. The scan went fine but we have not had any results from the scan.
I have had them before and received the results the same or next day.
So far, it has been more that three weeks with no results and no notice how long it may be.
Absolutely unacceptable. I don't know how serious the results might be and neither do they.
Preferred solution: I would like to get the results of my CT scan and an explanation of the delay cause.
