Product cracked

Trying to get it replace they are so terrible to get it done. Sent pictures before they proceed. Respone to picture that it like it was properly installed. And would replace but send a return location info. But they tell you their is cleaning fee. But no information to send back. Writing Costco about this product.

Bad tech advice

Techs answer to problem was to call Costco. Wanted tech to help me trouble shoot instead of going though the return process. Phone call wait was very long. Gave up with you guys. Costco took care of me.

New c L 1700 I’m not working leaking out the back

Long wait times on the phone. Tech didnt seem to have any knowledge of the product. No troubleshooting advice. Instead of trying to help me troubleshoot just wants me to send the product back. I had more knowledge on the toilet seat then technician had and I dont manufacture Brondell toilet seats.

Defected item

I ordered a portable bidet. $15. It arrived with a very small crack at the base. They have put this 74 year old disabled vet through *** After I have sent too many emails to the company and gotten replies from 3 different customer service person, below you will see the demands that these people will go to. not to send another $15 item. Below is a list of all the requirements they wanted. I need to be able to view all order details including order date, item ordered, the price paid, name of the seller, condition of the item, and shipping info. Also, a clear & up-close photo of the reported damage to the GoSpa. Tiffany B. Tray H. and another person whose name I do not recall.

POOR PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased a Brondell Bidet, it was installed 05/01/20 on 12/28/20 the remoted failed to "talk" to seat. it took 3 months of phone calls that the only option was to leave a VM with a return call to come. That never happened... Finally, after emailing multiple times we finally got a response. We were asked to reset the unit and were given written instruction. We did it multiple times, still the same issue. Now I must mention my sister had this exact same issue with her bidet seat in October, at that point they were actually answering their phones. They immediately sent her a replacement. The replacement was defective, and they sent her yet another replacement. I was told that option was not available to us as of January because they were having to replace so many of these bidet seats. There were only two options provided. Send it in for repairs which would mean we would have to cap the water source and purchase a toilet seat in the interim. The second option was a 10% discount on a replacement. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I paid $495.00 for this piece of garbage that lasted only eight months. We have decided to cut our losses and purchase a better rated manufacturer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BLONDELL SUCKS!
